Everyone should do business like the Bergers. Went out of their way to find a printer that was sold out everywhere the Canon G620. Stayed in touch by phone throughout the delivery process. I will be back for more. The reviews are true. These guys are great!

Super great experience shopping with Berger Bros. I got to work with Ben and Brad remotely and they were very professional to follow up with me on my order and get me a new Sony A7C super quickly! This is my first full frame mirrorless camera and I’m excited to shoot with this. Berger Bros also has some awesome classes that educate on camera, equipment and programs which I plan to attend either via Zoom or in person when it’s safe to. Awesome people and awesome business, looking forward to future purchases here.

I believe his name is Ben, What an insulting salesman, passive aggressive comments toward your trade in and disregard for you as a customer, I have always found it tough to shop or justify anything from Berger but thanks to Ben I will never step foot or recommend them again. I got a new Tamron lens from Berger Bros last week. Doug helped me a lot with using the lens and getting some accessories. I came back the next week to get a better lens case and a reusable lens protector for rain, and Al helped me. Al was great and taught how to properly hold the lens, as I havent used a lens that big before. While I was there, a customer left something at the store, and Al got on the phone with him and offered to run it over to him on his way home. You dont see that at a lot of businesses, and that really shows how much they care. Thank you, Berger Bros.!

Friendly and helpful staff. Offers a great selection of lenses, cameras, tripods and more. Has many different brands as well. They also allow you to test out lenses on you camera.

Friendly Knowledge Staff and Good Princes

Friendly, knowledgeable, very down to earth people, from owner Brad to everyone working at the store. I just got a new Canon R5 and some accessories are on back order, Brad lent other ones to me until the new ones arrive. Service is good old fashioned, great, wide range of products and a wealth of experience.

This place is great! I barely had any time to stop in on my break so I called ahead. They had a camera in stock that is not currently available at Canon, B&H, or Adorama. I got sick of waiting. They are an authorized canon dealer so they do not carry gray market garbage. Tim helped me and he realized I was in a hurry so he had everything ready for me when I walked in. I will continue shopping with them.

If I could I would give brad 100 stars.Wednesday before thanksgiving I had my B10 flash hit the deck. Unit was gone.I contacted Brad and he was able to order it and have it overnight and delivered Friday after thanksgiving by 8:30am before I went to the brides house to photograph her wedding.Throughout the entire process he was extremely attentive and positive and made sure that I would have my gear. I can’t stress enough how awesome it is to have locally owned store that are not gigantic corporations that deal with their customers on a direct level.Amazing Brad! You are the best!

Excellent customer service! I ran into issues with online ordering due to living in Canada and Brad Berger contacted me directly on his day off to sort everything out. Not only that, he was very concerned that what I wanted was not going to make me happy so he talked me out of my planned purchase! Now that is really going above and beyond. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and cant recommend him strongly enough. Extremely knowledgeable.

These guys are awesome!Great customer service, really, even cameras that werent released yet, they call me back as soon as they get them, and ship them super fast.I got my Fuji X-100F on release day from them, and today I received my Fuji X-100V.Unlike the big corporations, these guys seem to care about their customers, I have nothing but good things to say.

This was my 3rd visit to this store. After spending a considerable amount of time here, Ive decided to change my review of Berger Bros.The staff is far more friendly and helpful than Ive given them credit for in the past. The sales staff took the time to really answer all of my questions and help me on the path to photography.Unfortunately, while attempting to grab my gear bag, I didnt realize that I never closed it and all my gear fell out. Mike was quick to help me and checked my lenses to make sure there was no damage. He even cleaned my camera for me. Fortunately, there was no damage, as the important items were very close to the floor when they came rolling out of my bag.This place is great! I want to apologize to anyone reading my previous review, as I dont think I initially gave them a fair review.Berger Bros definitely has a permanent customer in me.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Docked 1 star for closing their Amityville store but the place is still a powerhouse of good service and fair deals. Easy to talk to with no run around or double talk. One of my favorite places.

Horrible experience. The owner won’t give you a second glance unless he thinks you’re spending a good amount of money. All he wants to do is make crass comments and talk about his Russian mail order bride. Have several friends who had a similar experience. Don’t bring your items in to sell either, they will offer you an insulting offer then turn around and sell it on eBay for tons more. Steer clear of this place!!!!!

I try very hard to support the local stores over buying stuff online. Berger Brothers prices are just outrageous on some of the smalls. I went in to get a battery charger today. They wanted 3x the price for generic universal charger as compared to any dual charger I could get anywhere else. That makes the last 3 trips into the store worthless. Wish they would figure out a way to be competitive.

They have a pretty good selection of cameras, lenses and other accessories at a good price. Also, helpful staff.👍
