Absolutely useless. Took job in and agreed to do, now 3 months later, with no contact or update, doesnt want to do the job. Seems to only be interested in doing what interests him, bad way to run a customer service based business. Had several other projects I wanted to do, guess I will keep looking for a competent gunsmith. You will be taking a gamble with your time going here.

Great experience. Called him when he opened, need the barrel swapped from one upper to another. Told me he would do it while I wait (unlike other Smiths in the area that said I needed to drop it off). Very affordable and knowledgeable.

Had a lower built while I waited. Lower was built fast and with care. Had called around to other gunsmiths who couldnt do it for a least a week, was able to get my lower built within a hour or less at Trident Arms.

Greg is hands down the most professional gunsmith someone could ask for. He does quality work for reasonable prices. I brought my barrel in to be worked on and was happy with the results.

The owner is knowledgeable and courteous, despite other reviews. Greg did some custom work to a rifle known without having to replace the barrel. This saved me the cost of a new barrel or new rifle. It was done professionally and fast for a gunsmith. Most Take months to even get to your request. In two weeks I had my rifle back and he even called to confirm what I wanted before starting. Excellent craftsmanship and customer service.

If you need custom work done, this is the company to go to. Quick turn around and very knowledgeable about the products. Has a great inventory of long guns with a good variety. Also provided me with a custom concealed holster that is comfortable. I have been looking to cerakote my firearm, but do not have the money at the time. I have seen some of his work and think he does a great job, will look to him when I get the funds. I also highly recommend Trident Arms for your firearms needs.

I went there once I have been going there since awesome people ,honest guys I went 2nd time to put a folding adapter he advised me not he could say yes to charge me but he didnt cant get more honest than that.i highly recommend this place .

Greg (the owner) is very knowledgeable and while they do have a nice selection of guns and ammo in stock they really shine in their gunsmith and machining equipment, Cerekote, accessory installations and custom builds. I am currently looking for another handgun and will definitely be purchasing and transferring with them!! Highly recommended!

I forgot how rare it is these days to work with an actual professional and expert. Gregs expertise was immediately and blatantly obvious. As someone new to the shooting world, who has found a passion for guns and knows just enough to be dangerous and foolish... Gregs professionalism, patience and generous gift of his time is greatly appreciated. He gave me expert explanations, advice and guidance. He showed me ways to do some things myself to save me money, and more importantly showed me how to redo what I had already done so I could narrow down the problem and learn in the process. He runs his business like my grandfather ran his. I am looking forward to being his customer for years to come.
