My company was attending a small trade show in Tampa and the owner realized the graphics were left at the corporate office in Boca. I researched same-day print options from 300 miles away, called and spoke with Brittany, who was tremendously patient and enormously helpful, and they had banners for our booth ready to pick up that afternoon. Called in early afternoon seeing if same day printing was possible and out of the 7 places I called Jim didn’t waste a second he got all the details and was done printing in a couple hours 750 cards! Great products and good pricing. My past 2 orders have not been completed to satisfaction. I attribute this to turnover in staff as my contact previously was Terry who went above and beyond to fulfill orders and communicate with myself effectively. I will still use them, as I know there is a learning curve at the front, however I will need to see improvement.The key is communication. In my latest experience I did not have to previously request grommets on my signs, it was already installed. I am wiling to pay extra if that is the case and voiced that when I went to pick up my order. I was told they do not do that, however my sign previously purchased from the same location came with grommets already installed. I will be happy to pay more if that is the case, but to tell me you dont produce a service and product that I know you do.... It is frustrating, to now having to make this a 2 step process and take my signs to another company to have this done since I was told Tampa Printer does not. I need a one stop shop. Im sure on my next order this will be done, however today it cost me time. Which lead me to right a review of this demeanor.

Unreliable. Failed me big time. After THREE spread in time confirmations and assurances that my order would be completed on time, just one day before the promised pick up date the company informed me that the printing image was not good enough and that their printer was out of order anyway... Also had to nag for the refund for a week and a half. You make conclusions.

Earlier today , I went to Staples to print out something and it was a complete disaster . So I googled places to print and this company was the closest and best ranked. Sent a file to print my artwork into a canvas. First they printed it in some paper. I had to send it back because it wasn’t what I paid for. Then they sent the canvas with some wording in the corner that says “front of canvas” that I didn’t put there but the manager gave me a call and he said I’m responsible for it. Even though I had proof that I never put those words there apparently it was my responsibility. Manager just said, you’re responsible for it, I don’t want to argue about this so I’m giving you a refund and then hung up. So they just left it like it is and said I’m responsible when I have proof that I wasn’t. I have the email with the link I sent and I can see I never put those words there. But I’m responsible for something I didn’t do and that I have proof I didn’t do. What a rude costumer service. Telling me I’m responsible for something I have proof I didn’t do and then hanging up on me. I can see the email I sent and the link and it doesn’t say that! How am I being held responsible and then being talked rudely. It’s not like I was trying to get something for free or trying to annoy them. I just wanted my artwork in a canvas so that I can sell and make a living.Thanks for the refund but professionalism was horrible and you can clearly see that they don’t take responsibility based on their responses to one star reviews.

I had a job interview this morning and my home printer refused to print my resume. I desperately called Tampa Printing an hour before my interview and the staff member was happy to save me. I emailed Tampa Printing my resume and picked up 6 copies of it 30 minutes later. As if that wasnt nice enough, the staff member gave me the prints free of charge! Made my entire morning. Tampa Printer is a life saver!We actually had a sign made by a different local printer for an Easter Seals charity event. But, on the day of the event the sign fell and was badly damaged. Tampa printer was nearby and we brought the damaged sign to them in the hopes that it could be salvaged (and quickly). They problem solved with us to come up with a quick solution and executed it on the spot! They saved the sign within minutes and we were able to get back to our event with a presentable sign.Will definitely use them in the future because they were so helpful, quick-thinking and kind!

Pictures of proof below. I paid top dollar for stitching quality and delivery time. Did not receive either.POOR customer service and low quality production. I place a order to have 60 of my own hat stitched with my logo on the front center. I was told that I would get my hats next day because I paid for rush production. It took 2 extra days than expected, the stitching quality was so bad that I had to ask for a refund. The thread was coming undone, misspelling errors, they used the wrong colors instead of using what I asked for and sent in previous emails. The manager was rude when I asked for a refund. I paid cashed and was told they didn’t have cash on-site. I return multiple times to get my refund and have been told every time that they don’t carry cash. At this point I’m taking a loss and they lost a good consistent customer. I would not recommend this company.
