Where do I even begin. Finding someone competent enough to fix your compressor is hard enough but finding someone like Will and the team at Interbay Air Compressors who will explain every little detail of their work is down right impossible. Will was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the work he completed for me and treated me with the upmost service even knowing I had little to no understanding of the mechanics behind my machine. Thanks to Will, I now know that I have a trusting shop where I can take my equipment.

Forgot about me and didnt hear from them for a week after first contacting. Only then, because I personally called back. Feel like they gave me a lame excuse instead of just apologizing. You need to keep your companies problems in house, not tell your customers about them. It might just be the one person I was dealing with, but I took my business somewhere else because of it. Seemed very unprofessional.

Joe ks very knowledgeable with these generators. He took one look at the spark if and realized it was too wide of a gap. Plus he looked at right away so I was in and out quick!
