Perfect place to get every solution regarding floor tiles and Granite tops.

My contractor had me pick out my granite and sink. OK, I will find out who the installer is and place proper blame for damage to property, but I ordered White Alabama, which has a whitish base with brown, burgundy and grey tones and you sent them Dallas White, which has gray base and no brown tones. Per the contractor, SK Stones said they are the same thing. They are not. Not happy with the color, but Ive been without a kitchen for a month, so I had to settle for the countertop. Still, why bother going to your shop to pick out a counter top and sink and you still send the wrong items. Still wont ever recommend or use them again. Should have stuck to Home Depot for my counter tops.

I’ve never been so rudely treated in my entire life. They will not get a dime of my money! My daughter and I went there tonight on our contractors recommendation and were a little later than we wanted. ( they close at 5:30, we got there at 5:10). We acknowledged we were later and said we pretty much knew what we were looking for and wanted to just take a look around. The girl ( who acted like we were bothering her the entire time) took us to look at a few and the entire time they were closing. That’s fine we understood. However there we a few I spotted when walking out and I first checked the time to make sure it wasn’t 5:30 to ask is we could take a Peak at a Few more. It was 5:23 so I knew we would need to go fast. However a guy there hearing this decided it would be better to just shut off the lights so we are standing in complete darkness in a warehouse!!!! Then to top it off they lock the gate where are car was parked. ( which they saw us come in) so we had to walk clear across another parking lot and onto the main road to get to the lot where are car was. Have People lost all aspects of customer service? Where is the human decency?

I want to help up my aunt pick out some slabs from SK stones. That’s where we were sent honestly didn’t feel like doing that it seemed so overwhelming and so many diferente things, I was honestly surprised who easy The young lady there made the process I think here names Lilly, she explained everything very clearly with a lot of information and detail very knowledgeable about the products she had in the warehouse gave us everything we needed to know like that we could make are decision. Honestly am Very pleased she’s knowledgeable and helpful and for the amount of questions we asked every 5 sec never seemed to bother her.

We went to the Tampa showroom to select granite for our outdoor kitchen. On both visits, we worked with Cara. She truly made our selection process fun. She is friendly, helpful and clearly an expert on not only product, but their inventory as well. She also has a designers-eye for color combinations and was instrumental in our final selection. Based on our incredible experiences with Cara and her outstanding customer service, we highly recommend SK Stones.

I would like to thank Yasiel - the young man who assisted us as we were trying to select a slab. We arrived at SK Stones in Tampa about 20 minutes before closing time and explained the situation to Yasiel regarding our need to select an appropriate slab that would complement the new cabinets that were just installed in my mother’s kitchen. Yasiel was very informed about the color of the slabs, and he was able to pick out the subtle coloring in the slabs that we didn’t initially see. He was also very patient. Having arrived at the store 20 minutes before closing, we didn’t have much time to look at all the slabs. However, Yasiel was willing to wait on us as we went back and forth reviewing the pros and cons of each color. He was supposed to get off work at a particular time and was with us 20 minutes past that time. He never complained nor did he rush us. For this, we are grateful and will go to SK Stones for all our slab needs. He represented the store well. He is an excellent salesman and knows how to treat customers. Thank you Yasiel!!!! You made a great impression on us!!!!

I liked a lot the way this young lady guided me through the variety of quartz and granite, looking very knowledgeable about the different options until we found the one that fits perfectly what I was looking for. She even offered some candy and soda to me and my daughter. Great customer service!

I have to say this is my favorite store when it comes to purchasing granite, my wife and I where looking into some stones for our kitchen and decided to stop by, little did we know the huge selection that they have and the great customer service they provide, very polite staff and attentive would recommend to anyone:)

If you are looking for a store that invests 0% of their time, this is the store for you. Sales associate that helped us was absolutely clueless, didn’t know the basic difference between granite, quartz, marble, calcite etc. had no idea where in the store certain color scheme stones would be. Never mentioned that said stone could look completely different than in the showroom. After spending $3,000.00 on the slab and feeling very misled( sales associate had no knowledge) I call And talk to sales manager, Cara, who at first was rude, told me I was welcome to come in and look at the stone again in person. Then after I relentlessly did not back down, had me send photos of my house v the store and said the manager/owner would get back to me. Never heard from the manager/ owner. I do not know how this place is in business because they have no customer service. They also cut the completely wrong stone originally and tried to blame me. Luckily I had taken photos on store of my invoice sheet where I had the other stone written down otherwise they were trying to charge an additional $ 1,800.00 for the other stone that was never even on my list. You can see why their customer service is so horrendous, disorganized and not responsive to customers. Seriously take your money somewhere else so you don’t end up in the mess I am in! No, I am definitely not confused on your role in this ordeal. Your TERRIBLE sales associate was basically mute and had ZERO information on any stone. I compare shopping for a stone for my house the same as a car, I would expect the sales associate to listen to my needs and have basic knowledge on different stones. I had ZERO help from said employee, you mind as well sent a ghost to help me because I had no such help. The stone LOOKS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT as in it doesnt remotely look like what I saw in the store. I have turned on all the lights and it still looks nothing like I saw in your store, furthermore, said sales associate should have warned me that there are much brighter lights in your showroom and it could look completely different. Then maybe this whole situation could have been avoided. Since your customer service is this terrible I am now stuck with this awful colored stone and the cost of removing it and installing a new stone. The icing on the cake was an associate from your store GAVE MY HUSBAND PRICING ON STONES AFTER THIS ORDEAL - IS THIS A JOKE WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I EVER USE YOUR STORE AGAIN FOR STONE AFTER THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WHY WOULD I EVER GIVE YOU ONE MORE DOLLAR!!!!!!!!!!
