My samsung s8 screen broke when I dropped my phone, I needed it fixed quickly. They were able to find the parts because my screen managing piece was not working. They fixed it right away and works like new.

If you’re looking to fix your phone screen save your money unless you’re okay with it being replaced with a bootleg screen with pixelation and lower resolution. Have that done at a business that uses legitimate screens.

I was in Tampa on business and needed my phone repaired right away. It was 5 pm and these guys got it done right away without charging me extra.

Best place in town for repairs or service. Cases and accessories out the WAZOO here. They have EVERYTHING including superhero cases to custom Bluetooth. Can do amazing things to galaxy phones and iPhone repair is on point. Stop in. Oh and they carry ALL THE FIDGET TOYS.

I brought a iPhone here and was told I have 2 months of warranty and went 7 days later to take it back cause it freeze and you have to cut it off to get it back. They came out and said warranty on for exchange not refund when I ask to be shown the warranty policy they could not provide one. They make their own policy when it’s convenient for them.I would not recommend buying anything on this place

Brought my iPhone in to get a battery replaced, at first you’d think they are like every other phone repair shop but these people do go the extra mile to make sure you have a working phone. My phones home button ended up not working after the battery repair and they fixed it free! The new owners are definitely going the extra mile!

This place is awesome, they saved me over $150, brought them my iPhone X after it was poorly diagnosed by some other repair place, those guys fixed the issue within few minutes and charged me way below what I planned to spend, very honest and pleasant people I would highly recommend this repair shop for all your phone needs.

These people are thieves and very deceptive. Took money from my 13 year old son, that was his birthday money for a PS4 they didn’t even fix. Come to find out the owner took a piece out of it that requires it to work and placed it in someone else’s PS4. Don’t take a chance you’re better off going to U break I fix, or a more reputable corporation. I only gave one star sadly because I had too!

Bought a over priced tempered glass here guy installed it I went home and fell asleep and when I woke up the tempered glass was nowhere to be found just came off the phone and they never open on time

Personally, I had a horrible experience. The screen of my phone was broken and I chose this location since it was close to my home. I wasn’t told that the screen provided was going to be one from a third party so when I got my phone the display was yellowish. The night before when they said it would be ready I never received a phone call or any sort of notification letting me know the phone was ready so they were basically planning on holding my phone over night without letting me know. Upon receiving my phone I decided to test it out before leaving the store and noticed that the home button wasn’t working when that wasn’t an issue to behind with. They told me that “it’s an electronic and things are bound to break randomly.” I’m sorry, but when I take my car for an oil change and receive my car with my ac not working (Something that had nothing to do with the original issue) I wouldn’t want to be told “well, things are bound to break.” Especially if the ac wasn’t an issue in the first place. Then to top it off when I asked the manager to try to fix the home button he said it would be extra because he’d had to order the parts in. So on top of my spending $100 bucks on my screen he wanted me to pay $30 dollars more for the parts to come in without a guarantee that that was gonna fix the phone. The only helpful person was th technician himself who tried to help me out. He was the only one willing to try to help, the rest f the guys just thought of my issue as a random electronic mishap. That “things are bound to break randomly.” I left my phone under their responsibility. For 2 nights they failed to call me to let me know that the phone was ready. For 2 nights they assumed I was gonna be ok with them keeping my phone overnight. Now I’m stuck with a screen that barely works and a home button that is no good. And to top it off when they handed me the phone they failed to tell me about the home button. I had to address it to them. So basically, they were planning on me not noticing this issue an just begin walking out of the store so that way they could have been on the clear. Idk how these guys have these reviews. It makes me think that they are reviewing themselves and giving themselves a good review because this was honestly the worst service I’ve ever had. I would/should have gone to one of those iPhone repair shops and not have dealt with this frauds.

I have given the owner four opportunities to call me and resolve the situation and instead they ignore me and hang the phone up on me at the place ofI have gSo now Im getting hung up on the same manager and handle this ridiculously I have a phone that was working before I gave it to you guys to flash it it was flashed I told them about Sprint it was on there before it went from Sprint to Cricket and I was trying to get it back to Sprint I spent about $75 on that it didnt work I had to have it moved back to Cricket because it would never work so I reward you guys that it was initially Sprint and the owner cant call me back one time I asked about four times the manager says nope hes not going to do anything at the time nothing was working I will go on Ripoff Report I will go on Facebook I will go on Google I will go on every site possible including the BBB and I will blank it I wan1Star I will come after you it will cost you a lot more than the $75 you owe me so you can pay me now or youre going to pay me later you will pay for this exponentially doing me wrong I used to send you customers you lose me for a lifetime you think its worth it over something you guys messed up on and you wont honor that that is Despicable and youre hanging up on me idiot manager
