Best boba I have had since Hawaii. The owner was super nice and gave a lot of advice of the best flavors. I got the Thai and my girlfriend got the Mocha.

Finally a good Boba and ice cream place in the area! Everything was perfect. Will be back often.

I am just so so happy !!!!The woman who helped us was absolute perfect. So knowledgeable.I have never heard of popping boba before so, she let me sample the strawberry and, lychee boba. (Which was so sweet of her as most places due to COVID have stopped samples.) What a treat !!!I got the Taro with popping Strawberry Boba. Donot mess around with any other place in town as we unfortunately did.COME HERE !!!!!!Great prices. FANTASTIC service !!!

I visited this place about 3 weeks ago, and had a great experience. The lady who helped me was very nice, and the boba tea tasted amazing. They have a great selection of flavors to choose from. I will be back soon to try the rolled ice cream!

The best Boba Tea I’ve ever had 🙌🏻 I love that it is dairy free too! When you go there, definitely try a vanilla milk tea with chocolate syrup drizzle along the sides of the cup and tapioca balls (she said she may call it “The Brooke”)! 🧋 It’s a BEAUTIFUL drink (great for photos) and it tastes amazing!! It’s sweet but not over powering. The chocolate adds a great savory touch!Also, 10/10 customer service!! I think I spoke with the owner today and she was SO so so sweet!Highly recommend 🥰

We came in today around 5, there was one girl behind the counter & she rocked a quick rush! Super friendly and made all the orders with care. When out of a ingredient, she was sincere and attentive to what the customer wanted. We are from Orlando but will be back just because of her service!

Good ice cream and boba tea. They only have one size for everything so be mindfulof that. People who work here are really nice and friendly. The tea and ice creamitself taste great. Opens in the afternoon.

Their milk teas are only okay for people introducing themselves to boba, but the boba is below average. The tea was watered down. Go to an authentic Asian coffee shop (like Ding Tea in North Tampa or Pinellas County) for quality at a better price. I recommend going to 35 and Below strictly for ice cream, and even then youre sacrificing quality.

The ice cream is very creamy and is hand made. The boba tea is perfect. Its quiet and the service is great. This is my new boba place.

Although there was a strong sulfur-like odor that hits you at the door, it was a quaint place. I ordered a taro smoothie with extra boba. It tasted like she included some of the vanilla ice cream and it was great! I would like to try the ice cream...Hopefully the smell goes away.

35 Below is definitely one of my go to spots! I am a big Boba Tea fan and the Thai Tea hits the spot every time! My wife and daughter love the hand rolled ice cream! So many flavor combinations to choose from! Try it out!

Such a little hidden gem! The ice cream is made with only 5 ingredients and is made in front of you from a liquid form on a cold slab. The boba teas are delicious! I had the Thai Milk tea. I would definitely recommend stopping by here. Plus it’s a family run business and they’re very friendly. Love it!

They have great flavors but are lacking some classic flavors. The quantity of ice was way too much than the actual tea. But overall excellent customer service and excellent flavors. Would try it again and would recommend it to anyone in Tampa to come try this place.

Decent ice cream, there is better around but not rolled ice cream. If you do come here I reccomend you dont get cream on your ice cream since it runs the point of rolled icecream. Rolled ice cream look is what makes unique, so if you cover it in whipped cream it doesnt have the greatness as any other place does.

Perfect Milk Tea and Slushie with Boba

Wow this place is amazing!My darling wife and I happened to stop by on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. She ordered a coconut boba drink, and I had an ice cream. The way they make and present your ice cream is fun and impressive, freezing it in front of you on that huge surface, rolling it into cylinders, and the toppings are added with professional excellence!And that is nothing to mention the phenomenal flavor! Whatever creamery theyre getting their ice cream from deserves the highest praise, because theyre doing something right. And the fruit was fresh and flavorful.I cannot recommend this place enough!

This place is amazing. Im glad that this place exists so I can quench my thrist for a boba tea in the South Tampa area. The staff here is polite and theres plenty of seating inside and outside this establishment. My favorite boba tea is grean apple with mango popping boba. Feel free to stop by if your in the area.

Awesome place, amazing (Sabrina) owner and young man (Logan) behind the counter. My family came in we loved the colors,decor, and worship music!!. Great service, very kind and helpful in explaining all the drinks and how they make them. We tried guava smoothie and we loved it so much l, we ordered another and got a mango. We will come back to try other flavors when we are in Tampa.

Ordered the green tea rolled up ice cream , and too much green tea was added and sadly I couldnt eat it all. Also, the rolls were smashed up. The younger girl rolls better.

Love their Bobba! Everything is blended nicely. Some places that sell bobba in tampa leave chunks of ice in their frozen/slushie versions.

The first time I went, the place was very busy with 6-9 people before me and only one woman working. Ordering was quick and easy and my wait wasnt too long. I usually ordered a Thai Tea shake (or whatever the ice-blended version was called) with bubbles. OMG the flavor! That flavor has been the best bubble tea Ive had in my life. The price was a little higher than other places, but it was so delicious that it was worth it. My boyfriend agreed. Ive been a bubble tea fanatic since 2008 and this woman just NAILS it. My only complaint is that the tapioca pearls on my second or third visit were very gritty and chalky which was not enjoyable and definitely took away from the drink. No bubble tea product here seemed to produce allergic responses to either gluten or dairy.

Interesting spin on ice cream. Liquid that gets frozen thin and then rolled up, put in a cup and topped with candy or fruit and whipped cream. Almost $15 for two seems pricey and you cant choose a size. The spoons are so cheap you can barely eat it cuz they bend so much. Definitely need to fix that. Overall a tasty treat.

Delicious ice cream and Boba teas with lots of options and rotating seasonal and monthly flavors. One of my favorite places to go. The staff is always super friendly and fun to talk to. A cute atmosphere thats great to relax in. Its fun to watch the staff make and hand-roll the ice cream. I go here every time I can.

This is a super fun place. Walking in I was a little unsure because its $5.50 for ice cream with no sizes or anything. But they make the ice cream right there fresh in front of you. It was super good and more then enough Ive cream for the price. Plus you can get 3 toppings/sauce on it. A very fun place with good ice cream.

Amazing, absolutely amazing! I love the yogurt boba so much! They have a smorgasbord of toppings/mixins to add to your ice cream. If they ever get a straight banana ice cream, I dont think my boyfriend will be able to get me to leave. 😛

The milk tea and chocolate ice cream was just okay. I find their green tea ice cream too sweet and couldnt really taste the green tea flavor, all I taste is sweetness. Not really something I would crave for, but since its the only one close from home, its still worth going back. Wish there were more choices for the milk teas though.

First time visiting. Got the vanilla ice cream with coconut, pineapple, and strawberries. It was fabulous! I will definitely be returning. Yummy!!!

This is a great place to get boba if your new with it or you like to get boba. The workers are very kind and help you pick out boba if your new! I would recommend this place to anyone that likes to get boba or just has a sweet tooth for tea! There is a wide selection of ice cream boba and smoothing a will lots of different kinds of boba textures!

HORRIBLE! I’ve had plenty of boba and this was the worst. I went up to the counter to order and asked to have my milk tea blended with ice (as many other boba places I’ve been to have done) the owner (I’m assuming) interrupted me and said she would not do it because she believed it would “taste bad”. Then when I told the cashier what flavors I wanted she interrupted again and told me they were “conflicting” even though I assured her I had the same combination at other boba shops (and these places all use essentially the same flavoring powders). The owner continued to judge my taste as she was making my tea and for $7 I had the worst drink I ever purchased. If you want overpriced drinks and bad customer service, look no further.

Only place in South Tampa for boba tea! The owner is so helpful with making suggestions. Service is fast and easy. Prices are great and the drinks are delicious! Can’t wait to go back! So glad this place opened

Ordered taro milk tea with boba and vanilla rolled ice cream w/ oreos, strawberries, and popping bobaIce cream is the best rolled ice cream Ive had and give 5/5, creamy, fresh, and not icy nor has freezer burn tasteMilk tea was a fail, I was forewarned by Yelp and friends that drinks are over sweet here, so we start with half sweetness. I left it at half sweet even though it seemed too sweet but thought it may be tolerable. My body physically disagreed and I began to develop pretty bad sore throat & had to toss after only drinking maybe 3rd of it before thinking I really shouldnt continue drinking it as my throat was worsening with each sip. Had to restrict my diet next 2 days to allow ithroat to recover and avoid further irritation, prettt miserable. 2/5, taro flavor wasnt very significant and it had powdered texture to drink...I always start with taro at any new boba place im trying. Im not likely to be back for drinks, but ice cream is definite yes.Service is welcoming and friendly, and the place looks clean.Recommend ice cream, but not drinks.

Ordered Taro milk tea came out brown which I noticed but wasnt alarmed by until I took a taste. 7 dollars for plain old over brewed southern sweet tea with milk added, not taro tea. And they charge for boba on top of the menu price. Gross and dissapointed. When I complained I wasnt offered for it to be remade or any other accomodations. The sign on the register saying no returns or exchanges should have been a red flag.

Being a former Food and Beverage Manager, the experience I had today impressed me sooo much. My son and I were staying in Tampa before flying out the next morning to Canada. We ordered through DoorDash to get Boba Tea delivered. Our order came wrong and I reached out to to this store. The woman I spoke to apologized (we actually ordered wrong) and asked what she could do to make it right. We didn’t have a vehicle so she offered to deliver the correct order after she was done work to our hotel!! We were blown away. Fantastic customer service that made the final day of our vacation so much better !! We are super thankful for this and will be sure to visit when we return. Thanks again from these grateful Canucks!! PS the Boba Tea was fantastic!!

I *wanted* to love this place because the price and location are amazing for us. That said, the boba tea which is all I get here, is just OK. Depending on which staff is on board, the boba is very over boiled. The flavor selection is limited.The decor and building are cute. Maybe once theyve been open longer the flavors and skill levels will increase. The owner in particular is great, very friendly and when shes in, the boba is done well.
