I spent weeks looking for a specific make and model. Living on the Atlantic Coast of Florida, I looked at several nearby and was disappointed over and over again. I expanded my search and found my car advertised with Moshe at Reliable Motor Brokers in Tampa. Tampa is three hours drive for me, but I took the chance and I am SO VERY GLAD I DID! He not only had the make and model I was looking for, but his was in excellent condition, far above anything I had seen elsewhere. Not only that, his was priced below all the others. I could not believe what I was experiencing! I have owned many cars and it has been years since Ive been excited about getting a car, but once I saw this one, I couldnt sleep that night because I was so excited. I felt like a kid getting his first car all over again! I stayed overnight to get my banking squared away for my loan. The next day I picked it up and Moshe was more than accommodating - the car was clean and ready to go and it ran excellently on the three-hour drive home. It ran been running excellently ever since! I will gladly drive to Tampa again the next time I am in the market for a car, it was more than worth it!!! I purchased an SUV from Reliable back in 2003 and I was recently in the market and didnt hesitate to go back and see if they had a car that was to my liking and they sure did. The transaction was just as smooth as it was the first time around. The vehicle that I purchased only had one FOB key and the owner asked me to purchase one on ebay and he would pay for me to have it programmed to my car and true to his word, he did. I had nothing but a super positive experience both times. Would recommend to anyone.

He proved to be totally up front and honest- even informed me that part of the factory warranty is not applicable to second owners! I had looked at maybe 20 other Elantras and he was the first to honestly say this! Other dealers actually touted this as a sales benefit!Despite a difficult loan closing process with my bank he was patient and saw things through. He has a dry wit but was respectful 100% of the journey.I would buy a car from him again. I just had twins and did not have time to do anything, but i needed a new car. Todd took care of everything, it was so easy. He did the backgound check, test drove the car, cleaned it and took care of all the paperwork. Within 2 days Todd was at my house, with the minivan I chose, giving me a tutorial. The service is exceptional. I love my new car.

First time being a car buyer and made the biggest mistake coming here. Prices are amazing but its really just a cover up. Bought a used 2015 Nissan Sentra with 45k miles already on it back in 2016 (shouldve been my first red flag, Im dumb I know). I drive the car and the a.c. stops working a week into the car(second red flag but its too late now). Take it to my mechanic only to find out its the compressor. Then a month later my transmission blows out. So far this cheap car has cost me 4k in repairs that Ive been paying with other loans. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ANYWHERE ELSE. This place is a joke. Would give zero stars if I could.

I recently visited with my young son who was looking to purchase a car on his own for the first time. He found a vehicle that he liked and we drove it. All seemed well except the vehicle had a warning light on. This Todd character stated that it was nothing very important. My son really liked the vehicle and wanted the purchase it, but this Todd character changed his tune when my son asked him to put in writing his diagnosis of the warning light problem, which, in my opinion, is a big RED FLAG. I wouldnt buy anything from this Todd character now that weve seen how he operates. BE CAUTIOUS! I dont know about the other guy that operates out of the place, he may be honest.

We settled on a price. My company paid someone to come and test drive the car, we agreed on the deal. We filled out all the paperwork AND MAILED HIM A COMPANY CHECK TO PAY THE CAR OFF IN FULL. When asking him to tell me when the car would be released, HE TOLD ME HE SOLD THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE! Had to stop payment on the check. Obviously honesty, nor integrity has place at this dealership. THANKS FOR A HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Went to check out a 2014 Hyundai Elantra VIN KMHDH4AE8EU151322. Staff was polite and helpful over the phone. Car was clean, but when I was allowed to check the engine oil dipstick it appeared to have coagulated oil on it. Not going to speculate on how it got this way, and maybe it isnt representative of the overall quality at this dealer, but that made my decision very easy when deciding whether to purchase the vehicle.

I had an awesome experience purchasing my 2014 Toyota Avalon from Mr Mike. I had to travel all the way from Georgia to Tampa to purchase this car. I was a lil skeptical about making that trip but I finally decided to go because I really love the car and from the conversation I had with Mr Mike over the phone gave me the courage to embark on that trip. He sent me some couple of pictures and also showed me the car on FaceTime. Mr Mike arranged one of his worker (Mr Jerome) to pick me up. When I arrived at his shop; the car was exactly the same way as he told me over the phone. Mr mike offered me food and made sure I was ok. His hospitality was amazing and then he finally gave me the car key to test drive the car. I didn’t bother looking for any mechanic to check out which I always do before buying a car neither did I drive the car for more than 5 miles because the car was in an excellent condition as already described by Mr mike. Afterwards; I discussed the mode of payment and the price with Mr Mike and he gave me his best price which I believe was fair. His worker (Mr Jerome) helped me out with the paper work, assisted me with getting the cashiers check from the bank and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything I want on the car.I have 💯 confidence buying cars from Reliable motor broker under Mr Mike because I had a phenomenal experience. It was worth my time and would recommend anyone looking for cars that’s in an excellent condition and also transparency in business. I would rate this zero stars but it would not let me Me and my fiancé just left there today August 31, 2017 we wanted to test drive a 2015 Chevy Malibu but when we went to start it the battery was dead so we left and came back only after Howard E Jackson told us that he put a new battery in the car when we got there the battery still would not start the car because it was completely dead so we took it to advance auto parts because the check engine light was already on so when they turn the car off to check it it would not start they even tried to jump it and it was still not start so he sent his coworkers to come get us and to jump the car when we got back Howard the black guy came out and did not apologize to us he did not say hey my bad about the car he came out eating a orange like everything was OK and then didnt even tell us to have a nice day all he said was did you give them the keys I would not recommend going here all of their cars look new and they are new but they are very messed up when you start to look at them all of their cars are the same the year is brand new but once you get inside things start to fall apart things are very worn and torn even though the car is only one years old I would not recommend going here

Ive been wanting a Prius for over 10 years! My old car broke down recently, with far too much wrong with it to justify trying to fix it. I researched and found out that you can get a little bit older Prius for about the same price of other Toyotas or Hondas of similar age and mileage - so why wouldnt you get a Prius?? With the huge selection of them at Reliable Motor Broker, I found one in a great shape and a comfortable price range. Im very happy with it so far, I did have to get my own financing out of house (my first time having a car payment) but it all worked out and I finally have my Prius!!!
