I am in the market for a pre-owned vehicle and visited Maus Acura dealership on a Saturday....... Despite the large amount of customers on site the entire sales team was all very pleasant, professional and friendly. The minute I arrived I was greeted and was in contact with Krystal who was the nicest, friendliest and genuine sales person (manager)I have ever encountered at a dealership.I can clearly see why they have so many trophys sitting around the dealership! I did take a test drive with no pressure or wasted time waiting around. Thank you Maus Acura for truly making car sales an enjoyable experience and not a nightmare. Great Job!

Maus Acura operates a clean, courteous and professional service department with a competent staff and nice amenities for the customer. They do clean and competent work and do not pressure you into the services they will recommend when you have an appointment for an unrelated repair. If you dont mind spending a premium for their service and being given a substantial list of maintenance requirements for your car this a good place to bring your car. Automobile service departs have become the principal profit centers for car dealerships and Maus does an excellent job keeping the customer abreast of your scheduled maintenance requirements. They are decent honest people to do business, but their labor cost and overhead well exceeds most competent independent repair shops. If you only trust the authorized representative of your cars manufacturer this is a great place to bring your Acura.

Out of all Acura dealers I’ve been to, I must say this one has been the better one. I went for transmission maintenance on my car late in the day, checked in by Robert and assigned Chris as the technician. They both were good. Chris listened attentively to me and even stayed a little late to service my car. I am not naive about cars so I felt they did a good job. Labor was a little pricey for the small job I needed tho. I do recommend them and will use them in the future if needed!.

I always enjoy taking my vehicle to this dealership for the scheduled maintenance. I usually take it to the Newport Richey dealership. However, I didnt feel like driving an hour one way. So I chose the Acura dealership. Eventhough, I have a 2017 Kia the service department doesnt treat my vehicle any differently than the other pricier vehicles they service. Today my service representative was Christopher. From the moment he said hello until he handed me my keys Christopher displayed excellent costumer service. Christopher took the time and went over every detail of my maintenance report with me in their quiet work station area where I was completing my homework that was due at 5pm today. He was very soft spoken and sat down next to me and offered suggestions and made me feel great about my next plan of action regarding tires and parts. I had a positive experience and left feeling really great. Especially being a woman, that means a lot. The staff that I came across was friendly and nice. This is my new maintenance spot that I can come and the atmosphere is peaceful. I dont have to worry about being treated like a number but an actual human being.

If you wanna see a stealership, go to this one.. Went in looking at Acura RDX A-Specs. Had a trade in worth 25-27k according to Kbb and are selling on the market at 29-31k, and they come back saying they can pay it off at 17k.. Huge joke of a dealer. Went to a different Acura and they offered 24k. Stay as far away as possible. I guess they don’t expect people to do their own research on what their car is valued before.

I had to order some parts for my car that I couldn’t get anywhere else due to the size of the box. Anthony was a tremendous help and good asset to Maus Acura. He made it incredibly easy for me to order and went the extra mile to make sure it was the correct color. I’ve waited over a month to get my side under body spoiler for my TLX and made the mistake of going to a dealership in Clearwater first. When they messed up I called Maus and the attitudes were night and day. I will now make Maus my assigned service location. Thanks again for all the help from the parts department.

My service advisor, Robert, was amazing and attentive and did a wonderful job. For the most part, this visit was great. My issue is with the techs recommendations. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment and for a tire to be repaired.They replaced my tire under warranty, no problem. On May 7, 2021, I had my oil changed the cabin filter and air filter replaced as well as a tire rotation at Honda in Wesley Chapel (convenience only) and when I received the recommended things that needed attention from the tech as Maus Acura, I was surprised to see he had marked those items red and a recommendation for a new air filter and cabin filter. Ive driven 3800 miles since I had them replaced. My husband checked them when I got home, the housing under the hood for the air filter was not closed and clipped and my filter looked brand new. Makes me question the other recommendations. I have reached out to my service advisor and hope to see if this was simply a mistake or something other than that. I dont blame Robert, he is going by what the techs says, but that leaves a bad taste in my mouth for dealerships. The name of the game is sell, sell and upsell, I know, my husband was in the business for many years. Hope to resolve this with them next week.

Please ask for Alisha in sales. I live in St. Pete, and this was the 2nd time I went and bought from Alisha in Tampa. I have no patience and she responds instantly and gives you numbers right away with no bull. Plus, she did everything she could to get the price down for me. I love when a sales person goes to work for me. On the other hand, I tried giving Crown Acura my business twice, and both times they took 7 hours + to even respond to my text messages. The first time, I went to crown the sales guy told me he wouldnt drive the car to me because he was scared I would waste his time. Didnt want to show me any features on my car because he said I could easily learn the car on my own. Alisha, drove the car to me and showed me everything on the vehicle with no questions asked. Wouldnt work with anyone else over there. Thank you Alisha!!!!

Lee Houston was excellent to work with. He answered my numerous questions in a professional and comfortable manner. We did not feel pressured and the dealership was accommodating with our price negotiations. When Lee did not thing the new car windows were clean enough he did the job himself. The delivery of the car went smoothly and I never felt foolish because of something I did not know. My previous Acura has been serviced by Robert for the last 3 years who has always been excellent in accommodating me with a loaner or a clear explanation of why something needs done. Overall a great experience and I am very happy with my new car!

This was the best experience I had buying a vehicle. My wife an I have purchased 9 over our 29 years of marriage and this was the quickest and easiest experience. Brittany Bishop was phenomenal and worked every angle to make sure she got me to the point where i wanted to be . The finance process with Jean Pagan was an excellent customer experience. As a manager for Verizon and dealing with customers for over 30 years. The Maus family experience was truly exceptional. The delivery was great, not only did they made us feel like family they let us go about our daily activity and then delivered the vehicle to our house. Honestly its the worst dealership ever the Manager did not welcome us the staff in the front desk were entertained to the point that they didnt even look at us and one of them was eating in the front desk. Most of the staff were not paying attention or entertained doing there own thing. I had to get up and get my own drink because they were so lazy they couldnt do it. They didnt check my car which i was going to trade in, they just ignored that part. Also, we went to test drive a car we saw had a special online and when we went over there they upcharged us $300 more for the monthly payment for the lease plan. I have been to dealerships that are a 100 times better, were every staff that passes by there smiles and welcomes you and the employee that takes care of you makes sure you come out happy with a good price and a new car. Definitely, dont recommend this dealership to nobody.

Service Dept. EXCELLENT !!!My Acura MDX now has almost 60,000 miles on it so I wanted to get the transmission fluid changed. So I decided to go to Maus Acura even though I did not buy the car there. I bought the car used about two years ago when it had 40,000 miles on it. My service advisor‘s name was Christopher… He was really, really excellent and very professional. I normally avoid doing any service at a dealership because usually at many dealers it’s a third more than you really need to pay. Maus Acura was very competitive and extremely attentive/sensitive to the needs of the customer. Not at all pushy or trying to sell you something. Christopher happen to find my car‘s service records on his computer and said that the transmission fluid was serviced two years ago and did not need to be done. WOW…. that’s great integrity and so honorable. How many other dealers would’ve just put me through one more time whether I needed it or not. Maus Acura… I will be back!!! THANKYOU ! Went in for an oil change. Scheduled for 11am. Got there at 10am. Didn’t leave till 1230pm. Expressed my not being please with the wait time. He explained all the COVID POSITIVE issue and vacations they had going on. I asked as the car given the complementary car wash. He said it was down. I get in my car a see a black oil finger print on my car tan leather door. Then get out to walk the car and saw see black out splatters.

This has been the worst experience I ever had.Bought a Acura TLX last week. Drove the car home, the next day when I started the car up the A/C didnt work as well as other features. I called this dealership based on the fact that Im a disabled vet on oxygen requested them to pick this car up with 24 miles, cause it was too hot for me they told me to bring it in. I was so disoriented . This to me was life threatening,forget the car.I agreed since I didnt want this car I then upgraded to A different car.Purchased this car, brought it back for window tint, they spilled and practically cared less about cleaning interior when I found an issue with a light that was out.This is the 2nd Acura I bought, as there service advisor explained in detail how he was going to take a part from a loaner to replace the defective part.I have been to this dealership on a couple of occasions to have someone show me how to employ all the features. Again no service from the start.I purchased 2 cars with the worst treatment I have ever encounteredNo return calls fro Maus dealership service againI am addressing this in a matter if any person/veteran shall be aware of non service as well as not picking the 1st car up let alone having me drive there.Their only concern was filling out the Acura survey the most important criteria in a salesmans walletNo regard for me at all, after the 2 sales.I refuse to ever go back to this dealership.The worst cars I ever bought.Upset disgustedI remain

Cant recommend this dealership enough when it comes to service. We got a flat tire on the side of I-4 and had the MDX towed to Maus for service. We spoke with Tony at the service desk and he was extremely helpful and said to bring it in and they would get right on it. Upon the cars arrival, Tony and his tech checked out the entire car and rim to make sure there was no additional damage and was able to put a new tire on it for us. Mind you, the service center was extremely busy and Tony got us right in and taken care of and on the way. Easily one of the best experiences we have ever had at a dealership. I was told I needed an air and cabin filter totalling $100.90. When I asked to see what the filters looked like they were virtually new looking.I was told my car would be washed it wasnt. I suppose because it was raining they figured I wouldnt be able to tell. Then Im told the car wash was being serviced. So car wasnt washed.I was also told that my car would be vacuumed. It was but around seats still see dirt and french fries; so it wasnt properly vacuumed.Staff is very courteous but I dont feel like I can trust what they say.

Everything about Maus Acura is amazing. I literally could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Everyone is so helpful, nice and accommodating. I did not feel any pressure to buy or that anything was being hidden from me. I was given all of the details of the sale and I felt confident in buying from Maus. I have to give a huge shoutout to Zach with finance as he has made this process (buying a car out of state) so smooth and has answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. He has done a tremendous job of making sure that I understand everything and that I have everything that I need. He rocks. I wish I got to deal with Zach in all of my transactions and I wish Maus was in South Carolina! Cannot recommend this dealership enough. Buy a car from them, you wont regret it!

Wow wow this place is unbelievable, as soon as you walk in your are like family to them. After meeting the fiance manager and the manager and the salesman and saleswoman, they made us feel like the world belongs to us. So if you ever need an Acura go down to Maus Acura of North Tampa and speak with Ashley or Loren.

Maus Cares is their slogan and they lived up to that today!! From my first request on the ILX to driving away in my new car in less that 4 hours, MY EXPERIENCE WAS ONE OF THE BEST EVER.Luis Belen and Angelo Antoulinkis were SUPER PROFESSIONAL - No PRESSURE at all! I had many questions and they took the time to answer those and help me understand the numbers. I don’t do anything until I completely follow the numbers. I felt Angelo was super patient and showed a willingness to really explain for MY benefit even bringing out a paper as a visual for myself, thank you BOTH so much!Thanks for a great car buying experience!

Great Customer service, very professional and quick responses! Just had my car worked on today ILX 17 - service tech missed cleaning up some remaining oil I called Christopher and he was very helpful right away and asked me to bring the Vehicle back tomorrow morning to be taken care of, So far great experience and would recommend to friends and family. It is always a great experience every time I take my car to the dealer. Isaias was great and was very professional. He went over every detail and reviewed what my car needed with no rush. They even noticed that there was a nail on my tire and went the extra mile to replace the tire that same day and making sure that it was covered under my extended warranty. This is the type of service that every dealership should offer and I am very pleased and happy.

The service was good. The only thing was that a coupon I had stated free wiper blades with purchase of 40.00 or more, yet I was told they didn’t have any in stock and they couldn’t get any because there wasn’t any.

Very poor customer service on the wholesale parts end. Changing the way you accept payments without notice to buyers is the best way to lose sales
