10/5 stars repaired my iPhone 7 which has been through the mudd! Looked out on the cost and even threw in a new screen saver and protector. It was a relief not having to get rid of my iPhone 7 new battery new case feels like a new phone much appreciated !

I’ve gone 3 times to get my phone fixed and it’s the only place I’ll go to now even with the drive from South Tampa ! The service is always fast and friendly and you can’t beat the prices. 10/10 recommend every time.

My iPhone 8 had water damage and I went to Apple. I was quoted $400 to fix or buy a new phone. I brought it to Sosas and he fixed it like brand new for under $100 in less than 2 hours. I am extremely satisfied with their service and I recommend this repair shop. They were quick, honest, and inexpensive!!!!!

Omg they really took care of me I just got a phone from Verizon and need help switching my account on the phone he did that and gave me a good price on my screen cover and case. Absolutely terrible service and now I’m getting told I was a friend of an employee who got fired and that’s why I’m leaving a bad review lmfao I have bank statements that say other wise!! Do not go to Sosa’s they actually give you a discount to post a good review before paying for your device. There are plenty of other cheaper phone repair shops who will not over charge or scam you!! (Google isn’t allowing me to post a picture but I have proof of my transaction.) lying saying you can’t find proof is actually proof enough y’all are scam artist.

I 100% recommend this company they were able to help when others wanted the charge hundreds of dollars to repair my phone I needed to get access to my Gmail accounts for both personal and Company I had bought a new phone and the phone only phone I had those operating was a phone that had a broken screen what I came into the store I was quoted a very very reasonable price to even repair it but instead the guy went above and beyond and assisted me with this incredible device used to access the phone without even meeting the touch the screen this guy has literally saved me thousands and help me recover thousands of dollars that was locked into my other phone I am very very grateful that he was able to do this he was very punctual respectful and very knowledgeable within the cell phone fixing industry something that I have no knowledge in a so instead of taking advantage of someone that has no knowledge about cell phones he actually took his time to explain that he was going to do how it was going to be fixed and took care of me better than any other store in Florida could have done I 100% recommend Sosa cell phones and repair to anyone that needs anything done on their phone and the amount of accessories they have in the store or a million times better than what any shop out in Tampa or Clearwater St Pete Orlando that Ive seen myself so when you drop your phone and shatter it come by see Sosa Sosa cell phones and repair and they will take care of you guys thank you so much you do not know how much it means to me that yall were able to accommodate the problem I have and take care of it I was literally in and out and less than 15 minutes what other companies and sores said it would take weeks to repair if not even 5 days thank you guys are the best

Took my iPhone to get a replacement screen (my phone was black) I came back to pick it up and my phone was pink!!? I haven’t been able to charge my phone since then, took it to another another repair shop and found out they took my original iPhone battery and replaced it with a dud. They also lost my original screws to the phone and now the new repair shop is having issues trying to open it because the screws were so worn down. I will never go back and don’t recommend anyone ever taking their phone there to get fixed. I also got charged $200 for a replacement front screen. I only have one star because I couldn’t give them none. Do NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO SOSA!!

Best place EVER! Fast, reasonable and super friendly. Dont forget helpful, knowledgeable; Im a repeat customer for life. If anyone is giving them less than 5 STARS is crazy and/or being unreasonable. At least give them a call and see what they can do. If they cant help, youre out of luck! Seriously...

This place will scam you!! They will take your original battery and screws and replace them with garbage! They only have good reviews because they will give you a discount to put a good review. Watch out very sneaky people work here! It’s unfortunate that I trusted them now I am currently at a new place where I was told they gave me a garbage battery and the screws weren’t for the phone! Save your money and time!

I genuinely could not recommend this place enough. If you look at my rating history I skew very negative but if I could, I would give this place 10 out of 5 stars. They really saved my butt. Reuben (hopefully I spelled that right) really went far out his way to make this an unbelievable experience. Businesses just arent like this anymore.Needless to say I will be back in the future for any issues I encounter.

I am a travel nurse from Central NY, (near Syracuse) and my phone wouldnt charge. I drove blindly around Tampa near my apt when I found Sosa Cell Phones. I was so scared that my phone was broke and the guys there were very emphatic and assured me they can fix it. They did! They were so nice and I am very grateful for their excellent service!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place... they gave me no problem about fixing my back screen on my galaxy s10. Went to 2 places b4 i went to Sosas & they gave me a big story about how they first have to test the phone b4 they can repair my screen & if there were any internal problems, they had to fix them on my dime plus the cost to repair my screen...buncha BS but not @ Sosas.... AWESOME PLACE!!! Inexpensive, super customer care skills & fast service! U cant beat that right there!

Went to three places that have me the run-around and wanted to charge me for a battery, screen and repair just to recover my pictures and data from my phone. The other places wouldnt even attempt to help me. The BEST phone repair shop ever! I was 6 hours from home and needed a new battery for my phone. They were able to replace it in under an hour, at a great price, and with excellent customer service! If you’re ever in the area and need something fixed on your phone go here! You’ll be glad you did!

Update: I give 2 stars because they did fix the phone. Its not that i dont want to pay taxes, its the fact you guys said the phone was 389 including tax. Only reason we even went to your store is because batteries plus said it would take five days to get the part and fix it but they would do it for 330 plus tax. Your store said you could fix it same day, then you changed to next day. If i wouldve paid the next day your store would have only charged me 389. We were told it was including tax. If anyone is trying to avoid tax its your store by charging us 389 including tax for cash or 422 for credit card. First you guys said the phone would be fixed same day, then next day it was fixed. You can try to make it look like me but its your employees that need to be trained. You even acknowledged this was a mistake on behalf of your employees, yet you do nothing to try to fix it.This place is so shady. So much back and forth. Make sure you get it in writing. First they say they accept credit cards and the price is 389 including tax. I go back the next day and now their credit card machine is down. They try to get us to pay with cash. Three days later their credit card machine is up but now they are charging almost 10% more for paying with a card. The new price is now 422. This is ridiculous and I will be sure to let everyone know.

Please do not waste your time visiting this store. They WILL up charge you for EVERYTHING, they’ll make it seem like they’re helping you out, but all they’re really doing is putting more money into their pockets. And then if you want a REFUND because you don’t want their product, they will tell you that it’s a charge.. to return something... how is that a refund..? Just please save yourselves the headache.

Very bad experience, bad phone screen quality looks very colorless and the touch starts acting funny afterwards. When I went back to see what was wrong they said I had no warranty even though they had me on computer and it had been less then “30” days .

Took an older phone in for a complete repair. Everyone was very honest and treated us will the upmost respect. Repairs only took a couple hours, and they let us know as soon at it was time to pick up the phone. There was a slight hiccup when cashing out, but they felt the need to make it up too us by throwing in a free phone case. They guys are the best in town. Im not going anywhere else for my phone needs.
