I made an appointment with Pedro to replace and tint all the windows on my truck, as well as to repair the electric locking system of the passenger doors at a reasonable price, which is why I was there recently.They did a fantastic job tinting the windows. The tint looks great without bubbles so far.However, it was not possible to repair the electric door lock due to lack of time, so I returned the next day to complete the above-mentioned door repair. Unfortunately, Pedro was not there, so I was treated by another associate with whom I had a small misunderstanding, this incident was easily and very kindly solved by the owner, Mr. Luis Sanchez, who personally took care of making the necessary repair of the electrical lock system of the door, and even more, he checked, updated and reprogrammed the alarm system at no additional charge. Impressive and very rare to find such customer service today. Thank you so much Mr Sanchez, my gratitude to you and, in general, to all the technical staff who work there.

Had my Chevy truck and my Acura done here. Crisp and clean highs and thunderous lows at all volume levels. Spent around 3 grand on each vehicle and my sound is AMAZING. Folks today Im at Divine sounds on Dale Mabry Boulevard at the corner of West Waters Avenue. They have llumar window tinting Im having done today.They also install Viper Auto Security Alarms, car stereos systems and amplifiers and subwoofers. Also they have car entertainment systems. They sell Interstate Batteries number one in car batteries. I used them many a time for my new and used autos they always tint my windows and install my car stereo systems. In Tampa this is the place to come to have your work done, they do an excellent job their prices are very reasonable and their work is guaranteed. Folks dont go anyplace else with your automobile, bring it to the best shop in Tampa. Bring your car to the best and forget the rest. They have a very Cozy Lounge to wait while they work on your car. Take it from Carl and bring your automobile to Divine sounds on Dale Mabry and West Waters and see what they can do for your ride...😃😆😀

Great experience with these guys. I have a Dodge Ram and had a new audio system put in as well as an alarm. The alarm was finicky but Pedro and the crew took care of it (due to factory mis-wiring from dodge) for free. They offered excellent service and are very quick. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Divine sounds does the absolute best work in Tampa and not only that they offer the best customer service . Constantly taking the extra 15 minutes to make sure you pick out the right set up for your vehicle. If you want to get blessed by their work make sure you show up at 8:50 and not 9 because they get busier than the DMV .

Had an appointment for 9:00 am, other customers went ahead of me, I left my car and didnt hear from them. I Called after 4:00 and was told the problem.

Been here a few times already with both my cars did tints had most recently had a radio installed on wifes car and the very next day had and aftermarket radio taken out and had them replace my oem factory radio which they hooked up to sound even better than before.

If you can get in...better just to wait and hope for the best.....Otherwise, hoping they will offer appointments!!!!!!!

I had the Android Auto radio from my old car and needed it installed on my new one which didnt have USB. The quote seemed kind of steep seeing as Best Buy had free installation, but the installer there was still on furlough. They said it would be 3 hours so I said Id wait and hang out and soak in the neighborhood. The job took 6 hours and it still wasnt complete. I came by the next morning and it was finished in 30 minutes. Overall it was a job well done. These guys are good.

5 yrs later and the tint seems like its shedding. Looks horrible now

So Our Daughter took my car to Divine Sounds today and speaking with a gentleman in there about what is happening in the world and finding out she worked at a hospital, she told him that she had wiped everything down because she worked at a hospital, they did all the work on her car about 3 years ago so she wanted to take it back to them since they did a great job, she needed to get my window tinted because I needed a new window. Also my DVD players were acting up. The gentleman didn’t charge her anything, because he found out I work in healthcare. It was extremely touching and She was truly blown away by the generosity❤️ this place is great and you won’t be disappointed!!!

Myself or a family member has used this place for different services and we have been impressed with everything we had done. My son had a speaker system put in his car. The service was good and well as the price. I had my husbands windows tinted it was done in a matter of hours and I am extremely satisfied with the work. Yesterday I had a new stereo put in my car. The kit was a bit pricey but the sales person took the time to explain why that was. The job is great and every time the person that serviced the car walks you to the car and goes over it with you to make sure you are happy. The prices were reasonable and the service is exceptional. I love that they give a lifetime warranty on all of their work.

They dont like to take the phone. You have to call them and call them and if you lucky they answer the phone back.

Even though it did take a little while, I did not mind the wait because they did not rush or anything with my car and thats that they were pretty busy. I know the Divine Sounds Crew way back from 2002. I have had 9 cars done there since then & until this day, including a Combat Truck that my Navy Son had back in 2006. Louie, Re-Wired the entire stereo system, installed the alarm system, and then the windows were tinted, all done the same day, it was a very special job, since my Navy Son was being Deployed to Afghanistan & I wanted to surprise him before his deployment.The other 8 vehicles, each one got work done by Divine Sounds. 8 got Tinted Windows, 5 got alarms Installed and 2 got Stereo Systems done. I have been to 4 or 5 different places for car audio. This place blows them all out of the water. The staff was great, and there were plenty of them there. The work they did was incredible. No messing around they got it done. They hooked me up with everything I needed and then went beyond. Ill definitely be going back when I decide to get more.

I decided to visit Divine Sounds after doing research on prices as well as reviews left on Google. I went to have 2 sets of component speakers and a new 4 channel amp installed. My car was in the bay promptly with the appointment time, and left the bay completed very close to the estimated time I was given. (Would have been pretty much directly on time but they ran into an issue with my bluetooth calling that needed to be corrected) all of the staff was very friendly, and when everything was said and done my system sounded great. Along with good customer service, and a timely service preformed, the price of the service was also lower then the other shops I called around Tampa. I will be visiting Divine Sounds again for other needs, and would recommend to others as well.

AWESOME- Great Price, Great Service, I have brought my vehicle to numerous places to get quotes on upgrading my factory radio. I knew it was a difficult job, because of how my factory dash was made. Most places said it was impossible, others gave me an outrageous quote to install. Divine Sounds got creative, and figured out a way to accomplish everything I wanted, without killing my bank account. The staff service was also awesome. They even OFFERED me a ride to work, so I didnt have to wait for my vehicle. I am referring my parents here as well, even though they live in New Port Richey. Its worth the drive. I went there to get installed a radio woofers and amp they connected it but they disconnected the speakers in backlash– so the wires are hanging touching everything when they put the radio in the car they did not hook it up to my steering wheel buttons for easy access........They charged $300 for that I am not a happy customer.....I called they say they will fix it but the wait will be a hour hour and a half sorry sir cannot do that...So if you want to waste your money that is the right place...DONT LET THEM GET RICH OFF U.....Thank you just a concern customer

I was recommend to go to divine sounds by three different places. Even Toyota recommend that I came here. As soon as I walked in the door they were so very nice and customer service friendly. They were willing to take me in right away. I told them that I had family visiting and they made sure that the job was done and I was ready to leave in one hour. They were HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. They helped me negotiate price and were very accommodating. They didn’t upset me and only recommend I get done what was needed. They offered me donuts and water and let me put on any channel on the tv where they have a very nice cozy and accommodating waiting room. They took my car right in and even checked on me to make sure I was ok waiting. They got the job done the same day and showed me the most superb customer service experience I ever endured. From the moment I walked into the moment I left they made sure I was completely taken care of. Divine sounds has been the best business I ever been to in Tampa Florida, maybe ever. The BEST customer service. Here is my story: I shipped my car overseas with the sound system in it from Divine Sounds. Unfortunately, European customs authorities dismantled my amp and sub. I called Divine Sounds and they helped me over the phone to reassemble the sound system. They did not even charge me and gladly helped my case.

Horrible experience. I took my car to divine sounds to get it tinted. Got my car back with air bubbles all in a tint. They told me to wait 3 days I came back & they give me the runaround. Pedro had the tint guy come out the back with a little plastic paddle & said he was going to do a touch-up and for me to wait another 3 days. ive never heard of a touch up on tint in my life.The whole time I still see air bubbles in my window. So I took it back 3 days later after there touch up. they took off the tint on my back windshield and rip the defroster off. The guy Pedro up front told me it was no big deal that I dont need my defroster that you only use it in New York or something like that & and tried to return my car to me with a broke defroster on the back windshield without fixxing it. I had to get in touch with the owner and he replace my back windshield & they redid the tint on the four doors I was waiting for a new back windshield & I still got air bubbles in all 4 doors and in every single piece of tent that they put on so now I have to go somewhere else pay them to take off my tent and pay them to redo my tent because this place does not know how to tint window. This place was a complete waste of time and money

Couldnt be more dissatisfied with the tint job they did on my truck. Only needed two windows and a windshield strip. Had to return to the shop 5 minutes after completion because strip was not aligned properly with the window. Its three days later, and there are still air bubbles that I didnt notice. Lifetime warranty? Forget it. Im going somewhere they will do it right the first time!

WOW!!!this place is amazing no wonder they have been around for a long time.!Pedro and his guys are very honest as i thought i would have to remove my tint to get darker put on since my tint was fine we went over it to make it darker and that saved some money!! I called itleast 10 tampa tint shops and i setteled with divine sounds for there great knowledge,honesty and price and LIFE TIME WARRANTY!! I went to get car touch screen installed horrible horrible and they messed up ac light first time and volume were messed up 2nd time they messed up ac won’t turn off..3rd time the humidifier don’t work and I’m not returning 0 stars owner is rude and unprofessional

I called Divine Sounds to fix a problem I was having with a custom subwoofer setup. My car is difficult to work on and has taken other shops a lot of time to complete any work (or scared them away), but Divine Sounds had it back to me very quickly. I had subs and an amp installed in IL, before moving down to FL. DS was able to diagnose the problem and repair (and improve) the other shops work.The price was very fair, I was only charged for the labor even though they installed some dynamat, and DS has a lifetime warranty on their service which made me much more confident in them. The staff were nice, helpful (they even told me how I could fix the problem myself to avoid paying them), and took the time to listen to me and make sure I was happy with the finished product.If I had the trunk space I would definitely go back to Divine Sounds for more audio work in the future, but Id recommend them to anyone looking to have work done, from a simple stereo install to a completely custom build, Divine Sounds seems to be an expert in problem-solving and cost-effective solutions.

This place is confusing. They are nice but not. They have good prices but dont. Im torn. What I mean is they were friendly but too abrubt. They gave me one price, then upon taking the car apart & sort of (it felt like) holding the car hostage, they said they can only put in the newer one & it would cost me 200 more. I really really did not appreciate that, as im sure no one really would. With that, they still get 3 stars so that should tell you something. As you can see- Torn.

I came into the shop needing to replace a pair of components in the rear of my car and I also had some nasty noises coming from my system. For many years I had all my car stereo done at Sound Advice, sadly they have been gone for a while now, WELLLL lucky for me it seems that Luis worked for Sound Advice back in the day and he IS THAT GOOD. He found the source of the noise , he replaced the rear components and he didnt keep me waiting all day. They do have a great warranty,but like others ive been back about 5 times for equipment falling.Now they changed my set up so much that ive payed about $500 more because they keep telling me it will work better.Im about $1500 in this and wish I could just give them the equipment back and go elsewhere.I would call this a butcher shop not a sound shop.

I spent 1700 dollars to get low level speakers and amps. I didnt like the sound, wires were hanging, they taped tweeters inside the door panel. Thats right, they taped the speaker to the door no screws. I said i wanted my money back and he kept telling me no he wants to fix it. The speakers werent high power speakers they were like 500 watts. He said i could upgrade it but that would be more money out of my pocket for something they did wrong. I asked them a bunch of questions only to get we got you and at the end of the day they didnt get me it was more like got over. I started arguing with him and yelling because he kept saying no im not giving you your money back and then he ends up telling me (were talking about the owner, luis) that if he gets mad im gonna end up crying and calling the police. Basically telling me hes going to put his hands on me.

Luis the owner help me always. I get special service and attention.

They need to be rated a zero... One guy says he charge 45 dollars just to take a look at the stereo to see what the issue is because one side would fade away. So I ask the other guy so they charge the 45 to do that and he looked at the guy and shook his head yes. That guy wants money in his pockets so I walked out.
