Ive used Encore Broadcast Solutions over many years to provide professional video and audio equipment for organizations Ive either worked for or have provided consulting services for. Encore has consistently come through every time providing outstanding service and support. The company, staff and sales people warrant my highest recommendation. (The bizarre complaints about towing are truly ludicrous, and are just an indictment against the complainers who fail to respect the parking restrictions.)

What everyone else said. Notice how the only good reviews are from employees or family members. Not an actual business.They have tow trucks on standby to tow people within 2 minutes. Then they violate FSS 107.15 (refusal to release car for statutorily-required amount). Meaning, theyre illegally over-charging people to get their cars back. And split the profit with the tow truck drivers.

As you read all their reviews you see a pattern don’t you.?This company runs a parking lot car towing scam. They watch a part of the lot that’s rarely used and as soon as a car pulls in...within 2 minutes of exiting your vehicle a tow truck appears from around the corner and your vehicle is towed. A witness who lives in a nearby apartment validated these ongoing circumstances. A pure profit center for this business I’m sure. Imagine....even towing prospective customers cars.!

BEWARE! Please dont do business with Encore. These guys are scam. They are illegal I am not familiar in the area. They towed my car within few minutes. I could not find the store entrance so I parked in the back of the store and mistakenly went to the wrong entrance my car was gone! I hope they get reported. I think the owner is on drugs. He hired the towing company DTS recovery corp - I went there to get my car all these guys are bunch of drug addict. I was told the owner of Encore do not get along with the neighbors business. That is very sad. I hope he gets Karma of doing this type of business.

Im not the only one here to mention it. But similar to other folks , I parked at encore so I could inquire about hiring them to put together a promotional video for a client. I was there before they opened, so I decided to get an ice coffee before I stopped in (its Tampa. Its hot). As I walked back over, my car was gone.I knocked on the door to tell them there was a mistake. I wanted to talk to them about potential work. And was only greeted by a disgruntled woman that threw a few bunch of attitude and cursing at me.Needless to say, Im no longer considering these guys. Additionally, Im pretty curious how this place stays in business if theyre just towing anyone that wants to talk to them, but has the audacity to get a drink first. Doesnt seem like a very sound business model.

Honestly, your parking lot is empty all the time. Why not work something out with Buddy Brew. Help out the neighborhood and the coffee shop. Ive lived in Tampa since 1986 when the only place you could get a cup of coffee was McDonalds. It took another 20 years before even Starbucks showed up in this sand pit. Can we work together here? One star for neighborliness and, yeah, thats part of doing business.

Worst company to work with. Not worth your time or money. Sketchy people.

Towed my car like a lot of other people leaving reviews, Im on crutches and parked in their handicapped space because there wasnt one at the coffee shop across the street. Seems pretty heartless to tow a car with a disability placard especially when the parking lot is mostly empty. Based on the reviews seems like this business is run by some pretty misanthropic people though; pretty depressing.

Great services and parking for actual customers! Its so sad when people cant read a sign, get towed, then think its ok to attempt to degrade a great business for their mistake.

I work with an large IT company based here out of Tampa Florida and I wanted to Speak with Encore about helping us with our New location that is going up. I arrived there roughly 20 minutes before they opened and decided to go across the street to grab a cup of coffee. Before i could return in 10 minutes they had decided to tow my car. I clearly parked my car in their designated spot for a reason. Maybe it was my mistake for getting there early or going to get coffee. I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else. If you decide to work with them make sure you are there between business hours.

Is this an actual place of business or a parking lot scam?? The parking lot is loaded with cameras and the tow trucks set up around the corner watching you park! Don’t park there unless you want a 200$ cup of coffee. Scum of the earth!

I would never do business with this organization. Had my car towed. I went to Buddy Brew to pick up a cup of coffee prior to going into their business. Unfortunately, they do not appreciate their potential customers.

Towed my car within 2 minutes of being parked on their open lot of parking. I was literally gone for 2 minutes to buy a coffee came back and my car was towed.

They threatened to have my car towed when I parked in there empty lot when I was gonna go get coffee before going in to talk to them they just assumed i was parking there just to park there if the lot was full I get it but it was empty maybe 2 cars in there so I just left wont bother even trying to do business with them
