After much consideration, our HOA decided to move forward with Creative Mailbox Designs! So I ordered a mailbox and it was installed with a nice size dent on it. For the price they should be flawless. Needless to say, they came back out and installed a new one, but didnt reinstall the address on the mailbox. Now the HOA is fining me for not having numbers on my box. Thanks Ceative mailbox.

How a company responds is what is important and you couldnt have responded better. We are very happy.I was referred to Creative Mailbox Designs by my HOA. When I called, I spoke to Melissa Aldawqi, who was great! She explained the process and the cost, and set up installation. It was quick and easy. About 6-7 months later, a piece fell off the back. Melissa had someone come out quickly to fix. Its nice when a company stands behind their product. Even better when their employees are so very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Gail is an asset to your company. At first the insurance company for the driver who mowed down our mailboxes wanted one invoice for all four mailboxes. Gail typed it up and had it to me the same day. Later the insurer wanted four individual invoices for each affected homeowner. Gail typed them up and sent them to me. Finally after the insurer paid us all individually for the mailboxes and would not pay the mailbox company directly, Gail took our individual payments and had the installer out in about a week or so. We are happy with the install and workmanship.

Greatly appreciate Gail for going above and beyond in helping in the selection of a mailbox flag which met the requirements of my community. Gails dedication to customer satisfaction is an anomaly today. Gail is definitely an asset to this company.

If it is possible to LOVE a mailbox, I do!! We had our mailbox designed and installed in December and it is beautiful. Dealing with the owner and designer at Creative Mailbox Design was quite thorough and far exceeded my expectations. We do not live in Florida and the products available where we live do not come close to the quality of our new mailbox. The customer service team was fabulous in communicating when our mailbox would arrive and the quality of the packaging was outstanding. Our mailbox was looking pretty bad and was in poor shape... almost ready to fall off the post itself. So I ordered one through Creative Mailbox Designs and was able to pick it up myself just 48 hours later. I know they offer installation service, but I was able to install it myself that very evening. Ordering and working with their office was pleasant and easy. I actually ordered it online through their web site and got an almost immediate response. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The Estates of Countryway was recently awarded a grant from Hillsborough County to redo the entrance to our subdivision. We decided to include replacement of our worn out Message Board. We selected Creative Mailbox Designs to create and install a new sign. Missy was our point of contact. She was very professional at all times even with some challenges dealing with the county. She was pleasant and promptly responded to our questions and concerns. The Message Board was exactly what we wanted. Ians crew installed it and did a great job and did not damage the shrubs where the Board was installed. We were grateful for that care! Our Board is very pleased with the final product.

Our Homeowners Association needed mailbox brackets. I called late one day (after hours), but Chad Hager called me the next day. Chad walked me through the entire process. We have had three mailbox brackets that were on the losing end with cars in the last two weeks. I decided to order 6 brackets. Unfortunately the product was out of stock, but a production run is being scheduled and we should receive the product in 5 weeks (July 1, 2018). This is my first experience and I am very pleased. I would have given five stars if the product was available and shipped to us.

I received a letter from HOA again. I had refinished my mailbox a few times and over the years. I decided to get a new mailbox installed. I called Creative Mailbox and talked to Shannon. Our mailbox was shipped just as promised. My 9 year old son and husband put it together and installed in less than an hour. Our neighbor even came by as we were putting it up and asked where we found it. Beautiful mailbox and one of the nicest ones on the street.

I live in an HOA community, and they required me to replace my post. I placed my order and they told me they would have it ready after 3pm on Friday. When I arrived, the order had never even been scheduled to be built. When I got home, I realized that it is not the exact match for the mailbox in my community. It was missing a piece. If I am going to pay $275 for a piece of sculpted PVC pipe, the least you could do is give me the correct order. Especially when it HAS to be the same. But I suppose customer service doesnt matter when your customers are forced to purchase from you.

Poor customer service. Throughout the process of ordering and installation they make it seem like they are doing YOU a favor. I ordered a replacement mailbox with install (paid $640). No followup although I was told Id receive a call for installation. I called after 2 weeks to find out where it was and was told today is the install day.

Trying to get a receipt for my payment for a new mailbox since last Friday. The ladies, when they answer the phone say they will e-mail it, but they never do. It is now Tuesday and despite several left messages, no one returns a call. Spoke to Nancy and Jean, and they have provided lousy customer service. If I can get someone to answer the phone besides the answering machine, I will attempt to talk to the BOSS. Maybe he or she will give a hoot.

Received the dreaded mailbox letter from the HOA. I had repainted our 14 year old mailbox multiple times over the years but the corrosion on the underlying metal was now insurmountable-- and the existing mailbox numbers impossible to save.Contacted Shannon from Creative Mailbox Designs (CMD). Within a week their team installed a brand new, perfectly matching mailbox (with the correct numbers!) at a very reasonable cost. In fact, the new mailbox feels like its made of better material than the old mailbox (aluminum vs. perhaps depleted uranium based on its resistance to painting).The entire transaction was nearly effortless and the results better than expected.Thank you Shannon!!

Good company but poor customer service. Very difficult to get things done. The people in office do not communicate to their peers. Example they give me 4 PM pick up appointment last year and the personal who was suppose to me had left at 330 PM. He had not left any messages for the other staff for my mailbox. So all my trip for 40 min each way was for nothing. The lady in office was gracious enough to waive the shipping fee and then mailed me the mail box next week. In the interim the HOA is behind you on a timeline to get the thing done

The worst customer service I have experienced. Required to use because of my community HOA. I have been calling for 5 days straight leaving messages and have emailed directly plus used their contact form and still am no closer to getting the required mailbox than when I started. Can anyone return a call there? (especially one that is guaranteed income?) This is one happens when you are contractually required to use a specific provider. They have no incentive to treat customers well!UPDATE: First off, the reply from the company contains errors. My phone records will back up my claim that I received no calls from this company until one hour after this negative review. At that point I was contacted by the director who both expedited the order and had the box dropped off by the end of the next business day. Unfortunately, I still would not change the stars because there were quality issues with the product. The mailbox needed to be screwed onto a a support structure that attaches to the post. There were four screws (two on each side). If you lined up the back holes, than the front holes would not line up or visa versa. It wasnt even close to where you could force the screw in at an angle. (I wish I could load a picture of it) I didnt even bother complaining about it. I just wanted the entire experience to be over with.

Finding this place is very hard even with maps. But customer service is very good once you are in.
