I dont quite understand whats going on with all the bad reviews. Their MyGolfLocker service is absolutely fantastic. I get the sense that they actually care about you as the customer. Everything I get matches my profile and if I dont like an item, I can send it back for free, no questions asked. In my opinion, theyre one of the best golf box subscription services out there.

I purchased some golf shoes from the online site with local pickup. There was some confusion initially but overall a great experience.

Poor return policy. Ended up paying over $80 to return shoes that didn’t fit because they don’t offer free returns as most places seem to do. I only checked your website after the fact my shoes didn’t fit and was shocked to find out there aren’t free returns.Also, you don’t offer free returns in the US at all. Ordered some shoes 2 weeks ago. still havent seen them yet. not happy with their shipping options. they should do 2 day shipping like every other golf store. never buying anything from here again!

Placed order for products on May 2nd and have yet to receive them. Golf Locker uses FedEx SmartPost for free shipping orders over $100 where FedEx hands off the package to USPS during the shipping process. No fault of Golf Locker, FedEx/USPS screwed up my zip code (which was entered by myself and Golf Locker correctly) and the package never made it to me and was returned to sender. After determining this was happening I reached out to Golf Locker to figure out what we could do to expedite me getting my products. I asked if they could send me a new order out since the original one would take 3-4 days to get back to Golf Locker and another 3-4 days to get back to me. The first associate I spoke with told me that 4 of the 5 items I ordered were not in stock so they’d have to wait for the original order to get back to them and then resend it. After this conversation I went on their website and saw that they actually had all but one of my items in stock so not sure what that was all about. I called back and told this to another associate who, after speaking with their supervisor, told me I’d have to purchase the products again on a new order and would then be refunded on the original order when it arrived back to them. In my opinion, as an online retailer you should have better systems in place to accommodate your customer when shipping issues arise (which is inevitable). The associates I spoke with were friendly, but unfortunately unhelpful. Hopefully Golf Locker will put some new procedures in place to take care of their customers when issues like this come up if they plan to continue their online retail platform.

This is a great place to shop but if you are looking for a job, this is the worst experience Ive had. The online job post said come in to apply and someone would speak to you. I did this and nobody was available so I was asked to call later. I called and no manager was available. I called the next day and was told to come in at 4pm because the manager is always in at that time. Came in and guess what...nobody. I left my number and was told someone would call me back. I have yet to receive a call. So after 2 trips up there and several calls I hear nothing. You shouldnt post instructions if you cant follow them. The picture represents how I feel as a golf fan.

Mike was wonderful! Didnt want his help at first but he came back to check on me and actually helped me find a matching shirt, shorts and beltHe didnt hover over me like most salesman and was extremely funny and witty. Much personality.. Wish he was at my club. my pro could use some personality. Will be back to see Mike and the tremendous selection. Need some shoes. Look forward to getting his insight and knowledge on shoes. He knows Golf!

What an impressive new location. I had been to Golf Lockers old facility and found it to be one of the best golf stores I had ever been in. I finally got around to visiting the new store and was blown away.All staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get the perfect outfit for my golf tournament this weekend and will return very shortly .

Ive been a patron of MyGolfLocker for about a year now. Any time you have someone else pick out clothing for you are going to have some questions. Whats the quality of the merchandise going to be? How would the items fit? Would they be able to capture your look and style? How easy will returning items be? Will the price be comparable to local Pro shops/Golf stores?I can say that in my opinion MyGolfLocker is the easiest, most convenient option for me to build my golf wardrobe. I have been extremely happy with everything I have received. The quality is excellent, everythings fits perfectly (as if I had tried it on in the store), theyve captured the look and style. Ive kept everything from all my orders, so I havent used the return part. The price is as good or better than what I could find locally plus I dont have to visit 2 or 3 stores searching for an item.I look forward to receiving my shipments, its like Christmas 4 times a year. My only problem now is making room in my closet for all my new clothes.Thank you Golf Locker, while my game is not the best at least I look good on the course. I had some of the guys from our Sunday group comment on my clothing. I just smile and say go to MyGolf Locker.

Was thrilled with the service, no leaving the house great golf gear I thought it was awesome!!2 months ago me delivery came in a crushed box, stuff happens no big deal. After all ups delivered it not gold locker. This month again my box is crushed and worse than that many little bugs were in my box when opened it in my kitchen. Needless to say my wife spent the next few hours cleaning and catching little bugs (she was not happy).Sent the box back to gold locker with an email and video of the bugs. After waiting a few days with no response I called and spoke to a guy named Danny. His response was we will cancel your membership and someone will get back to you.Nobody ever called so I emailed again this time a supervisor told me I didn’t request a follow up. Now Danny told me someone would reach out to me so you can imagine I wasn’t happy. Thinking I would get a call l, but no anothe email from the supervisor saying when the package left golf locker it didn’t have bugs and they don’t control ups or how they deliver packages. He also suggested that the box could have been left in a spot by my house where the bugs could have made their way into my box.Obviously I’m not happy the commercial says all about customer service but it seems to be about blaming ups or my home for the bugs.Very disappointed considering I spent a good amount of money each month with them and their only course of action was to push blame on myself or ups.
