At Store #301184, I had never been treated with such disgust. The issue is Firestone order a part for my car. The part came in wrong and I asked the Store manager Chris to provide me with a rental car because as the customer I should not be held response to not have transportation. She proceeded to tell me she didnt have to get me a rental thus after being assertive Chris agree to get me a rental. She advised for me to go to enterprise and get a rental and she would reimburse me for the cost. Due to the local stores being closed, Chris informed me that she tried calling the airport to book a reservation through enterprise but was not able to. I was told from Chris that it must be put in my name and I would be reimbursed and on Monday (being it was a Saturday) she would transfer the rental to a local store for firestone(Bridgestone) to be billed. On Monday she realized that the airport had additional fees/charges and did not refund all of my money. This manager was aggressive as she spoke to me, yelling and screaming at me in which I had to ask her numerous times to lower her tone because she had not right to yell at me. After transferring the rental in Bridgestone name I was called the next day stating Bridgestone will no longer cover the cost of the rental and I was responsible, After she had already agreed that Bridgestone would cover the rental until the part for my vehicle came in. I then ask to speak to her Area manager name Kevin Rodgers. Kevin acted in like manner and begin to get aggressive and agreed with his store manager in not covering the rental or paying me the remaining funds that Chris agree to. This agreement was provided in writing from firestone manager Chris. I then asked Kevin to provide with corporate contact info and was denied stating the which route you back to me. Bridgestone claims to care for their customers however I was treated less than what Bridgestone claims with respect of customer are cared for.

This shop bait & switched me on a tire repair last Sunday by lying and telling me the tire, which needed a valve replaced, was a 2011 and could not be worked on. I told them repeatedly that I purchased it from Walmart 6 months ago, but they refused. Since I was stranded & needed to be at work, I reluctantly agreed to pay $151 for the tire, only to be told after the fact it was a 2020 tire. This is beyond sleezy and I will be calling the state and posting a Tik Tok video about my experience.

Had such a wonderful experience here . I had a blow out on my tire and called tire places in area desperately to find places to help me , no one would help , they all said we are too busy , but Firestone , Joe was kind on phone and said come in . They fit me in last minute on Sunday Joe and Crystal were so nice and professional. They went above and beyond and Crystal explained the different tires to me and recommended options for tires based on my driving . They were awesome I ended up buying 4 new tires and they got it all done while I waited . I will use them for all my car needs . They were amazing . Great prices , great friendly service . I highly recommend them .

Re: store #301184. Ive been with Firestone since 2006 and until recently enjoyed acceptable service. Last year I had the alignment checked and the mechanic test drove my mustang unnecessarily and without my permission. Previous to that a mess was made in my engine compartment while cleaning battery terminals. This occurred on two separate occasions. This morning I showed on time for an appointment to have a tire leak repaired. I asked the manager on duty to leave the hood closed (its a new mustang and I had topped off the washer fluid the day before). Five minutes later I saw the car on the lift with the hood open. When I asked the manager why the hood was open, she immediately became visibly and verbally hostile and asked if I wanted her to help me. She was obviously having a really bad morning (not my problem). I asked her to return the car to me before any work was done, which she did without charge. I mentioned that she had just lost a long term customer. I dont remember or care if there was a response. I called a corporate customer service number and relayed this experience. I also closed my Firestone account. That action marked the end of my relationship with Firestone. Its a shame but this morning was the last straw. Tire stores are a dime a dozen around here. What a terrible experience. I was already having problems with the Saint Pete location this just topped it off. Went in for a tire replacement we kept the old tire and I saw after, they charged us $3 for disposing the old tire. I called asked them to remove it since they didnt do it. They told me I had to come in.....we live no where close to them it would be more than that in gas. They knew who i was they have my ticket in front of them they can EASILY do a partial refund. His excuse was he would have to write down my credit card and didnt want it floating around. They actually admitted to over charging me and then made it my responsibility to fix their mistake. I just paid $150 for a tire how do you manage to keep customers?!?!?

Cris is an absolute gem and always honest/transparent about the process, costs, and timing, and the rest of the Firestone team are extremely helpful, as well. This store is, by far, the best Ive been to in the Tampa Bay area.

I went in to get an oil change and to get standard breaks put on the front of my car and to get the back brakes cleaned and readjusted. Took about 2 hours. And about $200. I have a Hyundai accent 2013 sedan. To me that is not a bad deal and it did not take too long. I seen people take a lot longer than 2 hours to do an oil change and to put on brakes. The customer service of the two gentlemen in the front counter was above and beyond. They were very nice and professional and knowledgeable. Isiah helped me and my mother most of the time. I also have a Firestone credit card and I use it when needed often. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family. And would return.

Cris and her team are amazing. Since my horrible experience at Tires Plus (and recommend from Tires Plus to come here when they were too busy- which was the best recommendation ever!!!) Cris provides amazing customer service. I’m in the lobby now waiting for a tire change and I am watching her juggle phone calls and customers with a smile on her face. A gentleman named Jose helped me today with my tire. He was awesome since my first phone call this morning. Overall amazing people which makes it easier to get your car worked on as we all know it’s not fun

I had my work truck brought here for a broken serpentine belt. The first desk manager said it would be done by close. I called back at 630pm and this desk manager didnt know it had been promised. He said that it would be done first call in the morning. They opened at 7. I showed up at 8am and they had just begun to look at it. This was a 3rd desk manager and she had no idea anything had been promised. Theres no continuity between desk managers. Not sure how work is kept on track. Will never come back here.

If I had the ability to give ZERO stars then I absolutely would. The associates here may be friendly but, they must always be severely understaffed because they can’t complete services timely at all. I brought my car here twice for “scheduled” oil changes which should take 15 minutes max so I am absolutely baffled as to why they took almost two hours. I would definitely recommend a different vendor unless you’re dropping your car off otherwise be prepared for a longggg wait! Frustration at it’s best!

I have been a long time customer of Firestone and it is truly sad to see how my LAST experience was with them. I came in to get four new tires and an alignment. Needless to say, I my wheels were scratched and they denied it. I wash my own car and I am very meticulous about what belongs to me. I know every scratch and imperfection my car has. I didn’t take before pictures but you guys should whenever you get your tires replaced. I will be doing so from now. Unfortunately, this lesson came at a price. Moving on to management, Crismory E. Is the store manager of this branch, she handled my complaint very unprofessionally. She made my experience worse by denying my complaint in a rude manner accusing me my wheels to have those damages previously caused by wear and tear.I was very disappointed and upset with the way she handled the situation. Management positions require a level of professionalism that she clearly lacks. I will be bringing this matter up to corporate.

I have used Firestone for car maintenance and repairs for years. They are honest and helpful and their prices arent too bad. They can get VERY busy on weekends so make sure you have an appointment so you dont have long waits. They also have coupons online which can help lower your costs. I do trust them. They have taken such good car of vehicles for me and my son.

Jose S saved me a lot of money here! I originally brought my KIA to the KIA dealership to take a look at the nail in my back left tire. They told me it punctured the sidewall and that I’d have to pay $250 for a new tire. I instead brought it to this Firestone where they took the nail out and said it wasn’t even punctured. Saved me $250.

This store went above and beyond customer service! I had a tire blow out on the highway 3 miles from this store.I called them while waiting for a tow they had a tire waiting for me. They close at 6 but it took me hours to get a tow the manager and technician stayed after 6 to take care of me!!! What a great place!! Thank you!!!

5 stars for the detailed inspection for only $10 but negative 3 stars because they tried to rip me off. Fresh new oil dripping from the engine block claimed to be evidence of an oil leak when it was obviously oil topped off and spilled by accident or on purpose.

Zero stars.. Worst experience ever, sent my fiance for check engine abs light, possibly a tune up..had to return the car 1000 dollars later, threw the alignment off had to take it back, we had to take it another Firestone for repairs under warranty to be charge for work not diagnosed initially or needed, and the same intial problems such as abs. WOMEN beware, we couldve gotten a tune up and brakes changed and bled for way less and it might have been done in one trip..Stay away from.this place I had to convince myself not address it personally because it absurd, how they take advantage of women without knowledge of vehicle shops schemes

Not happy with my service today. Went in at 8:30am and didnt leave until 2:30pm. After the problem was diagnosed, I was given a quote of 2 hours for repair and it ended up being 4 hours of sitting in the lobby with no explanation. When I finally asked what was going on at 12:30, was told they would be 15-20 more minutes (which ended up turning into 2 more hours) Was also hassled no less than 5 times to sign up for their credit card. Will not be returning

Ive had an issue once there with the manager but the district supervisor Kevin made it right. Since that incident I havent had a bad experience. Most everyone is nice and trys to help. Impressed with their social distancing and mask procedures. They are a good company I trust my car with them. Sad that thrn no longer have a fleet account with Enterprise tire warranty any longer.

I brought a vehicle with Firestone installed tires for free rotation, free alignment, and balance. I was willing to pay the $65 for lifetime balancing which wasnt purchased with the tires. Service manager looked at the tires and, citing dry rot, refused to rotate or balance telling me I needed new tires as soon as possible. Even mentioning the car is garage kept and is only driven about 3000 miles per year the service manager dismissed that information and immediately pushed new tires. I asked about warranty and was told since they werent the ones that serviced the tires since they were bought there that they would not honor the warranty. Instead, I was offered a buy 3 get 1 free deal which I declined. After the alignment I was suggested about $600 of work that was needed and declined that as well. I just had them do the alignment and took the vehicle to two separate tire shops for second and third opinions. Both said the tires had very early signs of dry rot, but were good for at least another year or 6000 miles. I ended up having the tires rotated and balanced at Costco for $26 and the car rides fantastically. I guess I should thank Firestone for allowing me to save $39 on the balance, but I will never bring any vehicle of mine to them again. That was my first and last visit to a Firestone.

Ms. Montese was extremely helpful in my appointment and very knowledgeable about the mechanics of my car. She was able to squeeze in an alignment and still get me out of there under the 1 hour 15 minutes that was promised. I love this place!

They messed up my oil change. They put oil blend instead of full synthetic. Even though I paid the full $69 for a full synthetic. Very unorganized team!They didn’t even realize what they done wrong until I had to come back to the store to change the mileage they put on the little sticker they stick on the wind shield. Then they told me they picked up the wrong ticket!!I truly hope they didnt mess my car up when doing an inspection to my wheels and suspension!!Very upset and disturbed at your service.

Im giving them 3 stars. I had an appointment and arrived early. They did pull my car into their shop a few minutes before. I handed the young lady (Cris) my paperwork for verification. I also asked her to log todays tire rotation in my Tire Maintenance Record. She replied, We normally dont do this. As a customer, it is important to me to keep a record since I did purchase my tires there. When my car was finished, again I had to ask about my tire rotation to see if everything checked oug or if there were any problems. Joe mentioned everything is fine. The other young lady (Mates) I believe was in training but she did not communicate much either. For me, as a woman, It would be very helpful if there was better communication.

They are fraud and will try to rip you of by recommending unnecessary work. They Offer free check up and fluid top off but they dont touch the fluids at all. I know my way around cars and the mechanical stuff and maintenance required. I drove stick shift for 20 years and used to repair cars as a hobby in my teens. This place is just absurd. Most of the positive reviews are fake by employees and their families. This place is day light robbery and a scam for people who dont know much about cars.

I just left this store with a pathetic experience. On my way back to Wesley chapel from Orlando I could feel a tire separating. I eventually had to slow down to 45 mph the whole way home just to make it without my tire blowing up. I just bought the van and ordered 6 Firestones from tire rack. Theyre literally on their way to my preferred tire rack installer, Pit Crew Tire in Palm Harbor.So I called the Firestone store to see if they had one of the tires I had just ordered in their inventory. They did. I was quoted a price for install and told them I was on my way at low speed and would be there at least 30 min before they closed. They were expecting me.When I arrived I was told that the technician said my van could not be lifted. Its a dually diesel Ford E350. Their two-post lifts are rated for 9k pounds. Fair enough. So I pointed out that they have a drive-on lift with two dual-position hydraulic jacks that can certainly lift my van. They responded with, the door sticker on your van says 11k pounds. Haha. I balked. Thats the GVWR: The GROSS vehicular weight rating. In other words, the MAXIMUM it can legally weigh FULLY weighted. Which it isnt. In fact, I took it to the Pasco county landfill on Hays road this morning. It weighed 10k pounds on the exit scale when I left. In order to accommodate their frivolous excuse I pointed out that their NAPA-labeled, Lincoln made hydraulic floor jack is more than capable of lifting ONE CORNER of my van, which is all thats needed to install one tire.They stood their ground. I looked the so-called sales associate in the eye and told him that Im a former ASE Certified Master Auto Technician with 20 plus years of experience working on cars. I know it can be done with the equipment that they have and theyre CHOOSING not to help me. He insisted that they were not equipped to change my tire.I purchased the tire over-the-counter, called Tire Kingdom less than one mile north. Justin Adler took my van in, his technician used the EXACT same Napa floor jack to lift my right front wheel, installed my tire and had me on the road in 15 min flat. Mind you this was at 6:45 and they close at 7.Im a small business owner and one thing I despise is people that work for big corporations who have no understanding of the original founders ideals. I guarantee you that Mr. Firestone or Mr. Bridgestone would have gladly accepted my opportunity for business because they know that every customer matters; and more importantly this review matters.

Always thought that I received a fair price for basic service items that are not easily performed at home, such as an oil change, brake service or tire rotation. Today I relearned the age old paradigm of buyer beware. I had previously had my front brakes done at this Firestone location. I was always under the impression that brakes contain a mechanical wear device that makes a squealing noise to alert you when the brake pads are getting to the point when replacement is required.Apparently, according to the Firestone technician, Dustin, I spoke to I did not pay extra for what I thought was a disc brake standard piece of equipment. When one doesn’t pay for this mechanical device the only other way to determine when your brakes need to be replaced is by visual inspection, which involves removing the tire and looking at the brake pad. I appreciate Firestone teaching me, once again, that your better off doing some things yourself because then you will get exactly what you expect.In conclusion, I will be paying extra for the mechanical warning device and getting my brakes repaired. The repair consists of new front rotors, brake pads front and back, and turning the rear rotors. My $80 guesstimate to replace my front pads has turned turned into a $670 bill plus whatever it costs to add the mechanical warning device. I always thought places like this tried to up sell you on things, I never considered that down selling you was an equal part of the game.2/19/18 - I must stand corrected. Brakes with mechanical warning devices are not available for my model vehicle.

I will never use them again. I went in to have my ac looked at because it was making crazy noises but was still blowing cold air. I also needed my wiper washer fluid line replaced. I left the car with them all weekend. Picked it up on Monday, paid $1200 get in my car, drive away. Ac is hotter than hot. Then I decided to try the wipers, no surprise they dont work! I call them and I take it back, they make all kind of excuses but after over an hour of waiting they fix the AC. Wipers worked when I left but now 3 days later they arent. I lifted the hood to realize they rigged it instead of replacing it. Very dissatisfied with the service .

Was traveling to the area from out of state to visit family and do some vacationing, our 2007 Toyota Siennas check engine came on and was misfiring badly. Took it in on a Saturday, they got it right in and diagnosed quickly. I immediately got the feeling I could trust them based on my interactions with the store manager Crismery. Explanations are given for understanding to what is taking place on your vehicle which I appreciate. I have had service, parts, tires and more fixed here several times and have had great experience from the service provided. the lifetime alignment deal is great and pays for itself over time real quick and keeps going. I usually take my vehicles here for routine maintenance (oil change, etc). Chris Marie and her team always provide me with the best and fastest customer service! I love that they are conveniently open on Saturday and Sundays which provides relief for my hectic schedule during the week. I definitely understand that there may be less expensive auto repair services but for the convenience of routine maintenance that I can have completed on a Sunday close to my house I’ll pay a little extra. I’m giving Chris Marie and her team a 5!

First, I made my appointment online to get all four tires changed. Easy. I then called in the morning to make sure that the tires would be there for my 4 pm appointment and got an estimate of an 1.5 hours for the service. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly in a friendly manner and helped immediately. When turning my keys in and reviewing what I was there for, I was asked if I would like to get my tires aligned as well which I said yes too since I have the lifetime alignment on my vehicle. I then asked how much longer my appointment would take adding that service- 2 hours tops. I was totally fine with that. I decided to walk to a retail store to kill some time... and, I kid you not, literally one hour after walking out of the store, I get a call from the gentleman who helped me upon arriving that my vehicle was ready! I was so happy and so impressed!! I got back as soon as I could, was rung up promptly and left EXTREMELY satisfied. Oh, and I also had mentioned a part (a cover of some sort) that the local Toyota dealership forgot to put back when I recently had my vehicle inspected. I had no clue where it came front, but it didnt matter- the gentleman said it wasnt a big deal, hed call Toyota if they couldnt figure out where it went and put it back on my car for me. This, by far, has been the best experience for me and Ive gotten my vehicle serviced from this firestone for 3.5 years. Thank you!!

I brought my VW Passat for a check engine light. The manager Cris calls me back and tells me that I have to change the spark plugs and few other sensors. Initially she stated all the parts must come from the dealership and that they were expensive. I called the dealership myself and found out that she marked up the prices by another 50-60% on top of dealer prices. This female was going to charge me $2200 for 4 spark plugs and a vacuum hose and a few sensors. when I advised her that I wanted parts from autozone she lowered the price by $80 and was going to install cooper spark plugs that cost $2.99. I went to autozone myself and bought all the parts for less then $150 and she wanted to charge me $1700 on parts plus 5 hrs of labor to place the spark plugs and a few sensors. Nobody should go to this place and get ripped off like this. I reported her to corporate and I hope she gets fired for stealing money from hard working people.

I mostly never leave reviews for business. But my experience here was so bad that I felt compelled to do so. My car battery died while driving and I had it towed to Firestone. Next morning they called to tell me I needed a new Alternator and New Battery. I told the employee that the battery was 2 months old and could not have gone bad. He told me that since alternator was bad, battery went bad too. Too replace both battery and alternator they gave me a quote of almost $800!!I called other places and the quote I got was $400. I finally got the job done for $375 and got the battery fully charged at AutoZone for $0. It was in perfect condition. Firestone was LYING to me about needing a new battery and trying to rip me off since they knew my car was not drivable. Once the battery was recharged I drove it off and got the alternator fixed.Its one thing trying to make a little more money, but charging double, trying to take advantage and lying about the service needed is FRAUDULENT. BE AWARE!

Ive been using Firestone for my automotive needs for many years. I trust them and they have always been honest with me. I did use a competitor for a short time but didnt have that same trusting feeling so I returned to Firestone. They got me in and out fast and did a great job.

Ever since then, they hired a new manager named Crismery who is an asset to the company. She is so kind and professional. The whole team is helpful, caring, and trusting. It feels so good to know that whenever I have a concern with my car, all I have to do is call and make an appointment.

Was on vacation in Tampa and blew a tire on the interstate on a Saturday night. Stopped in on Sunday morning when they opened. Dustin and team were great. Replaced shredded tire and fixed alignment quickly to get us back on the road to home. Treated a woman in distress with kindness and respect.

Im sorry, with all due respect for those with one star review probably had a bad day or something in my opinion, because my experience was totally a five stars experience no doubt about that, and if there was 10 Stars I would not hesitate to put the 10 stars there so unfortunately Im going to put only 5. The service today was outstanding, the employees there give the feeling as if they own the business and they were able to get the job done in no time with a good vibe to it, I understand how frustrating it is to go to a place like that, but Im sure you left the place with your car fixed

Disappointing service and quality. In the course 2 hours I watched three customers return due to poor quality of work: failed to reset warning lights, failed to replace bolt to a guard plate, and disconnected air hose while repairing other issue. I personally have had faulty repairs that required my return three times. I only go for tire warranty work and will look for a different Firestone location for future work from now on. Buyer beware... you should not take your car here.

I went today for the first time, I told them that the 1st cylinder was not working and I changed the spark plugs the day before and it didnt work, so in my opinion it was the spark plug coil of the first cylinder. They charged me $116 for the diagnosis to tell me what I knew, the coil of the first cylinder was bad. They wanted to change the 4 coils ($240) and I said no, and it cost me $58 one coil plus $150 the job. They charged me $90 to clean the gas system and I ended paying $435 for a simple job I could do my self. I should run with the diagnosis, because I just found that a set of 4 coils cost $49 in auto parts!!!!!!!!!!!, just in front of them and I could changed the one that was bad by myself and save the other 3 for the future, the day before I took it out to change the spark plugs.The total bill was more than a $1000, because they wanted to do services that I didnt need like change the air filters, etc. But I refused and still I paid $435 for a job of 1 hour with a very expensive coil. I bought the cleaner for the injectors that cost me $30 a gallon that will last more than a year. Will never come back, my first and my last visit.

I went in for tire rotation and balancing. I made an appointment and got there on time. I was told it would no longer than 1.5 hours. After 2 hours, i was told I needed four new tires and an alignment. I got two tires and added the alignment. When i left at closing time three hours of being there, my tires were not rotated. This was even specifically mentioned by the sales person. I have to go back tomorrow to get them rotated. Such a frustrating way to spend my Sunday.

Contrary to the experiences of others, Ive had good service here, especially from Annemarie, the rep I dealt with twice. Both times were for a single tire to replace a blown out one, and I really like this place. My tires are an odd size and both times they were able to get a tire from their warehouse and hook me up in good time, especially given how busy the shop was.

Danger SCAM!!! I made an appointment for a simple oil change. I dropped my car off and everything was fine. 2 hours later they called with a sense of urgency, the representative explained that my water pump was about to go and they needed to do the job immediately. For the parts and labor the total would come up to $1,200, and they would generously throw in the oil change for free. (note my car only has 70k miles at this point) I explained that I didnt have the funds to shell out 1200 bucks and wanted to get a second opinion. The following week I took my car to Lexus of Tampa bay. Explained what Firestone stated and they put the car right up on the jacks and checked it out.Lexus stated there was nothing wrong with the car.Do not go to this Firestone!

This has been the WORST Firestone I have ever been to. I made an appointment for 12 but I took my car a little early at 11:30 since I work right next door. I called at 1:30 to check on it and it had just been taken in. I called at 3 to check on it and I was promised a call back 10 min later and nothing. I went over at 3:30 to check on it and it still wasn’t ready. I was highly upset and said I wasn’t paying for the service because it was rediculous that I had to wait so long with an appointment no one apologized I just got a snotty attitude by both employees at the front desk. Since I didn’t pay I wasn’t told what was wrong with my car and the only thing on the printout that they gave me said the tire pressure was checked and I had a broken driver window (which I already knew and I told them myself) they had a million questions about my car and never asked when I called only when I picked it up. They said they were wondering where a can came from even though I had put the can holding my light together. They also never checked my check engine light and tried to tell me it was going to be $99 to check it. They had my car for 4 hours and couldn’t give me any feedback they said I had a baring messed up but didn’t want to tell me which one. I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know to never again visit this Firestone location they have the worst Customer Service ever.

So, I bought tires from Firestone 2 years back. In addition to the tires I bought the warranty. I was told no matter what happens to the tires if it goes bad it could be replaced. I went back to Firestone today it does it has been 30000 miles since I bought the tires and the front tires have gone bald. I was told that the tires have to be rotated and aligned every 5000 miles for the warranty to hold. And when he checked my records he said the person who sold me the tires has been fired because he did Shady deals. How do I know the person who sold me the tires cheated or the person who I talked to today lied to me. At the end of the day its the customer who lost. Unhappy customer.

I would give a negative number if I could. My wife stopped in to ask if someone could just check her oil. There was a puddle in her normal parking spot and she was an hour from home. The service guy was great and willing to just go out and check the oil. He asked some woman who apparently was the manager at the time, and she rudely told my wife no! The wait time would be 3 hours. Thank you firestone for being such wonderful douche bags!

Brought my wife’s range rover in to have four tires installed on the vehicle. They gave us a good price and were able to take the vehicle in within a few days. When I came to pick up the vehicle I noticed that they had scratched two of the wheels. I was thinking this was going to be difficult but walked inside the manager was extremely helpful she came right out to look at the wheels apologized for the issue and told me she would make it right. She asked me to get with her and let her know what the cost would be. It was close to Christmas so I was busy and did not do it. The manager called me back to remind me. They owned up to their mistake and made things right. I would highly recommend Then for that reason

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I paid for alignment for life at this location, took it in for an alignment check and was told 1600 in repairs for 2 tierods and steering box, took it to another shop and not a thing wrong with it except that Firestone left the bolts loose on the tierods after bending the sleeve with a wedge. Visibly shown by another mechanic. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

One week after spending $1,200 on new tires and shocks and front end alignment at this location, my right rear tire went flat. They wanted to charge me another $120 just for a VALVE STEM. Even though the tires were brand new, and there was no road damage nail, etc. that they could find, I had to ARGUE with them to replace the stem and honor their warranty. Unbelievable. Ill never go back to this or any other Firestone after this experience.

ANNOYING. You can come in for a simple tire rotation and they will try to sell you a new filter, new tires, new oil, new fluids, new something! Every time I go here something is always wrong (or something additional is highly recommend) with either my or my husband’s cars. If it was not near by our house I would never go here. The front desk people should work at the used car lot for as much as they try to sell.
