Very rude. Unprofessional. Argumentative. You can see how the shop responds to one star reviews either citing “fake review” or bashing the customer and what they did wrong. This is their mindset on their customer. Complete lack of respect and human decency. I wish I would’ve listened to those reviews as they were EXACTLY my experience and were not fake at all however, or whoever wrote them. They acted like they never wanted me there and as you can see per they’re reviews, other people have felt the same, they have made enemies of many of their customers. Not worth risking the success of your project on this horrible business. And to the shops response if there is one, you know when i left i told you I’d be writing about my experience and your response of yeah I’m sure you will. He is use to this and he considers it unfair slander when in reality he ignored his customers and is completely incapable of constructive criticism when people are just asking to be treated with human decency. And to any potential customers: please be warned of this owners extreme lack of respect for people and rudeness. If your fine with that and have the budget to spend on his high prices and poor customer service then more power to you. Just remember there’s plenty of other places.

If i could rate this lower than 1 star i would. Do not go here. Costumer service is absolutely awful. Tried charging us $30 to print out a piece of paper. It’s a shame due to how much business they could’ve been brought if they did their job correctly, in a manner where they treat paying costumers how they should be treated. The lady with the short hair and glasses was probably the rudest person i’ve ever encountered. I can’t say enough how terrible this place is. Go anywhere but here.

Harry and the staff at DT Publishing are the most professional group of people. They go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our patients surgery folders are the best they can be. Sure, they got my print correct. But they were downright rude about helping me, and it made the entire experience extremely stressful.I came in looking to print a 5x7 piece of art, which was to be used as a gift for my boyfriend. I’d already been to other print shops, which had failed to produce a quality print. So, to come in to DT and have them say they were “hesitant” to even help me, sarcastically comment on my artistic “vision”, and get annoyed with me when the sizing came out a bit off, it was unacceptable. I didn’t think I was asking for too much, just one sheet of paper with a 5x7 colored print. But apparently it was a big inconvenience to them to help me, and it showed in their attitude.In all honesty, their attitude made my anxiety flare up, and sent me on the verge of an anxiety attack.Furthermore, I’m wary of their pricing. $2 for a single sheet of paper seems very steep. I won’t claim that they gouged their prices for me, but I am very wary of the expense.Overall, if I need something printed, I’ll go elsewhere or do it myself.

Ive used DT Publisher many times for large color prints, laminated and mounted on foam-core for trade show displays. Always excellent custom work with fast turnaround. Not really a place for students to make cheap B&W copies, more of a vendor for professionals that need quality work.
