Cliff has been an EXCELLENT representative and has always taken care of our machine since we opened almost two years ago! He has been patient and taught me and explained to me things I needed to know especially when we were having issues with our hot water early on. Enjoy seeing him every month!

CLIFF is one of the best techs I haven’t ve encountered. He does an excellent job maintaining our equipment and always making sure we have what we need. He is very knowledgeable. He is always available when I have questions. Always willing to help me if I need to troubleshoot something. Great with customer service and always in a good mood. I look forward to his visits. Definitely better than some of the others that have been sent out.
