FedEx is awesome! This ship center has very professional people that will help you in every way they can. They are also my local dispatcher for FedEx regular pickups. The FedEx pickup drivers are very nice and professional and try to make friends with you (If you ship 4-5 packages a week, you can schedule a FedEx regular pickup).

Awful costumer service, drove 55 min to get here and my package was not even here after they said it will be here by 5 pm. They told me here at the location that I’ll have to wait for the driver to get here about 2 h. Worker at location was being beyond rude at me, unacceptable

Im over shipping companies in general. Their customer service is no help. I am waiting on my paycheck. If I dont deposit it before 8pm I dont have money for my kids gifts I was told it was at the location. I went there and begged them to let me pick it up. They told me it was on a truck for delivery. I was supposed to get it this morning at 1030 am. I most likely wont get a refund for the tardiness. So thats why Im giving them a low review.

He has to be retrained about fedex shippingpolicy and procedures. i was there 30 minutes ago and the guy at front desk has no clue about fedex cold package boxes. he said fedex does not give such services which is nor truehe has to visit their own website to get information

My package arrived at this facility on Friday 11/13 and despite the tropical storm hitting and leaving Wednesday my package was placed in a hurricane bin I was told to pick it up on Saturday 11/14 I arrived at 10:10 ( opened at 10) and waiting there until 12:35 until someone finally told me they couldn’t find my package but it was there. I was reassured I would receive it Monday. Today, Monday 11/16 I received a notification that it was out for delivery and would arrive before 8pm it is now 8:35pm and no package. I’ve never given one stars before... but this place is a joke!

Didnt take long to get Christmas gifts mailed off, even though Im running late mailing them.

I had ATT order my phone and it was through fed ex, gets to this location and they try to deliver it to the ATT store at 9:30 but it doesnt open till 10, which is odd because Im obviously not the only one ordering a phone through a carrier so fed ex supplies them and they got the time wrong, I then try to remedy the situation and they close at 1 PM...

Prompt service, usually one would spend 20-30 mins here during the peak hours due to the queue and 10-15mins during the off peak hours.

They can charge $64.10 for overnight delivery, but leave it at their office all weekend even though it was NECESSARY that it be received on Saturday, November 2, 2019!!Go with USPS Priority; better, faster, and cheaper!

Staff was helpful and quick.

I got the notification that my package was being delivered earlier then normal on the fedex Mobil application. I put on the comments to leave my shipment at the door. The driver did not leave the shipment and left the note advising I pic up at store after 7pm. I got home around 710pm. I called the customer service and explained that I am military, I really need this package today because I am leaving tomorrow. The customer service rep gave me the package shop location and told me I need to be there before 8pm to receive my package. I got in my car at 720.and took a 30 min drive from my house to get there before 8pm. I got there at 750pm. I see the fed ex employees in the glass door telling me there close. I told them that I was told you would be open by the customer service department. The African American male eventually said he will be there in a minute. It was hard to hear him through the door. After aproxemently 8 mins this same person did not open the door it was a heavy set short 5 2 aprox, heavy set older white woman who opened the door and told me they are closed. I told her I understand but I called ahead, showed her the fed ex app with directions but the driver did not follow. I also explained to her that I am military, which I showed her my id and I really needed my package. She said she couldnt help. While I asked for her name she closed the door in my face. I felt very disrespected, disgusted and upset. How can you do that to someone who has sacrificed so much for you? This is very unethical and disappointing given the situation. I drove 30 mins, wasting gas, time and money to be treated like this. While talking to the customer service line I did call customer service eventually getting to aManager named Joe- location Id salrc but they did not offer a valid solution only that they are sorry. He tried calling the same location 8210 E Adamo Dr, Tampa, FL 33619 and said no one picked up. I told him people are there and you can see then pointing and laughing at me. He apologized and hope I had a good thanksgiving.

FedEx driver did not even attempt to leave my package. I have hom on surveillance just leaving a note on the gate to pick up the package in Tampa, 45 minutes from my house at 7:30 on a school night!! I am beyond mad! I had to load up my 5 and 2 year old to pick up the package.

Despite a lot of people all arriving at the same time, got in and out quickly.

Kenny who works at the Counter is Great. Hes alway fast and treats the customers nice. I try to go when Kenny is gonna be there because he is very efficient and very helpful.

Fed ex policies are NOT client friendly. Requested a later delivery (which they told me to do) and these idiots delivered it earlier, when im at work. You dont need to be a genius...just care about your client. They couldnt care less.

If I could give no stars I would!! Fedex in the last month has delivered every package incorrectly...to an abandoned house across the street to which they left the package in the rain, to no delivery, and now they could not follow the delivery directions and leave the package in a safe location on my property. Absolute worst customer service. I filed a complaint and was then told after waiting the full 10 days for the answer that it was denied and that the shipper had to file the complaint. Fedex recommended I file the complaint. When asked why I wasnt told this when I filed the complaint, I was told well not everyone is trained well.Not a good excuse. Horribly trained complaint department. Ive read complaint after complaint about packages delivered to incorrect address. I have four inch numbers on my mailbox on both sides and the abandoned house has an address above the front door. I would recommend Fedex start hiring employees who are high school graduates who have passed a reading test in order to find the correct address and to read the directions accompanying the order regarding where to leave the package. Terrible company!!

Need more CSR for in-store. I waited 30 minutes in line and I was the second person. And this was around Holiday time.

These dipsticks have absolutely nowhere for anyone with a disability to sit while they wait in line.

Sweetest gentleman helped us find our packages in no time. My fiance had lost most of his belongings in a trip including his ID but he had his passport and it worked just fine

Worst customer Service ever.First, driver let a door tag asking for a signature to leave package at door (yeah right, I won’t sign that way she can leave my $800 cellphone on the street) I call CS to check if I could pick up package, CSR told me she will reschedule delivery same day from 6-7pm. I though God bless her. Five minutes later I received a “No ID call” from this location saying my package was there and that I have until 7:45pm to pick it up same say. Fine, I get my keys and go there thru the hella traffic at that time and I got there at 6:20pm. My package wasn’t there and they just put a face and say “I apologize for this and that, can you wait until the driver is done at 7:15pm?” Are you serious? Call again customer Service to asked them to leave my package at the store and I’ll pick it up next day at the time I want. The guy was like chewing gum and told me that they couldn’t do that and that the only options I had was either sign the door tag and allow them to leave my package at the door or wait until Thursday when they do the third attempt and fail for me to get it finally at the store, because the driver is scheduled to leave package at my house from (1-3pm) of course no body is at home that time, I work. So the only thing I can think about is why the hell you call people saying “yeah your freaking package is here” and is not. I bet my phone carrier is paying you to do your job but you’re the worst.

Delivery driver noted on tracking website Customer not available/Or Business closed. NEVER even attempted to deliver. Just like a few other people on here, someone was home both times. This driver is the most incompetent, lazy, lying sorry excuse for a delivery driver. He has no ethics or care. Good way for the company to get a bad reputation.

Waited over 20mins just to have the 1 rep with 5 people in line tell me my package is late after I called 3 times today to be told my package will be here at 6. Then was told I need to wait an additional 15 mins the driver was running behind go UPS.

They attempt to deliver always just a Knock then when you answer the door they long gone. I try to come here to pick up my package they give me a hard time because there is a typo error. I saw them tracking, transaction and Id its me but the lady on the counter still waste my time on the typo

They suck they were supposed to get a signature for my package I sent a computer just so happens a neighbor came up and took it off my porch with my computer and everything inside of it I have yet to been able to file a report about it but FedEx sucks they never ever deliver deliver the packages to the right house matter fact they go above and beyond if your address is 1902 marydell the Senate to 1802 whatever they dont care they just want to drop it off with no signature and theyre supposed to get signatures now if I was a doctor or officer or somebody that was like a military or anything like that they would definitely make sure to get my signature but Im a nobody Im just a couple of sand in this world and so people walk all over me UPS FedEx yall suck you dont know how to deliver packages even Ive had to take packages taking packages back to FedEx and they looked at me and they said what do you want me to do about it you need to remail it and pay for it and its not even mine not my package it all and theyre the ones who delivered it to my house do you know I played Santa Claus last year you know any packages I got on my front door I got five different packages for five different home so I should because of FedEx packing up and this past year I ordered it Dyson they took it over to my neighbors house that was 4405 porpoise not my address pretty damn close but they didnt want to read it because most porpoises think that our purpose is a dolphin and its not FedEx get your s*** together

The driver has left stickers on my door two days in a row saying that nobody was home when my entire family was home. We never once heard a knock or our vary loud doorbell. Lazy employees and poor service.
