I will recommend this place only for the doctor. My experience with their optometrist is not good at all. They may recommend you something and eventually make it look like you were adamant for that choice.I had a bad experience about the progressive glasses which their optician recommended and I tried for the first time and it did not work out.. Later they said doc recommended only the reading glasses. They provided the reading glasses and did not refund for progressives which they recommended at first place.

Little wait time, friendly staff, very nice office. Dr. Malone was polite and informative. He listened to my concerns and figured out a solution to my problem. Will definitely be returning here for my eye care.

I started coming here in 1999. I still come back 19 years later. I love the staff and love the Doctors. Dr Malone is amazing... love his caring ways. He always remembers my kids. My kids come to him as well and he has always been amazing with them as well. Just send like 5 people to him in the last month...

I wanted to start by saying , My experience at this office have been nothing short of Remarkable. Dr. Malone is the the best , Not only is he carrying ,funny and patient. He is also someone you can trust. I felt so at ease, With him handling my eyes as Im sure you will feel also. The staff at this office is nothing short of 5 stars. Excellent service! I have been a patient for over 7 years and wont go anywhere else. Doctor Malone is an expert in contact lens and even with my case being a challenging one, he took the time to find the best solution/fit for me. He doesnt rush the appointments and makes sure you are fully satisfied with treatment, lens or glasses. The front staff is always helpful, polite and friendly.

Amazing visit with Dr. Anderson. He takes his time and explains things so they are very easy to understand. His staff is also nice, welcoming and caring. They take their time as well to makes sure everything you need gets done, as well as the insurance information. Gladly recommend them.

EDIT: The glasses that they fit me with were the wrong size for my head and gave my constant headaches for two years. They were also the wrong prescription (the same wrong prescription for both eyes) and did not take into account the astigmatism that I have that they did not detect. I have since found another eye doctor who I am much more satisfied with and can finally see.When we moved to Florida, my husband and I needed to find a reliable optometrist for routine annual eye exams and for emergencies. Anderson & Chhabra has been absolutely phenomenal! Recently, I had a foreign body in my eye which needed to be removed promptly. A&C fit me in right away! Ive also gotten glasses and theyve been helpful every step of the way. Id highly recommend them, thank you!

Showed up for my 1pm appointment and waited in the lobby for 45 minutes. No one had the courtesy to give me any updates or explain why I wasn’t seen at my appointment time. Ended up walking out and finding a new dr. They send you lots of emails and text about a $35 no show fee but have no problem when the dr doesn’t show for the appointment!! Maybe try communicating with your patients, the ones that pay money for your services!!

From the moment you walk into the office, you know youre in good hands. The entire staff is completely professional and they made my visit completely painless. Dr. Malone was very friendly and thorough. The staff even took the time to explain to me all of the benefits that I am entitled through my vision insurance. I will definitely make it a point to go back and recommend them to my friends and family. In a world where you typically have to wait and get minimal service from medical professionals, Anderson EyeCare definitely sets themselves apart. Not to mention, great hours for the working professionals.

Dr Malone took his time in getting to know my eyes needs. While others told me I was not an ideal contact lens candidate, he found what worked for me. He took it back to basics for me & completely geared away from silicone. Turns out my eyes were having a hard time w the material of he majority of todays contact lenses. He was the only Doctor to figure this out after struggling for (literally) a decade.Lussy is amazing, patient, and will go to the extent to make sure youre 110% thrilled w your choice.Kathleen helped my husband in picking out lenses & frames last year, and she was nothing short of knowledgeable & helpful.Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Frank recently and he is just as kind as they come, very efficient & not lacking in knowledge in any way!We adore the entire staff here!

The office is nice, the staff are all great and professional. My only issue is the frame selection, they have a very small selection of frames and i had to settle for a frame i didnt really like because none of the others worked for me. If thier selection were bigger this office would be perfect.

With a severe astigmatism and a bad experience somewhere else, I was fortunate to find them. Professionalism from beginning to end and a beautiful pair if glasses I can see with. Will certainly be going back for my next exams.

I had a mishap with a mild bleach mix which wound up in my eyes. After I flushed, I went there without appointment for further care and they got me in quickly. Great care, great staff. At least the ones I met. And chocolate at the counter......

I went there 5 different time because I couldnt see out of my glasses .. Horrible .. Will never be back . I shouldnt have to have my glasses remade 4 times .. After the 4th time I said forget it .. I want a refund.

Horrible experience $1245.00 ripoff, nightmare doctor suggested hard contact lenses3 to 4 Inexperienced staff poked my eyes for 20 minutes trying to pull contact out, it was already out, promised full refund if hard contact did not work, they refunded only $400
