Bought our hot tub in February. Yesterday got supplies. Very professional staff, no BS

Good people here. Walked in looking for a hot tub and shuffleboard table. The person helping us was so friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they have. We had been looking for a hot tub for 2-3months with NO luck what so ever. It was either the people were super high pressure salespeople (big turn off) or they couldnt get the tub for 4-6months plus. We purchased our hot tub and got it within 4days. By the night of the 5th day it was powered up and up to temp. Margaritas that night. I highly suggest this place for any of your billiard or spa needs. Awesome! We will be back soon to get our shuffleboard.

I went to Robertson in Sarasota to look at hot tubs. Steve was extremely helpful. We also went to their location I Tampa where everyone assisted us with patience and were helpful. They delivered and installed our new hot tub. We are very happy with our purchase and Robertson. We even got a call from Steve to make certain all was up and running without any challenges. Fair price. Opportunity for improvement is to get a little more organization by price, brand when it comes to cue sticks, but overall is a nice place to get cues.

Classic game of time and now a table of any kind of family or friend gathering....Wonderful ladies working with their little dogs at foot so cute and polite. Cool graffiti outside too!

Brandon was a tremendous help when we were seeking a replacement hot tub. He was even kind enough to waive the “smart ass” fee while joking around with my husband.The hot tub we selected was in stock and available for delivery within 2 weeks - based on our schedule. No waiting 3-4+ months like other places, and they even deliver to Clearwater.The two delivery gents also provided excellent service. Simply amazing! I never visited the store and did it all online and over the phone. Alana, TJ and James all know their stuff and took very good care of us! I live on a bridge-less barrier island so it was not an easy purchase and install.

Fantastic prices and selection. Great customer service. We also saved a bunch of money using their recommended electrician. They were also fantastic. The speed of delivery and coordinating with the electrian to install underground wiring in less than a week was quite pleasant too. Highly recommend going to see Alana before making your purchase anywhere else.

We used Jessie to educate us about hot tubs and choose one. she was amazing! thoughtful. thorough and very knowledgable - not pushy and listened to our needs. so nice to deal with a local business too. wish I had room for a pool table - wed buy that from her too!

Excellent choices for hot tubs and table games

Definitely avoid this company as they are dishonest, the owners don’t get along and they may be on the verge of going out-of-business. Rather than buy a pool table online, I drove 1.5 hours (83 miles) to their Sarasota showroom and the co-owner Stephen agreed to match an online price and sold me a new Valley pool table for about $3000 including delivery to my house in Cape Coral and took my $1500 deposit. Then after about two months when it was time for delivery, the other co-owner Alana called me and demanded $300 more complaining delivery to my house was too far away, they would lose money and can barely afford to keep their doors open. Stephen apologizes and says he wishes he could deliver my pool table but has no control over Alana. Bottom line, they don’t make good on their promises and wasted a lot of my time. How can they stay in business when they treat their customers so poorly?

We went to Robertson Billiards and Spa considering the idea of getting a spa for our patio. The help and explanations received at Store were so on point that we decided to go ahead and buy the Caldera Spa salt water system. Since day one, the service that we’ve received has been fabulous and way beyond our expectations.I also have to mention, Jessie, our sales rep, has helped us with every single question since then. Her customer service is outstanding and we are super happy to have her. She’s always looking for ways to help us operate our spa properly.

If your looking for friendly service look else where. Could not get help. The older women yelling at her employees was a turn off showed us they would not respect us if they can not respect the people they work with. Did not buy a hot tub from here. Bad taste.

Decent prices and selection of game room and spas but the sales staff is typical of this type of establishment and product line. Demand is high so stock was limited and I decided to buy elsewhere.

We went to three different hot tub store in town, and we bought from Robertson billiards and spas.1 best quality tub and the best price.This may sound like a cliche but Jessie was the best she seemed honest upfront and made us feel like we were not alone in this whole purchasing process andshe knew a lot about her own hot tubs and well as others.We had many questions and she always answered them very quickly on her email even after hours. If I can be extremely honest I am not really the type of person that takes the time to write reviews but I could not miss the opportunity to praise this company for the job they do. I started looking at conversion tables over a year ago and Alana went out of her way to answer my questions. She provided pictures of tables, chairs and samples of the items I was considering purchasing. She also gave me her professional opinion when I asked questions that pertained to me and my specific set up.When the table was delivered I was expecting a big delivery truck with people I would have to keep my eyes on and manage. To my surprise a pick up truck pulled into my driveway with two of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. PJ and his associate put this table together like a fine oiled machine. Highly recommend this company! PJ and James were professional and worked on a Saturday at our request since my husband and I have busy work week schedules! Went there for pool cues and the first thing I notice when I went in was an at home feeling. They had a large variety of quality cues with various price ranges. The lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable on all of the brands they carried and they had really good prices ranging from starter cues to really really good cues, from there the versatility of how they can customize the weight and shape of the tip right there in front of you was phenomenal. The prices of maintenance and accessories is also really good. Its basically a one stop family owned and operated shop. They have valet parking for customers and even a table for you to sample how the cue feels for you (which for any billiards buff is super important)! They also sell tables, and moving, re-felting, and even leveling services aswell. Id give these guys 7 stars if possible because from the moment I walked in it was 110% quality from the customer service I received to the products they offered, and the diligent work and care they gave in tailoring the cue to suite me perfectly.

I purchased my pool table here 15 years ago. Since then, I have had it broken down, moved, and put back together several times due to either moving or updating our house and flooring. Everyone that I have interacted with from this company has been outstanding! From the person who answers the phone to the guys that came to the house for the install have all been great. This is why I only use this billiards company when there are many others out there. The customer service and quality of work is simply phenomenal and in today’s day and world that’s definitely hard to find. You will not go wrong doing business with this company!

We bought a gorgeous pool table dining table combo from Robertson billiards.. They were so patient with us as we switched what we wanted multiple times.. My experience is mixed so take this with a grain of salt. I let them sell a Tornado Foosball table for me and after 8 months of not hearing anything I emailed asking for an update. I got a quick response the table sold and theyd send me a check for my half. Two weeks passed with no check. I sent multiple emails asking for an update and called asking to speak with someone. No responses or returned calls until I started posting public reviews. If I lived closer and their hours were more convenient, Id have driven down and camped out until I got a check. In the end, and after some effort, I got the check. I do wish them well with their business.

Great place to do business, I wanted a Brand of pool stick, that cost about 80 dollars.I wanted to try some other brands as well.they showed me the cues and the price ranges, and let me try some out on their table.Still bought the one I came there for, and enjoyed the kind service, and the no hard sell to up grade.They let me try out sticks with out bugging me.If I decide to buy another one, no matter the cost I am going back there.The stick i paid 80 dollars for there was 120 on line.

Table re-felted recently. The techs that came out were very helpful, worked quickly and the table came out looking fantastic! Customer service was great and the prices were reasonable. Will definitely do business again!

Its been a nightmare....Really not happy with the serviceIve been getting. 5 times to fix my warped slate on table ,took a yearTo get that done.the pockets arePopping out because the table hasBeen torn apart 5 times.and was notified on the 6th time they are not coming out today because they cant schedule right and after a month and a week after the 5th time coming out I called because they were supposed to call me in about 2 weeks to set time to repair the pockets they cancelled because of poor schedule skills.ive spent alot of cash on a pool table and a scuffle board ,was going to buy a spa but forget it .I couldnt imagine the run around that would be .they dont care ,unprofessional, cant schedule. I would not recommend this company to anyone ..

We just purchased our new home in Riverview. We called and scheduled an appointment on Tuesday to have them set it up and recover it. They said the first appointment they had was today in the afternoon. We booked the appointment and today they no called no showed. My best guess is they will blame it on Irma when a simple phone call to let us know they werent coming would have been nice. My husband and sons got up early today to get the table moved over here. Now it is laying in pieces on the floor. We were in no hurry to have this done as our other home has not sold yet. Not sure if it gets anymore unprofessional than this.

I have a imperial pool table I purchased from my brother . In transport I damaged 2 plastic pieces . I contacted imperial and obtained the part numbers of what 2 pieces I need to replace . Imperial instructed me to contact Robertson billiards and specifically stated ask for Alana. I called at 915 on a Tuesday morning and asked for Alana . The woman on the phone said in a very harsh manor this is Alana . I said to her I was directed by imperial to contact her for a few pieces I needed to order . She stated again in a harsh tone Im very busy rite now I am trying to set deliveries up for a waiting customer I asked politely is there a better time to call back ? She stated give me til 10 and Ill be able to help you I offered would you like me to send the info via e mail and when you get time to arrange the small order and I can give my credit card # for payment ? She said that would be great . I e mailed and verified it went through . I never heard back .2 weeks later I called and asked for Alana and a gentleman said she was tied up with a customer and hed have her call me rite back.Still no return call (even after explaining every detail) I wait another week and call and get a voicemail and left a message stating I still have yet to receive a call back and stillNOT 1 return phone call.Worst service or lack thereof I have ever experienced. I will take my business elsewhere and make sure I let everyone I come into contact know just how poor of service and lack of care or concern this company and specifically Alana puts forth .Business must be great to not have a care in the world to take my hard earned money.Not only was I going to purchase the needed parts I was also going to buy new cues and billiard accessories .Their loss not mine. AllExcept the waste of my time waiting for a return phone call.

Ordering a $15,000 pool table from a firm 4,000 miles away was a bit uncomfortable but the Robertson people did everything they promised, when promised, and delivered an excellent product and service. No reservations in recommending them.

Been there several times and like all other times todays service was great. Dropped two cues off for new tips around 12 pm and they were finished by 3 pm.

NOT RECOMMENDED.I moved from Ohio and was referred by the individual (one man company) that dismantled and crated my pool table. Robertson did the installation and installed the table on an angle in the room. It is off 2 (measured against the legs on the long side). I told the workmen I had a sever astingmatism and could not see angles. I expected them to be professional and install pool tables straight (is this unreasonable?) or measure to be sure before installing the slates. After two weeks of emails, robertsons answer was they would charge me again to come out and fix it.
