As I was standing in line I heard two female pharmacists talking about a customer who left, one of the pharmacists was even a manager. They made fun of the customer’s hair, what she was wearing, and even what medication she was on. The manager then started talking about a person in the drive through, mentioned them by first and last name and made a derogatory comment. I don’t think I have ever been so disturbed by someone’s behavior who is not only supposed to be a professional, a manager, have confidentiality and care for those she is supposedly serving. This person’s lack of leadership is obviously rubbing off on the other’s that work there, because the attitude from even the techs was awful. I have a feeling CVS is aware of the issue, because when I mentioned what I saw to a friend, they stated they switched to a different location because of the concerns with privacy and the culture at the Sylvania location.
The drive-through pharmacy takes about 45 minutes to get through 1 car.
If I can even get a hold of them on the phone, I’ll have a prescription called in 2 days in advance and they won’t have it filled by the morning I’m able to get it. I’ll call them to see if it’s their and every time they say “it will be done this afternoon since I’m short handed today.” They say this every month. I hate this damn place.
Awesome achievement by the Grace of God.Great Customer service Representatives.. attending to people who seek help
Best Pharmacy Ever! Front store and pharmacy staff are helpful and patient. Most issues that occur in the pharmacy are unavoidable on their end but they always go above and beyond to solve any issue that arises. Its easy to always blame those in front of you but my understanding of the job makes my experience here always pleasant. Keep up the good work.
Warning to Stay Away from this CVS Pharmacy Location - Pathetic Customer Service Experience with the Pharmacist / Pharmacy Intern / Pharmacist Tech in filling the incorrect Hear Medicine Dosage, Insisting their correctness while dispensing the incorrect Heart Medicine Dosage and No Apologies.I was prescribed 10 MG Bisoprolol and the Pharmacy Tech who filled it, filled 7.5 Mg daily. I called the Pharmacy, a very rude Pharmacy Intern fielded the call, I tried many times to tell her to let me converse with the on-duty Pharmacist. The On-Duty Pharmacist said she was busy and the Pharmacy Intern kept insisting that the Pharmacist was busy and refused to speak. The Pharmacy Intern insisted that I speak to her. First and foremost, The Cardiology Nurse calls me and advises me of any medical dosage changes. I received no such call. i went to the Pharmacy, explained to the Pharmacy Tech that they filled the wrong Heart Medicine Dosage, i was originally on 5 Mg Bisoprolol, stepped up to 7.5 and now 10 Mg daily for the past 90 - 120 days. The Pharmacisit / Pharmacy Intern / Pharmacy Tech were extremely rude, not realizing their mistake and insistent on their correctness! This was an extremely BAD Customer Experience with the inappropriate dosage error, refilled by the Prescription. I suggest that this situation be investigated and the Pharmacist / Pharmacy Intern / Pharmacy Tech be all consulted, realize their errors and issue a apology to me.
If you’re in need, this IS NOT THE PLACE!!! The most incompetent and inept pharmacy I’ve ever attempted to deal with. They lost my file creating an endless conga line of employees telling me I’ve never used them before although I have bottles with their location. My meds were called in four hours before I stopped by to pick them up only to be told they needed 15 minutes more. I came back an hour later to be told:1) since they don’t have my records they didn’t fill them. No apology. Nothing whatsoever.2) my insurance company wants a different prescription on one of my scripts. OK; not their fault but rather than fill the others, they just didn’t do squat. Completely incompetent with a lack of care and concern that I’ve never experienced. If CVS as a corporation knew how ridiculous this crew is, I would like to think they would clear the decks. Unbelievable!!!I will find a competent pharmacy to address my needs......I would encourage all others to do the same.
Have never been happy with this pharmacy since switching here. Always have issues getting my very simple prescription. WHICH I GET EVERY MONTH. Most recently they told me I had “declined” my autorefills which I most certainly did not seeing as last time I picked up my script I asked how many more refills I had. Despite the issues, the staff is always very friendly and willing to help but it is very frustrating to go through this almost EVERY time I come to pick up my monthly prescription. Will consider switching pharmacies.
Great service and vaccine availability
I’ve been a customer since they opened. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I’m glad they are in my neighborhood.
The young man that was working up front the other day was extremely polite and friendly. I have terrible experiences with cashiers and sales clerks, but this was the best store experience Ive had in months.
One of the staff on the pharmacy she doesnt have any experience and i dont know how they hired here
Front staff are very rudeAvoid going their at all cost
Very clean store. Good inventory. Good value.
This cvs is dreadful. The pharmacy seems overwhelmed with business. They cant keep up! If you count on your daily meds, dont use this place!
They don’t tell you your insurance is not accepted until your already standing at the counter.
Worst experience ever! The female cashier was horrible and had such an attitude! Never going back and will call corporate to let them know. Obviously based off other reviews the female their has a problem and shouldn’t be dealing with people!
A typical drugstore, friendly customer service.
