I had an appointment at 0900 today, showed up 15 minutes early as requested by the manager- no one was there, like not just the tech, the whole staff was MIA. I already had 5 reminders from LifeSafer, and a voicemail confirming the appointment, so it wasnt user error. I sat there till 0930 neither myself or LifeSafer could get ahold of them- No call, No Show. LifeSafer ended up sending me to The Audio Itch on Dale Mabry like a half hour away. Nothing like having a deadline on a device they installed, making an appointment a month ahead of time for them to just not show up- or even call and say there was an issue. Super unprofessional, would not recommend. Would give 0 stars but cant.Edit: I see they replied, and have been caught in that lie.
