These guys truly are the essence of a small “for the barber” supply shop. Caesar is the gentleman that I’ve dealt with the last couple times .And you can tell that he cares in his purpose. They have a very prompt and accurate inventory system as well. As a barbershop owner it’s nice to know that there’s a shop out there that still puts us the barbers first , and stands between people and companies attempting to take supplies and resale for extremely overpriced profits. I also VERY much appreciate the fact that I can rest assured that there supplying me with quality OEM replacement parts as well , and not some potential overpriced knockoff . Tried to contact Customer Service through their website and their active chat, no response on either. Took a shot in the dark, product wasnt what I wanted, no sense in returning it when theres a chance Ill pay the same price for shipping and the possible restocking fee. First off..... I ordered a clipper online for my birthday and my order was canceled by accident. I was upset and brought it to there attention. They heard me out and got in contact with me to fix the issue. I ended up going in the store and purchasing more then just the clipper I ordered online. I was given a discount on the clipper for the mix up. Customer service was great, many companies won’t hear you out or try to fix a situation because they feel as if they have enough business already and that loosing you as a customer is nothing. But for VIP to show that they care for there customers showed me a lot. They will have a long time customer..There integrity , respect and service second to noneIf you haven’t purchased from them yet , no need to hesitate. Prices are reasonable, and they always have inventory

The replacement clipper part arrived quickly.Very good. The part was an exact match in factory packaging.

I ordered clubman aftershave, the product came as is but the tape they used to put on the top leaves a very very sticky residue. I would suggest next time using a different type of tape. Maybe Painters tape would be nice because that does not leave a sticky residue when using it in a professional setting.

My clippers broke so I was happy to find a local place that sells everything barber. However it’s not always easy running errands with a 5 month old so I called and spoke with Adeline and asked if she could grab Wahl’s that I needed and grab my card and purchase them while I wait in the car and she did without hesitation! I bought 2 of their Vincent Classic capes to try out. Luckily I didnt buy the full 24 I needed. The material is too thin, and the hem stitching was coming apart after just one wash. Well use them as spares, but unfortunately it just doesnt work within the rigors of a busy barber shop. If you just need a basic cape they look good with a nice sheen to them, but the quality doesnt match the look.
