The customer service at Treemart is very strong. The staff is knowledgeable about the plants and trees. The delivery and planting is prompt and professional. This has become my go-to store for quality plants and trees backed by great customer service.

First time stopping by today to research the list of plants we were going with for our new landscaping in the front and backyard. Not really knowing much myself about the list of plants I was looking for I needed help. Several people stop to help me here and there, but Linda was fantastic. She helped me find almost all on my list but also recommended some changes, which saved me money and I’m sure headache. Great experience today. Looking forward to going back I’m picking up the plants as our project continues. 👍🏼

Just went to this place for the first time ...driven by it numerous times decided to stop !!the people there are so so friendly👍👍👁👁 but the prices are out of this world all of their stuff is so healthy looking they have things on sale you really need to go by there they have a big big assortment of the plants and flowers I will be back

I was blown away by the professionalism, and expertise by the installer Jeff. From the second he arrived, he worked his tail off in +90° heat to get the job done! He took his time to make sure the tree was straight from all angles, and made sure all of the air pockets were out in the dirt. He also educated me in the process!

I was sent here by recommendation that they would be able to suggest what tree or trees would best meet my needs. When I got there I went inside and asked the person behind the counter if there was someone who could help with trees. He asked what I needed and I explained that I was replacing a very large tree and was in need of some advice, I didnt want a fruit tree or anything that would grow too tall to make maintenance hard. What would he suggest? I was seriously taken back by his extremely rude response. He said how did he know what I wanted and that he wasnt going to do my landscaping for me. Having been in sales myself for 35 years, I can assure you I would never have spoken to a customer that way. In conclusion, this is not a place to go to if you need assistance. You might as well go to a box store.

I have bought 30-40 trees from these guys over the years, but i am done. i called 5 times over 8 weeks just to get them to put an order in. then when i have someone pick it up, it isnt what i asked for even though i confirmed it 2 days before. they dont care. no apology and no responsibility. unacceptable.

We have never bought a palm tree before as we moved from the north.The guys at counter made us feel stupid as we asked about delivery and tree options. He said they are outside so we went to look and no one came to help nor was anyone around to ask so we left

What a beautiful nursery. The plants were expertly placed along a nice pathway. Some of the plants were placed in artful arrangements which gave me some great ideas for my home. I spoke with an employee about tree installation and they drove me to the back lot in a little golfcart (this place is huge!). Prices were very reasonable, about the same as some other places but the plants were larger and in better condition. I will definitely return and possibly purchase a tree this time.

Youve got to be able to be a little self sufficient shopping here, but the prices and selection are great.

Poor customer service. Called ahead and told several of plant i was looking for were available but when I got there none to be found. No sales person available. Had to wait outside building hoping a salesperson would open door and emerge. He was not familiar with plants. We left right away. Big waste of our time.

Visited this store very recently and I must say their selection, customer service and knowledge is top notch- from the bottom to the top. Claudio explained every single plant/tree from us and helped us stick to our tropical vision. I visited this shop on 3 separate occasions. The first 2 workers with whom I interacted both took my information and said they would place an order for a tree that was not in stock. Neither followed through and I ended up making unnecessary trips back to the shop for a tree that was never ordered. On my third visit to the shop, the worker displayed very poor customer service skills. He took personal calls on his phone while I was speaking to him and acted as if it was a bother to assist me. Needless to say, that was my 3rd and final trip.

Excellent service and selection! I am very happy with my palm trees, the installation process, and customer service I received from Jamie! This is a great business and I would recommend anyone shopping to stop in :)

My favorite place to shop for nursery items. Always something unusual, interesting and unique. Not to mention quality is always great too. If they dont have something you want, they will try their best Im convinced, to get it for you or advise you where to go for it. No matter how swamped they get all the guys here are always very patience.Also one of my favorite places in Tampa Bay to visit because in general the employees are a cool bunch of folks to just be around! If you have a problem with these guys (especially Chuck or Scott), you should probably be in therapy! 🙂

They closed 5 min to 3. Online closing hour says 5pm. I drove 1 hour to buy palm trees . They lost my business...

Ok selection depending on time of year

We have purchased our trees and palms before from Treemart, Inc.Now that we are building a new home in Land O Lakes, we will be back!

Worst experience ever! We purchased a flower pot yesterday to replace one that got broken during a job. The flower pot was too small so we took it back this morning to return and they charged us a 10% refund shelving fee. The flower pot was unused and we did not even have it for 24 hours. We are a fellow tree service so not only have we done business with Treemart for quite a few years now, but we have also referred them a lot of work throughout these years. Their prices are also high compared to other nurseries. The employees were not very friendly and we will never return again. If I could I would rate them at a -2⭐️

I purchased 14 Viburnum plants at $10 each , followed the instructions about watering , even used organic soil when transplanting . Within a month all were dead. Im not new to gardening , this is the first time this happens to me. I watered them everyday at first then every other day. Was told by them , too little water. It is obvious the plants were sick from the beginning. The other plants i bought from them that same day are fine. Lesson learned. Next time go to old reliable Home Depot. They guarantee the plants for a year.

There isnt any organization of plants, trees or flowers. Trees are randomly placed all over the place and nothing has tags indicating what the ants are. Absolutely no customer service, you are left on your own to figure things out. Of the plants I could find with prices, they were over priced compared to other nurseries and stores I have shopped at.

I love Treemart! They have great selection and have always received great customer service. Ive spent thousands of dollars there over the years and have never lost a single plant or tree that was their fault. Im a loyal customer for life. Thanks Treemart!

Treemart was highly recommended to us! We went there on Saturday and after finally finding it, arrived at 3:30 PM (advertised they were open till 4 PM). They were just closing their doors. We were so disappointed after driving all that way, that they closed 30 minutes early! What a let down..... :(

One stop shop for all landscape needs. They have a vast selection of trees, shrubs, flowers and palms. They are even open to the public.

Very helpful! Stopped by with my 2 year old, employees there were nice, greeted me and daughter, and showed me the gardenia I was looking for. Although I didnt buy anything from them( the smallest size gardenia were too big for me), they gave me some planters for free that would cost me $10 at home depot. One of the employee also tell me the upcoming festival on October 5th, Saturday everythings 50% off.

Called ahead and then showed up a few minutes before closing. They would not help me even though I was there before 4. Guess they don’t need the business.

Cool looking place, staff is very knowledgeable, lots of choices, you can special order, they deliver. We love it.

Stopped by on 3 Aug 2013, told a young employee Im looking for small hardwood trees and shrubs for bonsai. She answered I dont know nothing about trees. I only work here on the weekends. I went out back by my self and found a Ginko tree. I asked an adult employee Whats the price for the Ginko tree? I dont know nothing about trees. Strange that this place sales trees but no one knows nothing about trees I commented. The lady took me to ask the tree expert. I asked him Im interested in the price for the Ginko tree. We dont sale Ginko trees. He answered in a rude manner. By this time Im fed up so I tell the less than nice tree expert. Okay since you dont have a Ginko tree, how about if you help me throw the Ginko tree thats not here over the fence and I will get rid of it for you. I walk towards the tree and showed it to Mr. Tree Expert and he said Well I guess we do have a Ginko tree. It must have come in in a shipment by mistake. I went ahead and ask Mr. Tree Expert, Can we put a price to the Ginko tree thats not here? He was close to me but decided to ignore me and address another worker. You can call and ask how much they will sell it for but I think that they will say $65. My top blew off and I told Mr. Tree Expert, Thats a lot of money for a tree thats not here. and walked away.I will not recommend this business to anybody.

The worst customer service of any business in Tampa, took over four weeks to even get a phone call back. No idea how they could stay in business as long as they have.
