They appear to carry fewer boots than clothing and accessory items. I dont personally like their primary Western boot supplier, but that is my problem not theirs. I will just go back to my favorite boot maker in El Paso, TX to get my boots.

Smooth transaction, I bought a pair georgia boots back in August, wore them about 4 times a week to work. They began to fall apart, the ladies at boot Jack were more than happy to help me exchange them. I was 5 months into my 6 month warranty, and they provided zero hassle or questioning, straight up swapped them out for me. Thanks so much.

Been going to Boot Jack for years and years. This was the first time no one asked me if I needed help. Wasnt asked until I was going to check out, which was too late to help. I believe there was only one employee when I first got there. Hope this was just an aberration.

Very helpful. Will go back and forth to help you find the boots that are comfortable and your size. If they dont have it the staff will call to other stores to see if its available there. Will offer out socks, so many variety of socks to choose from. The store is organized and stocked and smells very very nice. There is enough spacing to squat in the aisle and still be able to walk pass. Most defiantly there is always mark down work boots on the back shelf.. Great place!

Bought a pair of Laredo boots, and are worn out in less than 3 months. There 6 month warranty is no worth paper its printed on. That excessive ware fine print.

Even though we got there about ten minutes to close, they still took the time to make sure I got something good, and something that fit properly. A medium selection of boots and brands. They have ariat, Justin, Carhartt, Georgia, wolverine, and more.Only a couple styles of Justins. Saw the same ariat online for 40$ cheaper. They should price match. Other than being more expensive the employees were nice and everything seemed to be organized.

The manager at this store is not friendly. My husband was disappointed because he couldnt get any customer service. I was treated rudely by the manager. Customers are not always right at this store. Customers are not first priority and maybe thats why the store and parking lot is nearly empty..at least on the days we were there.
