They worked with us to build our one off design and took the time to price out and build the best trailer i have ever seen let alone use. I have owned a Loadmaster trailer for 16 years and finely had to do some maintenance on it. Finding 3 in galvanized tubing was not easy, however after a call to Loadmaster they had it in stock at 1/2 the price I was quoted in Orlando. The drive to Tampa was well worth the effort. Everyone from the front office to the loading dock were super nice and friendly.Reworking my trailer could not have gone smoother.Thank You for a Great customer experience.

I bought a trailer about 9 months ago. Great trailer for fresh water, not great for saltwater. I paid for stainless hardware, but the winch strap hook was badly rusted and I needed to replace with stainless hook. Fenders vibrate when going down the road and feel weak when stepping on them. Electrical connections for lamps was made with unsealed connectors. These connections rusted badly and need replaced. I wash the trailer down with fresh water after trips and take special care of washing the brake rotors. The winch handle was too long and had to be cut smaller, as the winch mount is not adjustable for hull clearance (distance between stopper and the winch).Pros: well built frame, great suspension, great tow feeling/stability. Good value, great service (unloaded my boat and loaded/fitted onto my new trailer). Made to order.Cons: Advertised price is for a non-salt, non-DOT trailer (no brakes, no safety chain, no rear strap eyes, etc.). That is OK, but, even though I upgraded to stainless hardware, other bolts (that probably came with the tongue and other accessories) were not stainless and have already started to rust. electrical system already starting to go bad due to non-water tight connections. Tail lights are probably cheap Chinese, as I have already had to replace due to failure (possibly bad water seal).Overall, I would recommend buying, but ask for upgrades (unbelievably, the salesman only offers a few of the many things you can customize without digging into each part of the trailer). Its best to look at a trailer they make and go over each part and ASK if that is standard, extra, and what options they can do. If you want to use the trailer for saltwater, make sure you tell them that. plan to add about $1000 to the advertised price to get a good trailer, and then plan on replacing some things with better parts. The frame/suspension is excellent, but I cant give the trailer three stars due to problems I have experienced.

Great customer service. I showed up at the plant unannounced on a Monday morning after having an axle break on a 19 year old trailer. I was on vacation in South Carolina and drove down hoping to pick up the items I needed to repair my trailer. The staff went above and beyond to help me salvage my vacation. The company president even got involved and had personal knowledge of where my parts were in the warehouse even though my style of trailer is no longer sold. She is definitely on point when it comes to knowing her business.

I purchased a USED Loadmaster Trailer from Loadmaster directly in early 2013 . At the time the axles and hubs were new and existing bunks were fit to my boat. After less than 1 year of use and wash down after EVERY use, the hubs started to rust. Considering it was likely surface rust, I replaced two of these with GALVANIZED hubs during my annual trailer maintenance (inspecting races, repacking bearings etc.) and to date (> 12 months) , neither show any signs of rust while the existing hubs are terrible. I could live with this, but just yesterday, as I was backing my boat into my yard (as Ive done a few times every month for the last two years), the weld on the spindle of the front axle cracked, rendering the trailer unusable. I inspected all 4 spindle welds (tandem axle) are all are EXTREMELY rusted. I am now required to replace both axles (one is required and the other is preventative). I understand I purchased a used trailer, however the components that I have issues with were NEW (at least I was told they were new, they appeared new) at the time of purchase. Very dissatisfied as an individual who takes very good care of the trailer. I would have expected these critical components to last much longer than they have.
