The parking lot is a disaster. Getting in and out can take forever because of the traffic. Theres almost always an accident because of the traffic. The inside is older, definitely could use upgrading. The meat department is so great with customers and willing to help without any issues. Customer service is fast with barely any waits. Overall good store. Could be better if upgraded and parking lot wasnt so congested.

I dont typically rate grocery store chains, but I want to make an exception. My neighborhood Publix is the only one, that Ive seen, that carries Braggs organic Apple Cinnamon AND Concord Grape & Hibiscus flavored cider in 16 oz. bottles. Maybe others do as well, I just havent seen them. THANK YOU!!!

Public supermarkets are one of the best Grocery stores in new Tampa clean,courteous, and friendly staff fresh produce & Seafood and a great wine selection and a lovely bakery to boot. Publix supermarket is the place to go for all your grocery needs.

I have visited several grocery stores in the Tampa Bay area and other parts of the country but my preferred store is Publix on Cross Creek Boulevard. It is always clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the prices are comparable to other grocery stores in the area. Moreover, being a vegetarian/vegan, I find that they have a varied selection of grocery items for me. And of course, their BOGO free items are unbeatable.

Love the deli here...subs always made fresh and on time when I come to pickup. Always a friendly and helpful staff. Great subs and hot bar which is why I always get my lunch here when I can...great job guys

This store is always clean, the team is always super nice and helpful. The food at the bakery & deli is always delicious and a quick and easy option. Even on days like today where because of a shortage, they didn’t have the specific donuts I was hoping for, I’d still come back. The prices are higher than what I could get elsewhere, but you just have to look for the deals

The Best Publix Ive ever been to!Many stores There has been a customer service disconnect since this pandemic started but This store manages to take pride in being thee Public of great customer service no matter what! I was hosting a Flamingo Friday happy hour and last minute order a large boars head sandwich tray, cheese tray and they accommodated my last minute add on. The Flamingo Pink cup cakes were a big hit at the part. I added the Flamingo Birds.

Publix is in a class of its own no other grocery store around us can compare. Employees will always go the distance to help you cashiers and the store is spotless.

I go regularly but this trip was very special a lady that worked there helped me find a good medicine for my sick girlfriend! The lady that helped her name was betsy and I truly am thankful for her time

The store is clean and well stocked. Its in a very convenient location and I appreciate not having to get on BBD to get groceries. The produce department is wonderful and I love the prepared food! Not a fan of the meat department, doesnt have a great selection and seems like an afterthought.

As usual another five star Publix. Its hard to find something wrong with most Publix and if you do it is so far out of the ordinary that it stands out like a sore thumb. The employees were helpful as always. You might think that I might have stock in Publix or something but I dont I wish I did. Shopping is truly a pleasure at Publix. I kind of one day would like to find one that Im disappointed with just to know that theres one in the world and they arent perfect.

Watch your groceries, the cashier and bag boy are wanting to engage they fail to do a simple thing like bag all the groceries you just purchased. No apologies when I called just it is at the deli if you want to drive back. Very disappointed

Publix is always going to be Publix, the employees make it. However this location has a couple in the deli area that arent to pleasant nor friendly. Short with a little attitude, for no reason. I believe one may be in management (sadly). Happy trails!

This Publix does not perform at the expectations that are instilled by other Publix locations. Items go out of stock for longer than normal, and items found at most other Publix locations are non-existent. Store is usually clean though and staff are fairly friendly.

Im very big on Customer Service. I waited at least 15 minutes in line at the customer service counter. So many employees just walking around not doing much of anything. Publix definitely needs to invest more time & money in training their employees. There should always be 2 available employees to assist at the counter. Stop telling customers Well be with you shortly and all youre doing is standing behind the counter. Never been much of a fan of Publix.

Clean well maintained store with fresh meat and vegetables. A little pricey but you get your products put in a bag 🎒 the workers are friendly. That is rare in a store these days. That is why I gave 5 stars. Service.

My neighborhood store is always clean and well-stocked. The friendly staff is helpful, salads are fresh and the deli food is great.

Come here often. Usually no customers and lots of employees. Constantly fully stocked and have weekly specials. If there is an item I need, I send my wife to talk with the manager and within a month I see it on the shelf.

I was just at the deli and there’s a young fellow by the name of Garrett just want to say thank you he was so young but still play so well mannered he made the sandwich exactly how I asked him and I know that’s his job but most of the time you tell people all please don’t put so much oil and vinegar and they just slap it on there so I just wanted to recognize him

This is my least favorite New Tampa Publix. They are not as friendly here. The store is very clean but they seem slower to restock and to open a new register when lines form. All publix need to train their baggers!!! If I dont stop them they throw the soft fruit in with the potatoes.

Publix is the closest grocery store in either direction from my house so naturally they are the go to unless Im passing another store or shopping for something specific at a different chain. Ive noticed that the fruit is a hit or miss. First it was the strawberries, then bananas and now the cantaloupe. Either they ripe really quick after getting it home or in the case of the cantaloupe theyre already over ripe and going bad. On different occasions the bananas went from green to black literally. My grip is solely the quality of the fruit and not the service I get. Everyone is usually pretty friendly

We always go here because its so close, but the staff is always so nice! The store is always clean and neat. The deli was closed for over an hour and our dinner plans fell through, but Johnny hooked it up with some chicken strips from the back! Big thanks to you because you didnt have to do that, we really appreciate it and all the staff there!

I sometimes prefer going here rather than the BBD ones because they get less traffic. If you want a less crowded experience, go here.

Completely satisfied with MY PUBLIX. I used to shop at the 1st publix in Tampa on Nebraska Ave. , which is the one in the picture 1960s. 🍒🙂

I asked the meat department to please make me provolone flank steak rolls. I was told it would be 20mins and I waited then came back. When I came back I was informed that they had no flank steak to completely request. Immediately there after that discussion I walked to the meat case and found flank steak on the shelf they could’ve used to complete my request. As someone who worked for Publix (in the meat department) for 4 years this seemed extremely unprofessional, lazy, and disrespectful to tell a customer you’re unable to fill a request when you “don’t have the item” when I clearly was looking at said item in front of my own eyes. This is unacceptable. I asked to speak to the store manager upon my exit and was told they were unavailable at that time. This is ridiculous to me as a store manager should be available to speak to a paying customer when asked. I do understand some aspects of the situation but overall it ultimately felt like absolute laziness.

My complaint about this publix is the pharmacy. they have been behind almost every time I need prescription filled. when the medication is not ready they do not call you to let you know. after Bob the pharmacist left few months ago, the service went down.Publix management, what are you going to do about it?

Ive always liked this Publix very much. Specially it being so close to home. Everybody seems very friendly. At least that what I thought. Some of the Deli personnel are not that friendly or professional as the rest of the staff. Especially Martin, that works at the Deli. He always seems to be upset, is disrespectful and gets annoyed if I take my time to decide on a topping. I wont go back to this Publix to buy from the Deli, will go to the one at Bruce B Downs. Hopefully a Manager can sit down with him and go over proper customer service.

I don’t like going to Publix last minute because I understand the staff are trying to clean up and go home. However I always have such a great experience at this location.Tonight I was helped by Stephen (with the cashier) who was very professional with my specific needs. Danielle worked the bags, and how wonderful she was helping me.She saw the products I bought and provided me with coupons! Will always come back here. Will be calling management tomorrow for further praises!
