Each time I have used Computer Renaissance (at least 9 times in the past 4 years), I have left pleased with the work done or the product purchased. I recommend Computer Renaissance any time someone asks me where I get my computer fixed. No one has ever complained that they did not get good service.

Purchased a refurbished laptop for my wife at a reasonable price. Had issues with the screen turning white. Took it back and even though it was a few days out of warranty, they replaced the bad screen at no charge. When the issue returned a couple of weeks later, they refunded the money I paid for the computer because there was an issue they were not finding. Very courteous and helpful

This Store is BAD! I usually have a habit of checking reviews before I give anybody my business. I thought this place is safe to bring my laptop in for repair. I was wrong. This place is just HORRIBLE. I did not get my laptop back in the same condition I gave them. They left marks and scratches all over the cover. We did not realize until we got home and called them back immediately for clarification. They denied the claim and said we are trying to scam them. What a joke! I will never recommend this place to anybody I know.

My son bought all the parts for a gaming computer on the internet thinking he could put together his super computer. when he struggled, we took the computer to CR and for $100 they assembled the machine in a timely manner. It has not experienced a problem since it was built in December 2014

I dropped off my laptop for a over heating issue and after 4 days it was fixed. After I picked it up I came home let it run and yes the over heating issue was fixed but when I went to check my email and do work on my Microsoft office programs my computer told me I did not have a valid license and my email was sending me reminders from 2011!!!! So I called and told them my issue and automatically they told me they had nothing to do with it but I could bring it back in for them to take a look at it.So when I went in they acted like I was a complete liar and uninstalled it myself. (Yes I uninstalled a program I paid for and have time to sit in your store and argue with you). After discussing the issue for a few minutes I started to get upset then the long haired guy yelled at me and told me it was my problem and some times things just happen. Really? Do you think we are all stupid?I will never go back to this store or refer anyone to this half %$# place. The customer service is terrible! This is the first time I have ever used a computer repair shop and maybe the last. Ill stick to Best Buy, they back up their work and dont treat you like liars!Dont trust this place unless you just want a huge headache!!!!

Took my Dell laptop in that would not charge the battery any longer and they told me it needed dc Jack replaced $125.00. 8 days later received call replaced Jack and still doesnt work... Then told after they did research and read online forums they found out model type I have has common problem with motherboard and charging problems. I was told not wise to replace motherboard because could still have same problem and cost would be similar to getting a new computer... So I was given my computer back still not charging and charged $90 plus tax ....took 3 of them to ring me out on register (rip me off) ... I do not believe they are experienced enough to be running a computer store if charging for not fixing the problem. I would not recommend this location to solve any computer problems.
