LabelSwap is a great place to find a some cute new pieces for an amazing price. I was most fascinated by the athletic section because of the designers they carry (Lululemon, Nike, Under Armour, plus a ton more!) and the items looked brand new. I walked out spending just $36 for a brand new Nike tennis skirt and a precious black Kate Spade skirt! Centrally located off Kennedy (just west of Dale Mabry) and it had plenty of parking in the rear. Incredibly clean store and was organized to perfection! Highly recommend checking this place out.

This is a higher end store to purchase gently used clothing for a broader age range than similar stores.The store is in a convenient location and had alot of parking behind the store.I appreciated that they keep most of the items by color scheme and the store was clean and organized.I visited the store 2 times. The first time I found a very nice form fitting dress for Valentines day, a cute skirt and a J Crew mens shirt. They have a smaller mens section towards the back of the store.The second time I brought my 21 year old daughter. She was really looking forward to getting some new clothes after seeing my purchases, however, she did not find anything she would wear.I found something I liked so that was 2 for 2 for me.I think the purses were a little over priced and some of then mens clothes and I am hoping they will incorporate a few more youthful items for 20 somethings.If your in the area this store is worth a stop. Be sure you have time to look through the clothes, I found a cute CK dress for $15.00 that was $39.99 at Ross.

Clean thrift store with clothes/purses/shoes/jewelry all in good condition. Modern interior design and smells nice unlike most thrift stores. Reasonable prices and great sales! Well kept fitting rooms and very nice and attentive staff. Parking lot is in the back behind the building , main entrance is back there too. One spot for electric vehicle charging. Located in Good safe area

Love this consignment boutique. Best in Tampa. Displays are thought out, organized, and uncluttered. The layout of this large space makes shopping a pleasure. Clothing and accessories are current, in great condition and priced well. We’ll staffed as well as plenty of dressing rooms.

I found so many amazing pieces of professional clothing during my first trip to Label Swap. They have an awesome selection of skirts, dresses, pants, and blazers (and that’s only a tiny portion of everything they have here - there is also athletic clothing, swimsuits, jewelry, tops, shoes, scarves, hats, and more!). The prices were good, and many items had % off sales stacked on them, which allowed me to get multiple name brand skirts for around $5 a piece! In all, I ended up getting 5 skirts, 2 dresses, 1 pair of pants, and 1 blazer (9 items) for $127 total. The brands are all brands I know, including Express, Loft, Ann Taylor, Tahari, and Banana Republic. I had so much fun shopping here and trying things on. The place is clean, organized, and full of friendly and helpful staff! I highly recommend coming here to buy gently used clothing!

Just drove 30 minutes from Palm Harbor to be extremely disappointed. Definitely not high end. I found a heavy coat to buy and asked a young girl behind the counter to hold it while I shop. She stated with attitude we don’t hold things. I said even if I’m gonna buy it? She replied with Uhhhh, what’s your name? The attitude permeated me right out the door. Seems I interrupted her dance session. 10 AM in the morning, absolutely no one there, yet she acted like I was a bother. Will highly advise everyone spend your money elsewhere.

Great everything! Staff is fun and knowledgeable! Large organization selection! Upscale buying and selling of items, easy safe parking but pleaseeeeeeee drive slowly thru the lot! And the best part.... They have a selfie wall! Nothing like this place in Tampa!

Fair pricing for gently used high- and low- items. most of the clothes in the shop are in very good condition, but are a mixed bag when it comes to brands. definitely worth a shot when looking for inexpensive clothing for work or leisure!

This place was my saving grace for an affordable wedding guest dress. They have such an extensive collection and great prices. I can see myself spending hours there weeding through everything in the future. My only suggestion would be to have the markdowns in a separate section compared to being mixed in with the rest of the merchandise. Great experience!

Worst customer service experience- did not feel welcome at all. Great selection of clothes but terrible service- it was still 30 minutes before they closed and they started shutting off lights. A customer asked to use the restroom and they said no. I never write bad reviews but it was that bad

You know those places that you hate to review publicly because you don’t want to share the secret publicly but you know it’s the right thing to do for the business? UGH. That’s Label Swap. This place is epic. I’ve never felt so embraced both from a seller and buyer perspective at a thrift/consignment store. Every clerk is incredibly helpful, respectful, and positive. The pricing is SO fair that you can feel the passion in the merchandise and the business. I found some incredible gems and sold items for very fair cost. I will be back... just try to keep me from shopping here because you can’t!! Keep up the excellent work.

This store tried stealing an item from a bag of clothes I was selling without paying for it. Please please make sure every article of clothing is accounted for if selling to label swap!! If I didn’t point it out to the cashier, the item would have been taken without giving me cash for it.

This is such a great addition to south Tampa- large store filled with great finds. Tons of great designers. I’ve come here to trade in stuff several times and always find it a simple/seamless experience. Found some handbags here that are nearly brand new quality for a fraction of the price!

The older lady working this morning was beyond rude. I have an Ohio ID and she was trying to explain I needed to have a florida ID and to sell my address needed to match my ID. She rudely made a comment on how I should have been paying florida taxes the second I drove here. LOL. The tone of voice of this women was beyond uncalled for. There is no reason to treat people Rudely especially customers????? I am actually sorta shocked she spoke to me this way and continued to be so rude. I will not be back to sell her or give them any of my service… not one to usually write up on a situation like this but she has NO IDEA what someone is going through. You should never speak to someone as RUDELY AS SHE DID. What if I moved yesterday ??? I don’t think the DMV IS open.

I just wasted time coming here to labelswap, i saw a build board that said “tampa’s most modern thrift store” however that’s false advertisement, all the clothes in the women’s section is 50+ and same with the guys section. i found pair of pants that were broken at the bottom, i wouldn’t call anything here vintage i would just call it outdated. yes i did find some lululemon shorts and leggings but ugly colors and designs on they for almost the sameprice as new, if you really wanted a modern thrift store go down the street to avalon on macdill, located just 7 minutes down the road

Staff are *rude* and unprofessional. If this review was based on the clothes and prices I would give a 4. But here are just a few of my experiences dealing with the people who work there. 1) I asked for an estimate on the price of sunglasses. The woman (older) was extremely rude and said they don’t do that because I will hold them to it if it’s off (isn’t that why it’s called an estimate?) and said I had to come back during the purchasing hours to get an estimate. By the way, in a completely entitled and belittling way so another younger employee apologized for her. 2) I found a shirt that had an oil stain on it and I asked if they had anything in house to try to take it out (if it’s permanent- why do I want to buy it?). The employee refused to help, said that’s not what they do, took the shirt from me and then said I had to buy it as is or she was taking it off the floor. Again- with the same attitude I haven’t experienced at any store in my memory. 3) I had a bag of items to be evaluated for sale, and arrived at 7:02pm. The store was almost empty, the employees were just standing behind the counter. As soon as I walked up with the bag the woman says “sorry you’re too late- we can’t do that tonight.” I said, it’s 2 minutes, nobody is here, why if I came 3 minutes sooner would this be ok?? She said no exceptions and again was so rude, made condescending remarks and rolled her eyes as I said I’m done shopping here and walked out.If this is a manager reading this- fix your employees attitudes. This is a consignment shop not Gucci. I am a loyal customer and don’t deserve to be treated like that, nor do any of your future customers. So if you still want to shop there just know that attitude and belittling is the price you oh for cheap clothes.

Label Swap is one of the best treasures in Tampa. The store is really well organized, the condition of the materials are super, and the client assistants are well versed on what the store has in inventory and in product. They know their store, and in no time they know your style. Paired together is a really wonderful shopping experience. The pleasure of shopping at Label Swap is when you find something you were not looking for, at a fair and reasonable price. Its like a boutique for any size, and every color. A truly great store, and I bring them up online in between visits from NY to Tampa. They ship!

Store is much bigger than I imagined. Only quality clothes and brands are stocked; no stains or holes. The store is very clean and organized. Pieces are arranged by size, colour, type, and style. So much love and care goes into this place. Prices are literally unbeatable. Ive found Lily Pulitzer, Abercrombie, Free People, Lululemon, wow. Also, every employee is so kind and fast to answer any questions or to open a changing room. This will be a monthly trip for me to scour the new deals.

If you are looking for good quality used pieces, then this is the store for you. Although they do tend to over price some items. The rotation of smaller sized clothing is extremely rare as well. I have been coming here for months looking for new size small dresses and see the same dresses every time. Also, if you plan to sell clothes, for your first time they require you stay in the store as they filter through your items. I had to wait 45 minutes and I had plans that needed to be rearranged because of this. I asked to wait in my car and got snapped at by who I assume was either the owner or the manager. The poor employees looks rather embarrassed and said I could wait in my car. Their goal was to encourage people to shop during that time. But I did not want to shop and did not want to sit by the register for 45 minutes. I would have brought my items back another time but wasnt informed of this detail until they had already started sorting my clothes. Keep these things in mind as you contemplate selling there. The reaction of the manager has really impacted my impression of the store. Im not sure how likely I am to shop here after this experience.

Horrible experience with Label Swap. I purchased a skirt from them on May 1 that I tried on when I got home and discovered that unfortunately it did not fit. I obviously left the tags on and my intention was to return or exchange it within their 7 day return/exchange policy but I live in Clearwater and work 2 full time jobs so today (12 days later) was the earliest day I could drive to Tampa.I asked the staff if there was ANYTHING that they could do and they met me with zero empathy or kindness - they just kept repeating how they have a strict 7 day policy. I would have been totally fine with store credit, I wasn’t demanding a refund ay all. Also, it’s not like I try to return or exchange things regularly there at all - this was my very first time.Collectively, the customers I have referred to this store and I have all spent a generous amount of money here and I was hoping for a little understanding and grace instead of rude disinterest. I was planning on spending more money there today too. If this isn’t acknowledged, I’m not sure that I can ever shop or recommend this store ever again. Terrible customer service...

I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences both as a seller and as a shopper. While some of my items do not get selected to sell, I still find that they take enough to make it worth my time...and then having a nice store credit is always a great thing. Last week I even picked up 2 items for the husband.

My mom and I visited today on a whim and was blown away by the amazing staff and items. We were helped by Tom who was very kind and made our experience amazing. We’re definitely coming back and bringing friends.

Its a nice shop. I went because I was told it carried a lot of luxury and higher end gentley used clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories. It does but I saw plenty of items that do not fit into those categories. It was nice to see they had sizes from xxs to 3/4xl plus sizes. The luxury items I saw were in a glass case and it took an employee about 5 minutes to quit talking to her coworker about her previous night with her bf to ask if I needed help, so customer service is lacking in my opinion. The only time I was asked if I found everything ok was at checkout, prior to that no employees ask if you need help. The dressing rooms are open if you need them and they do have a restroom for customers. It was very clean when I went and didnt have any type of bad smell that some second hand, thrift stores have. The pricing was excellent and very fair in my opinion and even the luxury items were great prices for the pieces they had. Overall it was worth going to and I know Ill be back. If you like looking for great deals, youll enjoy labelswap.

Very clean and amazing prices.

I have shopped here in the past but I would much rather go to Triage Consignment. The difference in customer service is night and day. Employees at Labelswap are standoffish and aloof (think Abercrombie & Fitch). The employees at Triage are super helpful and learn your name as well as suggest things you’ll like. The payout is also better at Triage if you plan to consign your items. Labelswap is newer, bigger and feels more like a retail store but that’s it. The selection of brands is weird and definitely not upscale or designer…more “fast fashion” like you’d find at a cheap store at the mall or at Plato’s Closet.

I originally found Labelswap online, and have ordered several times. The quality of their clothes, jewelry, and shoes are clean and taken care of and is what they describe them. Today, I took a couple friends into the store and let me tell you... The staff is amazing, friendly and professional! They converse with you like your friends/family. The store is clean and well organized. Ill continue doing business with them and send them more people.

I adored my time at Label Swap! The store is super clean and organized, there’s great lighting in the dressing room (a must if you’re taking mirror selfies), and plenty of staff to help you find items. The quality of the items is phenomenal. I’m a plus size woman, so it is sometimes hard to find clothes that fit at consignments stores as most things donated in good condition are smaller sizes. However, Label Swap has a great selection and I was able to find several pieces that fit me perfectly that were just a large t-shirt and long skirt (what I usually find in my size). I highly recommend Label Swap!

Honestly, I have not made it into the store yet. My first experience was via the internet and phone contact. I was searching for the Tory Burch canvas coin purse in black and was excited to find one at this store. I immediately contacted the store with a few questions about the item and had the pleasure of speaking with Michaela. Michaela was awesome!!! The best customer service you could ask for. She assisted me with my questions, even walked me through my payment issues with the discount code and had the items ready for pickup. In addition to the excellent customer service, the price I paid for a new with tag Tory Burch coin purse and a MK scarf was amazing. Thank you for the excellent experience and I can’t wait to visit the store in person.

Nice clothes, clean store, mostly friendly staff. Only complaint is strict acceptance policy which is inconsistent. I have bought things- never even wore them and in less than a month they werent acceptable. Not seasonal either, just not trendy enough I guess, yet lots of similar items.

Im a second hand shopaholic! Labelswap is an upscale thrift store full or label brand clothing. I love shopping there. Every time I had being there always walk away with more that I was looking for. From vintages to modern, from classy to sport; and the prices are surprisingly low. From my 1st visit Labelswap has become my #1 place to shop.

So whenever a resell shop pops up I always check it out because I absolutely love the idea of bringing in your unwanted items for credit or cash, on top of finding cute clothes for cheap. I also used to manage a high end consignment store 12 years ago so it brings me back. Here, I found a lovely high end looking black wrap dress from Abercrombie & Fitch for $18ish, a high-low style skirt from Nordstrom rack with tags attached for like $22, and an Anthropologie brand kimono coverup for on sale $12.50.You’ll have to hit this store again if you don’t find anything the first time, the stuff is always revolving. I found cute items the second time I came. The first time I came I found a top from Athletica for $15.I have no problem with their prices as long as they keep their discounts/sales going.{I remember years ago when Revolve Clothing Exchange was on Kennedy (and before that it was a Plato’s Closet), they would have the same items on the rack forever. Like months and months. The inventory was so stagnant so I stopped going. They were also priced super high, but they gave a lot of their items. I knew they wouldn’t make it.}People who get upset about the store not accepting their items or for too cheap need to chill out. Rack space is limited so they can’t take everything. Customers need to also understand they must offer low prices (like $2-5 for a top) because they have to sell at $12-$15 to make money to pay their staff, rent, overhead, etc. its a business.Love this store, it’s super clean and organized. Reminds me of an adult Plato’s Closet. I’ve gotten my friend addicted. They also have a maternity section!!

Dont support this business, they arent fair and ethical. They uncharge everything in the store for way more than what they are paying for it. Sold leggings for 3.00 and they are selling it for 15.99. What a rip off.

This place is everything! I visited this location 8/4/2020. Michaela, went through about 100 or more articles of clothing (that I brought in) with professionalism and care. This place is amazing! It is a genius concept and my new local spot to shop just about everything. The staff was incredible and made my experience top notch. The turn around time on selling was so fast & I left with a variety of cute clothes that are basically brand new for a portion of the price. I purchased a Rebecca minkoff vintage bag, a basically new Tory Burch purse, lulu lemon shirt, Nike golf polo, free people floral maxi, a cute romper. Obsessed!

I have shopped at Label Swap often - beautiful clothes and shoes that appear to be almost new and sometimes they even have tags on it. I get rave reviews on my designer finds at bargain prices. (e.g. Gucci wedge sandals for summer - just sayin) Great service, spotless modern store!

Labelswap has soooo many great brands inside!! They nailed their interior design, making shopping such a fun experience, including their instagram wall you can pose in front of while you try clothes on! They also give you cash on the spot for your clothes, unlike many upscale thrift shops that put clothing on consignment. Great place to find cute clothes for less and so much fun to shop in there!

Labelswap is SUCH an amazing place. If you’re like me, you search through shops looking for “diamond in the rough” pieces, but here, there is no rough. This company brings in items of unmatched quality. Living in Florida (rather than a fashion capital like NYC or LA,) it can be difficult to find clothing that show true style and last longer than the temporary season at hand. Labelswap changes that. Nice consignment shop. They have a large selection. Similar to other consignment shops in the area so I can’t say they offer anything unique.
