The salesmen I had was super nice and was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond to help me find the items I was searching for. They had everything that I was looking for too; Shout out to the Plump Cream by Doc Johnson that he sold me on, loved it and went back to grab some more. Always have a great experience at Castle and always find myself going back. (Great place for Poppers too)

This store has a great variety of products along with a helpful knowledgeable customer service team who are not over bearing and make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. This store is easy to locate and has plenty of parking. I frequent this store and every experience has been pleasure.

Tastefully clean, well-organized store! Extremely knowledgeable friendly staff with all of the answers even before asking. Conveniently located with more parking than required and noticeably secure. If youre looking to spice up your relationship or just feeling that sudden sensation in your left pocket and your better half has been telling you things they would never tell you while awake but during those nocturnal dream mode confessions you learn what they have been wanting in their passion-filled dreams! If you can imagine it youll find it at the Castle!

Currently the store has little to choose from as far as things like panties and other stuff I keep asking the store staff when theyre going to get their shipment in and they tell me that the stuff is coming in but its going off the shelf as quick as its coming in. In other words not enough merchandise is being ordered. I just cant seem to find the items that I need when I go in there and I continuously check to see what they have. It would be nice if they would get stuff together and run like they used to but apparently it seems like thats asking too much. The staff is doing all they can but inventory is down that needs to be taken care of.

My wife and had a great experience at castle, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Made our visit there all the more fun.. the gal that helped us choose the right product for the right price.. and without any hesitation explained how the product worked she was enthusiastic, and gracias. DONT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT COVID. The staff was pushy and I overheard one of the managers talking about not being vaccinated and not wanting to wear a mask. I just wanted to buy a bottle of lube and leave and they kept trying to pressure me into buying other stuff. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!

Extremely friendly even checked back stock for the item. My salesman truly went out of his way to accommodate me. While I was waiting to be rang up I over heard a female salesperson assisting a female guest an again committed to insuring she knew all there was to know about both items in order to make an informed decision. I will surely return.

They have a HUGE selection. It’s been awhile since I’ve been back to this store so naturally they don’t carry the items that I was looking for or wanting to replace. So I ended up trying something new. However don’t plan on getting anything worth wild unless you plan on spending $100 or more. Most of the items I looked at were all or close to that price range. Other then that the staff were helpful and the gal that was helping me really new her stuff. And that was very helpful. I will be going back in the future.

Excellent selection of the best items and not creepy. Id go in here by myself if I needed something and my husband wasnt available. Very cool vibes and staff was super helpful without hovering or making it weird. Easy to ask questions or to be pointed in the right direction. Lots of lingerie and outfits as well as toys.

Good selection but my girlfriend and I felt extremely uncomfortable because of one of the employees. As we were browsing the store a male employee walks up to my girlfriend and I, without us previously talking or even making eye contact and asks her if shes ever tried a certain type of adult toy. I could immediately tell how uncomfortable she was so I replied Yea, thanks anyway so hed walk away. Even though she didnt say a word to him, he stared at her the whole time and even after I said Thanks anyway he literally stood there for probably 5 seconds staring at my girlfriend until she looked away. We gave him the benefit of the doubt at first. When we went to checkout it was the same man at the cash register. There are obviously no returns so its probably procedure to turn the toys on while theyre being purchased to show they work before the customer leaves the store. I was the only one making small talk with him because I could tell my girlfriend was very uncomfortable from earlier. He than turns on the toy and once again stares her in the eyes and asks her if she was sure the viberator was strong enough for her. She immediately knodded her head but he kept it on for another 4 or 5 seconds after she answered him without breaking eye contact. My girlfriend is a 100lb 19 year old girl and this man was definitely middle aged. It was the most awkward thing Id experienced in a long time and I absolutely couldnt believe the line if work he was in.

This is the best marital aid store I have ever been to. There were a lot of products but the facility was large enough to have enough space between sections so that there was no confusion what you were looking at. The lady behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every single question I had.

I dont have a lot of experience going to stores of this variety, but this place was nice. No weird or sketchy vibe. Its pretty big and has a lot of good finds. It was disappointing and frustrating to watch my friend look through all the goregous lingerie and then look for some on the plus sized rack but only find a few pieces and none of them nearly as nice looking as the smaller sizes. But the employees were nice, the environment was welcoming, and I definitely will be recommending this place to friends.

I had such a great experience here! Lex was in the middle of another task when I approached him to ask for help but within a few moments he had paused what he was doing and walked me over to the shoe section as I requested. (I am taking off a star due to the way the shoe section was set up as it was a bit challenging to shop properly since I couldn’t see all the styles. A few more display shelves would probably fix that.) Knowing the displays were sparse, he offered to pull styles from the back based on what I was looking for. I told him the style and size I wanted and he went to check. HE DID THIS THREE TIMES. I felt like an absolute princess watching him carry out 4-6 boxes of shoes at a time, opening them for me and handing me what I needed as I sat and tried them on. When I noticed one style showed two different prices he checked it right away and informed me I’d pay the lower one. He always asked if I needed anything else before he walked off and came back periodically to check on me. I ended up finding just the right shoes and left feeling absolutely spoiled. Thanks Lex! 🥰

Great customer service, sturdy products

I have been loyal customer for years, appreciative of what is and should be a customer centric experience when buying products sold here. Today, 3/9/2021 at 515pm I had the absolute worst customer experience Ive ever had purchasing anything anywhere in my life. No exaggeration.First thing I found odd when after browsing for 15 minutes trying to find what I had hoped would be no more than 500 dollars of items on my list (just being mindful of budget) was that not one had once acknowledged i was in the store. Normally a polite hello and offer to help find a particular item is given within 5 min of entering. And on this day I needed help locating the items that would fit my needs. After testing some toys and growing irritated that not even half of the ones I tried were charged i looked to get some assistance. There were 4 or 5 other shoppers in the store, some looking equally lost and I found one employee standing at the far end of the counter staring into a computer screen. She appeared to be the only employee on the floor and I relaxed a bit thinking that it was just a staffing issue and sure that she was doing her best to keep up as maybe another employee was a no show or on break. I located an item that was devoid of any pricing or even a manufacturer and decided to polity ask more about it. I walked over to the employee who appeard to be in the middle of a staring contest with the computer screen with extremely high stakes. After an awkward 30 seconds of standing right in front of her I made my first mistake. I asked where I could find the item in had in my hand. I immediately knew I should not have woken the monster before me, who breathed a deep breath before snapping her head up and snarling those are locked up so i have to get them. I froze for a moment as the eyes of the beast made it clear that she shall not be bothered with such trivial questions again.I swallowed, and and stammered H h h h how m m much is it?The beasts eyes became fiery slits of hate, 99 dollars it snapped as it turned back to the computer screen thinking she was finished with this lowley peasant and his empty pockets.Ill take it I said after a confused look around to see if this was a prankshow being filmed seeing how much a customer will take as far as customer disservice. The beast stomped over to the cabinet snorting and huffing threw the doors open, and retrieved my item. She marched it back to the checkout area and slammed it on the counter before she began her staring contest again but this time, at a computer screen opposite of the one I was waiting at since that was where she left off. Figuring out I was on my own as far as searching out the rest of my list, I made several laps around the isles finding two possibilities. I needed to know more before I could make a purchase and reluctantly but slowly approached the beast once again. I immediately regretted not leaving the store prior as she roared her displeasure and fiery gaze in my direction. I asked my questions without getting any response that could be considered anything but disdain at my existence in her presents. Me, being at a loss for words, clearly confused and looking around for the camera crew to let me in on the joke managed to stammer y y yes. I guess so when asked if that was all.The beast never did test the item show me the item, make any type of conversation other than snarling my total at me. She threw my change and the item in purchased at me from under the Plexiglas before once again returning to her original post at the opposite computer station.I would have just walked out with out purchasing but figured it least the store got a 100 sale and I bet that will be about all untill she is off the clock tonight. This was not my usual experience here, but was more than enough to make sure its my last. Ive never been treated so poorly by any salesperson ever in my life. She was genuinely offended and made it very clear that I was not entitled to even speak in her direction much less buy or ask about anything for sale

The selection is vast. But an over abundance of product, does not make up for the lack good customer service, or the quality of the products on the floor. I bought $150 worth of lingerie. Because of covid-19, wasnt allowed to try on, which I understand. But when I returned home and tried on, every piece had pulled, frayed and torn seams. So tacky. So gross. So sloppy. They are beautiful pieces and colors, but Im so disappointed that they are seemingly destroyed already, and if I want to salvage them, Im going to have to take them to a seamstress to attempt to reinforce these torn seams.
