They have increased prices far ahead of normal inflation to the point where an empty half gallon jug now costs over a dollar without a lid. Were going to find another source.

They have the products they claim to have and are willing to sell a customer what they want. Sounds like a minimal requirement to keep the doors open yet from the climate business today, it is actually beyond what many companies do. It has nothing to do with any factor besides the attitude of ownership.

Love this place. The people are so friendly. And they have great bottles, buckets cans and a few jars. You can purchase by the case or the truckload.

These guys are awesome. I am a public individual who was in need of a very specific container, but just 1, not a whole pallet. And as far as I could tell, no one sold just 1 at a reasonable price ($5 or less for the container, $30 or more for shipping). Because I was able to come to their office, they were able to provide me with the container I needed.

I considered myself VERY lucky the day I found Aaron packaging and Robert. He is always a pleasure to deal with. They have great pricing and seem to always have what we need in stock. Very fast fulfillment of orders too. 5 Starts all day long.

Worst after-sales experience ever.They send me a completely different order (I payed for UPS 3 days air) and when I called back to ask about the issue they send my first order by ground shipping. So now I must wait almost two weeks to receive my order. The funniest thing was that when they offer my a refund for the difference between 3 days shipping and ground they expected me to be kind of happy for the refund. Being honest, there are many other competitors with better customer services and same products.If this is hilarious, how about if I tell you that you must be really aware with this guys because, if they send you a different order by their mistake, you have only 30 days to take your time to put all the labels, go to UPS and return it, otherwise you will be economically responsible for their mistake (see pictures attached)!! Never a company had threatened me because of its error...

Ordered some bottles from Aaron Packaging, paid and thought all was good. Received a call a couple days later from Susie saying their website quoted wrong shipping costs. said its substantially more, I gave them an opportunity to make it right, but they didnt offer to rectify it. Left me in a bad situation as I was depending on those bottle. I cancelled the order and will be ordering and recommending a company that is dedicated to customer service.
