What can I say about Chip and his team? Im impressed. These guys understand their product and customer service. They were always on time. Stayed late when they were trying to finish and returned until it was done and done right (we had them do some extra stuff). Highly recommend

Last year we purchased the electric powered Eisenglass screen enclosures in order to close off our patio from mosquitoes and open it up to our home. It is the greatest home improvement we have done to our home in 20 years! On beautiful days I put the enclosures down and open our French doors! The enclosure makes our living area so much larger by opening our patio area up to our home! Chip, the owner was/is wonderful to work with and the installation was done to perfection! We have used the patio so much more, especially with the pandemic and needing to social distance during the holidays. Make the investment - Youll be so glad you did! LD

These guys really know what they are doing. They have a solution for everything and they are quick to respond. Purchased an automatic screen from them and the delivered quickly. Even during this Covid-19 period, they were able to stay on top it all, while every other business were slowed down.

Did a great job installing the awning. However the wind sensor never worked. We had an issue about a year after insulation where the wind caught the awning and it did not close. Installer over text told me how to adjust it. He mentioned he would bring by a new wind sensor - never showed up and would not return text or messages. So my advise, he installs a good product, but if you have issues don’t expect support. I bought my own wind sensor, now it works great.

We have been extremely happy with Chip and Anchor Awning co. we met him at the st pete home show , we were given an appointment to meet , they were prompt , fair and honest . we had anchor install a motorized awning on our 2 nd floor deck and once our outdoor room was completed they also installed 3 beautiful full size motorized screens that keep the sun and bugs out. if we had need for additional awnings and screens they would be the company we would call.
