My cell phone died on me & I needed a new one right away. I can no longer afford to go to major phone companies anymore ( and wish I would have stopped going oh so long ago since they all completely & utterly rip you off).Within 5 minutes, I had a brand new Android, ( equal to one that I paid at least $800 for from Sprinter), also, a $35 unlimited talk, text & data for a month paying only $107... that is including tax.I mean, you cant beat that!

The store is always crowded. It does okay with store pickup & it usually has lots of items in stock, BUT is a small Walmart they tried to stuff inside a old Caldor Dept. Store. The clientele is what turns you off here though, as I will always go in with a mask and have sanitizer at the ready. Im fully vaxxed, btw. It is usually understaffed and a bit dirty. You could do worse, but you can sure do better.

Products are definitely affordable! Unfortunately they never have register availability. Which causes me to not visit often, too much time is occupied waiting in line.

Checkout is crazy but other than that its ok I will say the cold and freezer section are pretty much emptied out because its so busy but if you go for anything else great

I went to Walmart suffern 250 route 59 I had horrible experience a manager name rose Mary because off that I will never go back there I saw a mini fridge for $99 and I went to pay price difference and she told Walmart don’t Match price at Walmart I never heard anything like. She is on professional with me. As long she work there I will never go shop there. She need to be fired. You can’t have a people like run a business. She said it people like who give the store bad name. All I asked why you don’t match price with a website it not different websites it Walmart sites.

I was in a pinch. I had a pool but no bathing suit. Walmart came to the rescue! They had a bunch of options for me. Different sizes, different colors they had it all. Very helpful customer service. I love their self checkout. They also have loads of parking. Highly recommend!

The hot wheels section been empty they need to be well stocked is ridiculous. And the greeter by self checkout name Jaqueline is rude with an attitude. Whoever is in charge of the toy department needs to get it together

The store was filthy dirty and there was hardly anyone working. The cash register crashed while we were paying and they needed a manager to reboot the machine... The front staff couldnt find a manager in the entire store. They simply couldnt explain what was going on. Finally they moved us to another register and did it all over. I hope I didnt pay twice!

Prices are always good, but have patience if you need to return something. Dont know if theyre short staffed, but waited almost a half hour . Couldnt do an even exchange either. Staff is always polite.

Everything I was looking for I found at reasonable prices.

This has been one of the places to go to find the most things at discount prices. Unfortunately their checkout lines have been seeing a lot more delays. Its hard to check out in a reasonable amount of time.

This food was the best soul food I have ever tasted. Absolutely good food.Barbeque beef short ribs and Fried Chicken with ribs

The staff member in the aisle was very nice and offered help a few times. Otherwise, this store is cramped and hard to navigate. Other customers are not so friendly

I was here with my grandmother and she saw items in the back in a clearance section for $2.98 some guy “manager” carmin said we were only honored one and we wanted “4” for gifts they said we were only allowed 1 .. by law you are supposed to honor that I will never be back here and in the front a large gentlemen … I wouldn’t call him a gentleman ….called me a liar he was checking us out by the self check out.He told us we were allowed “2” another person then came minutes after waiting and said only one then the large man said I was a liar … this place speaks for itself woth low life workers with attitudes … will never purchase anything from Walmart again. And will proceed to tell people the same about this horrible layout store and rude people who do not honor a system for years.Disgusting.

Good prices, convince and you can pretty much fine what you are looking for.

Its a really nice Walmart and I love the clearance aisle the only thing that I dont like is when checking out and self-service they never have cash payable check out lines and the non self-service checkout lines are usually very few and in between other than that its a great store with great prices and usually stock very well

Be aware!!! the pick up hrs are different than from the website and app, the actual pick up hrs are from 8am-8pm

The food shelves were pretty empty. Had to go next door to ShopRite to finish shopping

Literally worst Walmart location. Shelves are never stocked. Carts are never available in the store. Lines are so damn long and customer service sucks. Just honest opinion of this location.

Everything was fine except for the Employees. I asked 3 people for help with A particular thing but they all pointed me to the next person. Also at the time of my visit they didnt have any kind of produce , vegetables or fruits

This is the only Walmart Ive been to so its hard to compare. Its said to be a small Walmart but they have more stuff in there than I can shake a stick at. For me its one bus stop away and next to the supermarket so thats where I go.Its usually pretty crowded, missing prices on items which are often in the wrong place, and many of the employees dont like their jobs much. So long as you know the layout, its easy to find what you want quickly so you can wait in line sooner (they have a self checkout aisle but only four machines so its a wait too.)I did find a clever system to use there. I shop on the website and it will tell me if what I want is at the store. I pay for it online, and in a few hours I can go in and get a boxful at the pick-up desk. No lines! If not in stock then I can have it delivered to the store or my home. It works great!Theyve rearranged the place only once I think (that was insanity, dont do it again!) They have everything I need regularly. A few of the employees are very nice and I like chatting with if the time allows. The Customer Service area is sheer mayhem, but the few times Ive brought stuff back no problems occurred. Always lots of carts, and they have handled the Covid Virus pretty well from the start.I guess this is shopping in the future (wont even mention affordable product quality) so Im going to have to get used to it!

I like the fact that i could shop without getting disturbed due to the fact that the oils are nice big and wide with a big selection

Employees dont really help you that much or can answer questions. Shelves need to be stocked better but this isnt a super Wal-Mart. Please check ur boxed products before purchase. Some items are incomplete or missing or defective. Hey its a Wal-Mart ...best be going on a friday night its cleaner.

Looks to me like the stock is not managed very well. They often run out of popular and seasonal items. They removed all the price checking scanners so you need to catch an associate for a price check. Otherwise it is normal Walmart.

Whats good about the store is the variety and low price. Whats not so good is theyre now charging a fee ($3.75) for making deposits to online banks

Waited a long time to return online item only to find out the item isnt eligible for return. Items not eligible for return should indicate so conspicuously during the order process.

Have tried to call this store countless times for customer service. Every single time, the phone rings and rings for 5 to 30 minutes before someone picks it up and immediately hangs the phone up. Absolutely ridiculous.

I dont expect much from this Walmart. It is the only non Super Walmart I have ever seen. The employees were very helpful yesterday. The store was better stocked than I have seen it in the past. I didnt find what I was looking for though they did have a variety of lower quality picture frames. I would still go back, at some point, in the hopes of finding what Im looking for, the next time around.

Walmart has a reputation of having unsightly dressed customers but it was the workers that stood out to me. Extremely unprofessional. I asked one worker in the garden department if the store carried a specific item, said employee rolled his eyes, put his cell phone down, I didnt notice if he lifted his phone again or switched to a job phone, looked up the product and with an attitude said, no and walked away. There was another employee who was also on the phone, said to whoever she was talking to, I have to let you go, its getting busy here and never hung up. She didnt open herself to allow me to ask her a question. Another issue, not one employee restocking shelves moved over even a little to let customers, with carts, by. They block the aisles with their carts and make you go around. Horrible shopping experience and even worse Walmart employees. I will never go back.

Never stocked with what is advertised, also this location is in need of a major cleaning, I prefer to drive to another location just because of how filthy itis.

Its a pretty large Wal-Mart. I was looking for a few things so I had to ask employees where to go. Every employee I talked to was very helpful and friendly. There is a nice little plant section and clearance area.

This is a smaller Walmart, but the staff make up for it by being more knowledgeable and friendly and going above and beyond to answer questions or do stock inventory etc.. I found some snacks at this location that I haven’t seen in other stores or walmarts and parking is ample and not hectic. Social distancing and face covering rules are observed here, there is a useable clean public restroom towards the back of the store. Checkout is quick as well.

Their prices are always good. They have great roll back prices. I always find what I want and more. Great quality too.

Horrible experience. Long lines, out of several items, ransacked look !Wow, very uninviting and unwelcoming to say the least. And then to find several items unavailable...and what little I did purchase, took forever to get checked out

Unkempt, dirty. The parking lot area is filthy. Curb appeal it has not. Ive always loved Walmarts for the fun of browsing. Compared to other Walmarts it just doesnt measure up. Selection, marketing of items, layout just doesnt make sense to me. I am not a frequent shopper here because of these things, but will run in to grab an item I need knowing if they have what Im looking for the price is usually lower, however, my last 2 trips have been disappointing. What Ive observed is always groups of employees on the floor conversing and joking around. Ive had to dodge a worker or two with a large dolly of merchandise in aisle areas. Better training of employees in customer service and experienced management might improve the shopping experience in this particular store.

Great Wal-Mart not much produce products at all and freezers are few compared to ones in California. But its still a great store with a lot of see.

I found everything I went to purchase and the pharmacist was so very helpful when I stopped to ask for his assistance.

When I tried returning a childrens swimsuit, the customer service rep claimed that I didnt buy said item at Walmart EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE RECEIPT and when a store manager walked over and tried to help out, the situation got worse! The manager ended up taking me back to the swimsuit department and asked an associate whether that swimsuit/brand is sold in the store. Lets just say that there was no apology from either one of the associates who wasted my time and insulted me in front of a growing line of customers. I can only assume that I was being harassed due to my obvious religious dress code.

The only reason I giving Walmart One star is because you cant give them zero Stars. The store is dirty, and it took me two visits to pick up a simple online photo order. The reason I had to go back and because they gave me the wrong size envelopes. Then when I went back, they didnt have enough and they still werent the actual envelopes to fit the cards that I had made. The two visits cost me well over an hour what should have been a five-minute visit. It wasnt just me. The guy waiting for me at the second visit didnt get any envelopes for his photo cards. Mismanagement at its finest! Cant stand this place and if I have to ever go back it would be too soon. Best I got for the order screw up, was a $25 store credit gift card. Guess thats $25 Ill never get to use. The old adage you get what you pay for kicks in with Walmart. If you pay so much less, you have to expect a lot less too

Ive been coming here for years. It took me 35 mins to buy a single cardboard box today. And I was in the 20 items or less lane. So incredibly slow. Things they say are in stock are never in stock either.

I went there to get a table 6 table I am a female I asked 2 men that were standing next to the table if they could help me they said they be right back I wonder where they went

Rude customer service. After phones were ringing for 10 min some nasty Chinese lady answered the phone and starting yelling at me. Worst customer service I ever saw!!

I have been coming here for years, but the recent renovations they have done lately has been great. The store looks good and staff are willing to help. The checkout lines were not too long and as always, everything I need; I always find it.
