I read all the prior reviews before deciding on Adrenaline Cycle for service on my 2003 Yamaha FZ1 and let me tell you after a full service, the ride home on the FZ1 was perfect. The motor runs like it just came out of the crate which is unbelievable for an 18 year old motor! These guys are the real deal - and you get what you pay for - if you are shopping for price then dont bother, but if you are shopping for true value in service - then shop around and listen to what the service people tell you - you will not hear half the truth for the others - these guys delivered everything they said plus more - they found something that would have left me on the side of the road and brought it to my attention without being asked! Disappointing they dont do RI state inspections anymore. But an excellent store with a wide variety of motorcycle items and bikes!

Worst place to go to. Owner is a slimeball for sure tries to talk fast and weasel his way into your pockets. I wish this place could get zero stars! Kept both my fiancé and brothers bike there for 2 months and did absolutely nothing. Only for one of the bikes, brand new when it went there to being completely totaled somehow. And the other bike to be charged 3x the price for work they didn’t even do! There are way more honest people to go to who will take your hard earned money and put it where it’s supposed to go. This place will screw you over. Do not go here!!!!

This place is awesome from my 1st call I knew I wanted to do business with them the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly when I walked in I felt like I was in a toy store for adults Justin came over to help me choose the right helmet for me and beat Revzillas price and all the other websites I checked a quality of service that no website could ever match Ive been in a lot of motorcycle shops in my life and Ive never been in one like this until today 🎆

Place is an absolute scam, got my Harley back and the belt was so loose it almost fell off. Have had multiple people have horrible experiences there..don’t go.

I purchased a street bike, many parts and more accessories than I can count at this bike shop over the past 14+ years. This shop has more helmets and accessories then I have ever seen anywhere else and if they don’t have what you’re looking for they will research and find it for you quickly. My most recent project was a Vintage 1970’s bike. The owner personally researched and located me many rear original parts and accessories that I needed to complete my restoration. He has a tremendous knowledge of bikes in general but I was surprised at how much he knew of this bike in particular. I could not be happier with the work they did and at a VERY reasonable price. As a business owner myself I know what it takes to give that level of personal service, professionalism and knowledge. I would be happy to recommend this shop to anyone, I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Candy shop for bikes you like Crome walk in walk out no ordering most likely its in stock. Or you could go wait some were else. Speed forget it put your bike on a dyno they tune your bike to get every bit of power out of it. They know there s@#t the owner has a multi bike race team . They always have the new hot stuff to dress your bike up before every one else. 5 stars for me sickest shop around

I like the shop. Its a great lay out and a ton of product. I have an appointment with them next month for some maintenance things but the service atleast in my experience is okay could be better or worst. Shop is great though and was highly recommended to me.

Being a woman riding a motorcycle in a guys world can be really frustrating at times. Ive been to a few shops to quote getting work on my bike. I was met with people who treated me like either a.) I shouldnt be riding or b.) I wouldnt be intelligent enough to understand the shop talk of work I needed to have done. Part b may be true, but only because I am a new rider. I have done work on my bike myself - I put custom exhaust pipes on, I know how to change light bulbs, and the oil/filter. So when I was searching for a shop to fix two small oil leaks that I didnt have experience with, Justin was very kind to me. He didnt make me feel stupid, he wasnt condescending, and he explained what things meant if I wasnt sure what they were. I didnt feel like I was being ripped off, and I will gladly return to Adrenaline Cycle for any more work that I am not confident to do myself. I have put on at least 4,000 miles since the leaks were fixed and Im extremely happy to report that I havent had any further issues. Thank you Justin and team!

Had my 09 cbr600rr in for new tires and adjust my new rearsets and adjust my levers they did a great job had my bike back in about a week they were professional and honest a little pricey but job well done you get what you pay for over all I was satisfied will definitely go back

I went to Adrenaline to get a oil change. I ended up getting a full tune up and a radio installed on my Spyder. WORST MOVE EVER!!!!!!!. First off they installed the single lights backwards and the bike started having stalling issues. They looked at the bike again and said we reviewed our work and there is nothing we could find wrong, but they already knew they installed the lights in backwards. When I called and talked to the owner about the stalling issue he said, You should have the spark plugs changed, I said, I did, you changed them!. When the bike stalled out I called them again. The owner was rude, and used profanity on the call. Then stated that he couldnt fix the issue because he didnt have the computer software program to look up the issue. Then recommend Bobs, I wouldnt go to Bobs, he said they are friends and I cant go to any shop he recommends.I then took the bike to Higgins Power Sports, (a real bike place, excellent customer service and they stand behind their work). They located the issues, holes in the spark plug wires. Adrenaline had looked at the plugs, not once but TWICE and never noticed holes in the lines!!!!!! Plus the radio they installed is now killing the battery in the bike. My new mechanics noted that radio is draining the battery. They dont stand behind their work. $1,600.00 wasted on second hand work. He said if I caused the issue I will pay for it. We shall see!!!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR SERVICE THEY ARE HORRIBLE. We recently took our bike to be serviced and they completely screwed us over. We had a grinding noise and we asked them to make sure they checked the gear box for oil. They told us they did and told us it was due to a spleen and belt that needed to be replaced. $973.00 later we got the bike back oh yes and 3 weeks in the shop and when we took the bike for a ride the exact same noise was still there. When we checked the gear box for oil it was bone dry. This was 2 days after getting the bike back. When we approached Justin owner and manager, he offered nothing to us for our dissatisfaction. We also shared a video with the proof. The mechanic lied just bold faced lied. We will never go back

Justin runs a great shop in a tough industry. Long hours, low margins, and the reason is that he loves what he does. He is one of those people who love what they do and deliver. I run my own company and I know the challenges of a small business.. Ask yourself why there are not many shops like this? Justin and his crew are solid guys and they got your back when it comes to your bike with great work and great knowledge whether it is a vintage bike or the latest hardware. Is not that I hate the place but one Friday the schedule said they will open at 10 and there was a sing at the door that will be open at 11. Next Friday it was open but nobody to can take orders so came back on Saturday they clerk was not friendly he was just by himself and I didnt know if he was talking to me or other customers, he never look at me at the eyes ... Really a bad customer experience. The only good are the motorcycles and helmets

Justin knows everything about any bike. This guy has a serious passion for what he does. Anything Ive ever needed he has always come though with it. He always has what I need in Stock. If adrenaline Cycle cant get a part, then it simply doesnt exist. His two main technicians are top notch and very thorough in the details of their work. Great people. I’ve been a costumer for a few years already, with no doubts Adrenaline cycle is the go to place! Brought my bike somewhere else because I was in a rush to get it ready for an event and didn’t dare to ask Justin (owner), even knowing that we would had made it happen. It was something as simple as mounting an exhaust and a power commander so I toke my chances. Well that was a reality check that Adrenaline is always busy for a reason. Had to bring my bike back to him to get the work that the other shop did corrected… the PC was wired in wrong and not even working! Next time I will go directly to adrenaline and get it done the first time saving time and money.Justin’s passion for bikes and his business speak louder than words. In my opinion if you are looking for good service, prices and experience Adrenaline Cycles is the go to place!

Adrenaline Cycle is my go to motorcycle shop for all of my motorcycle needs. I first brought one of my motorcycles there a few years back for a little bit of chrome and powder coating. I must say that Justin and his employees over there take the time and always make sure there customers are fully satisfied. My bike came out great and I am to this day very pleased with the way it looks and handles. Not to long ago I got a flat while on the road on my bagger and I had no choice but to tow the bike. It was late but I gave Justin a call at the shop and he thankfully he answered the phone and actually waited for me and the tow truck driver so my bike was safe and inside. Obviously I needed a new tire and to my surprise they were very reasonable and I couldnt be any happier with the service. They also found a couple of loose nuts or bolts seeing that they are very thorough and tightened them for me. I was riding that very next day! Adrenaline cycle has been doing my routine maintenance on my bikes ever since that day because they care about safety and value there customers. Ride safe everyone!!!

Came here to potentially buy a vintage bike I waited for the owner to answer some questions in regards to it and frankly spent around 20 mins between him dealing with male buyers doesn’t seen very female oriented all good no shortage of shops

Took my bike in for a tune up, an idling issue and a few minor things. Had to leave it there for a couple of days and once the bike was finished justin gave me a call to come pick it up, he also explained the reason as to why my bike had the idling problem and what they did to correct it. The bike now runs great and sounds awesome. A day or two after i picked up the bike, Justin gave me a check up call to see if i was happy with the bike and if everything was running smoothly (was not expecting that), great customer service. Definitely recommend adrenaline cycle to others and will be returning for future motorcycle needs.

Adrenaline is the best. They can work on any motorcycle humans ever made. Also, if they can not get a part, then it does not exist. Now here is the thing; I just have a little 96 Yamaha Virago xv750...but it truly is (and Justin will attest to this) the cleanest Virago 750 on Earth, and I know that theyre going to treat it the same is if it were an Aprilla. Its the only place I can send my bike that I know it will not come back with new scratches. Their work is impeccable, and Justin has always been a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars!

Ive been going to Adrenaline cycle for 12yrs with all my bikes & would not consider anywhere else after experiences at many other shops prior. Most knowledgeable people around that are true bike enthusiasts (even Justin the owner is a expert road racer that displays many of his rare bike collection in the showroom for others to enjoy) they can do anything anyone could ever want on your bike from basic tune ups to my unfortunate insurance accident repair while performing the highest quality repairs, powder coating, painting & Dyno tuning services faster then I have seen & Ive seen a lot in my many years of riding bikes living in many different locations, not to mention the biggest inventory of parts & Helmets (boy do they have helmets!!) you will find. Honest bike lovers you can trust will treat you & your machine with care that is 2nd to none. There is a reason I still drive over an hour away from Connecticut after moving here years ago, just as many others rider do after seeing bikes at the shop with CT, NH & even VT license plates!! They must be doing something right for customers to take such long rides to have work done!! Check them out you will happy you did!

From the outside it is very deceiving & not what you are expecting when you walk thru the front doors.As soon as you walk into Adrenaline Cycle you cant believe how massive it is & how many parts they stock, Its very nice, clean & inviting. You will see & feel the difference as soon as you walk thru the doors compared to most any shop you have been before, its kept very neat, clean (even smells great) & organized which tells me they care & take pride in everything they do. I was sold from this point but it kept getting better, after speaking to the owner I could tell he really knows his stuff & has a real passion for his job & races motorcycles as well. The owner picks up the phone 99% of the time, you will not find this anywhere else at a shop of this size I assure you. There is no reason to ever go to another shop period. This shop has that old school bike shop feel but has also advanced with the times & stays up with the new technology, trends & products. This shop is a fresh of breath air after the many dealers Ive gone to & was Either not happy with there service on my bike or far from impressed with there knowledge, I knew more then most of the people I spoke with at these dealerships. Adrenaline has always gotten my bikes back to me quickly or while Ive waited, they do great work at fair prices. I will never trust anyone else with by bikes & neither should you. Take it from an old timer thats had many bikes & been to many bike shops threw the years. This place is on a different leave plus they fix every type of motorcycle, ATV, Dirt bike & do any type of repair, custom work & restoration builds including some of the nicest paint work Ive seen. This is your one stop shop, Ive never seen so many new helmets in one place ever & so many parts / Accessories that you just dont see this amount of parts at any shop these day. They even had rare bikes on display you never see anywhere. I could go on & on about this place! If you love bikes you owe it to yourself to stop by & check them out you will not regret it.

Came in looking to replace my 6 year old street helmet. I wanted a certain manufacturer and was steered toward another with expert advice. They are patient and actually listened to what I needed and got me just that. Ended up with a 2017-18 Bell Star Mips and could be not be happier. Adrenaline got me one of the first Star Mips in the country (!!!), not even available online yet. Best part about Adrenaline is they live what they sell and it shows.

Good guys, priced normal for a motorcycle mechanics and the gear is awesome there u get what you pay for. They help you the best they can and can be trusted.

The owner is clearly very knowledgeable (and condescending) and he helped me find and order some custom made parts, and gave me a discounted hourly rate because of my situation, thought that was a good thing but it turns out I got discounted attention to my bike and that’s pretty much where the star comes from.I’ve paid one time more than $1000 in work do fix the light on a working tach and got the bike back with the tach and light not working, the bike not starting because the petcock on the fuel tank was clogged even though it was new and the inside of the tank was glazed by adrenaline, and they let me leave with out all the necessary parts for the bike - like the battery!I recently switched shops after having my carbs cleaned and rebuilt and the bike stopped running after two days. I brought it into the new shop and the mechanic within minutes of my description of what happened when it stopped running (bike difficult to start, backfires, started, but wouldn’t start again after turning it off) first checked the hose clamps connecting the carbs and he was able to turn each of the outside clamp screws at least ten times before they were tight! How can carbs be put back on the bike without running a compression test?! So I paid $750 for carbs to be cleaned and rebuilt and attached, let alone fine tuning the air-fuel ratio of jetting the carbs properly!So if you are working on a project bike, and you simply need help finding parts, sure this shop is fine. But if you need work on your less than show quality bike for some work done that is out of your realm, DO NOT GO HERE!

I was hit in a parking lot last year and totaled my motorcycle and myself. Coindidentally it was towed to the garage next door. Justin who owns Adrenaline Cycle, went over and got the bike, helped my GF deal with insurance, stored it at no charge and took off the aftermarket parts before salvage picked it up......and never charged us a nickel or made us feel indebted to them and he offered to do this for us without us asking. He previously did work on my Ducati and this past week I had him do major suspension upgrade on my new Yamaha. Then he had me come in and personally did the setup with me on the bike, matched the best online parts price, then he test rode it personally before releasing it to me. Totally brought out all of the potential in my bike. I do most of the work on my bikes but I trust these guys to get it right when its exceeds my capabilities. Its like an old time bike shop and cutting edge technology together. They just need a sofa and a coffee pot.

Only one person working with 5 customers waiting but he made time to address my needs and got me in and out including an inspection so that I could ride to Laconia later in the day !Outstanding..

I bought my first motorcycle and brought it straight to this shop for customizations. They suggested the most practical upgrades to the bike that I loved and their customer service is always on point. The upgrades to the bike were not only super affordable but they had parts and accessories readily available that are not easy to find elsewhere. I sold my bike two years later for the same price that I purchased it for due to the upkeep and upgrades to this bike that this shop helped me with. They also helped me with winterization and storage and the cost for these services could not be matched as they are very reasonable. Even though I sold my bike, I still recommend people to this shop on a regular basis and they end up becoming loyal customers because they are simply great at what they do. Through the years, I have reached out to the owner to help support some of my charitable organizations that I am involved with and they have volunteered without hesitation.

This guy Justin is a true hero... no matter what the customer says he is always right....he really truly showed his colors today.Swearing at me calling me a retard...Im gonna take my buseness to a bike shop that truly cares about a bike not just the type that he wants. ...this place should be ashamed charging me for a blinker they had fixed...went to pick up the bike and the blinker was still dangling with water inside the blub..and the mechanic came out with electrical tape and they zip tied it...cost me 50 bucks...overall Im just sick to have my peronsla stuff there. Go to hell Justin...the mechanics were very polite to me on the other hand....kudos to them.F- total failure shop gg..

After 3 months there and Spending $400 for tuning the bike would not make it to first traffic light without popping and stalling. Almost didnt make it back to shop. Picked it back up two weeks later and it popped and stalled all the way home. Running worse then when I dropped it off. Got every excuse in the book why it wasnt running right including saying he fixed things my bike doesnt even have

Horrible service, I could rant for days on my experience there but I will tell you do not waste your time and thats what this place is a waste of time and money. You have been warned
