Where am I only knock on Jimmy Jazz is that well they should probably tell you I have it posted in the store that theres no refunds itll probably change the minds of many people that want to get something in thinking about it and then you probably get it home and it dont fit or whatever if you dont have the proper time to try it on they are a tad bit expensive to but dusted I will say that the service was good they were very helpful is just a probably need to put that in there for Matt to inform you and also have it in the store no refunds you have to mow lets do it as change but other than that

GIVING OTHERS A HEADS UP!Never buying anything from this store again. They don’t accept instore returns only exchanges. I bought a pair of sneaker as a gift and bought the wrong sneaker and they don’t have the sneaker that I need in their store. I had to contact customer service over this and now I am stuck with this shoe and have to wait on corporate to contact me. Just a complete headache and a waste of my time. I’ve bought stuff from them before but I’ve never returned anything. If corporate doesn’t correct this I will never buy anything from Jimmy Jazz as a whole ever again. I will updateUpdateCorporate gave me my full refund the next day. For this I will continue to shop at Jimmy Jazz but not this store.

I had a very very bad experience at this store today while Christmas shopping. There was a pair of shoes that was priced and a taggedfor 99.87 with a 25% off. The manger who went to get the shoes must have known the price was wrong cause she took the tag off and tried to make it look like it was never there after I went to the register they took my payment then I realized it was in correct they told me I could not get my money back ......I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AND WOULD NEVER TELL ANY ONE TO SPEND THERE MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

They sell things and have no return policy. They do not give refunds at all. They also sell things online at a lower price but will not honor the price in store. This is a small company and they are not very good at making sure their customers are treated fairly. Put Jimmy Jazz out of business. I will not be shopping there again. Spread the word they are getting over on every one that ships with them.

Customer service was horrible. The staff actively avoided making a sale they said they didnt have the size I needed. But the demo model & the wall display was my size. They made no effort to try to be accommodating by maybe saying would you be interested in the wall display model or would you like to order a pair & we can ship them to you? Thats what I wouldve done but they lost out on a sale today & a customer for life. I dont recommend going to this store if want good customer service.

Always on point, staff and prices

I have shopped here a few times and really enjoy it only because of nataly . Shes so helpful , calm and laid back . She will help you put things together and she will tell you the truth . Very generous woman. I wish they had more deals here on clothes and hope they eventually start a monthly membership program , but the clothes are nice so cant complain too much . However, my new favorite store for my mans clothes and shoes for my daughter and I will only receive help from Nataly .

No one will greet you or help you when you walk in. Nasty attitude from staff. I work customer service, and would be fired if I mistreated anyone the way my husband and I were treated today.All the employees stood around talking and actually refused to help us.

I came in for an interview yesterday & the manager said she could interview me but not in the Attire I was wearing.. I arrived 20 minutes early & They gave me nasty looks the minute I walked past but its okay wont be getting any more visits from this one to this store :)
