Went in after looking online at different bed options. Mike at Destiny USA was great! Was very honest and answered any questions we had. We were close to buying when we walked in but his customer service definitely put it over the edge.

The sales person was helpful the beds even on sale were expensive but I calculated if I have the bed for 20 years it will cost me about $1.00/ day. Guess it is worth a good nights sleep! Hoping it is a great night sleep!

Love the bed and love the store. Sales woman was amazing, not pushy, over bearing or trying to up sell us. Told her what we were looking for and what we needed, had us try out the models that met those requirements and we walked away as a happy customer!

We walked in this store ready to commit on spending thousands of dollars on a mattress. We had a general idea already of prices and models, we just had inexperience with sleep number beds. To our surprise, the gentlemen that was tagged with helping us had even more inexperience with the beds. He had no idea what he was doing. He was stumbling through his sentences. He was trying to make us try pillows we had no interest in trying. We decided to walk out and we are going to look at other mattress options. If we do decide to go Sleep Number, we will make the trip to Rome. There is no way I would buy a mattress and let this guy get a commission off me. Overall, I already know which Sleep Number bed I would want and I am ready to pull the trigger, just at a different store.

My sales person Lauren was incredible throughout the whole process! She took the time and devoted all of her undivided attention to walk me through the process of all the beds, features, options & etc. At the end of the day, it was a no brainer and after this Friday, I will be a proud owner of my first Sleep Number bed thanks all in part to Lauren!!!!So above was my original post when I purchased my bed. Well, surprisingly, things have changed and what an eye opener. The customer service at this location absolutely sucks! Just another typical sales person with nothing but a bunch of broken promises!!! It took them three times to deliver my bed before they could get it right and throughout the whole process, the delivery guys were the nicest, most accommodating people out of the whole bunch and probably the lowest paid for the manual work and customer BS they have to put up with. My sales person made it very clear and was very adamant that at any point during this process to call her so she was aware and would assist. So after they delivered me the wrong bed the first time, i called her immediately and my response back was i cant do anything you have to call customer service, geez thanks for all you help. And this went on two more times but i did not let her know because she wasnt too helpful the first time nor too pleasant. Then during my significant purchase, my sales person assured me that she would and follow up with over the course of the next few weeks to see how everything was going with the bed and etc. Do you think i received a phone call at all? NO!!! I had to exchange my mattress cover and customer service said it would be easier if i just brought it to the store to exchange so i did. I walked in to desk where my sales person was, no greeting hi how are you, how is everything, nothing! I said i have to exchange my mattress cover and she said i cant help you, im on break! Hmmm, well if you are on break, then why are you sitting at the store desk. Overall, if you are expecting any sort of customer service here at the store, dont get your hopes up. If you ever have to call Sleep Number customer, which i had to on multiple occasions, every time i called, they were great and so were the delivery guys each time they had to come.

High pricing but nice people

Terrible service. We literally walked out because the guy was so rude. God forbid I push a few buttons on the bed. He basically assumed I was poor and couldnt afford anything in there when I have the cash to pay for it. He just lost a $7000 sale.

We got a bed we liked it.

I found that the beds were not comfortable at all. Didnt matter how they adjusted them. There was no edge support at all.
