I went in for a Covid-test I scheduled prior to. Stood on line for over 10 mins just to be told they ran out of supplies. I took off from work and wasted time/gas when a simple phone call from them would have sufficed. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

This pharmacy is a disgrace. No one picks up a phone. You cannot get status of prescriptions in a timely manner. There is no customer service at this location. I guess they take lessons in not answering a phone from CVS.

The place used to be great with the old pharmacy crew the new people in there do not have a clue and if I can give it - 10 Stars I would nobody seems to care totally unprofessional its a real shame

The pharmacy staff and specifically the techs here are so unprofessional. I would rather go to any other pharmacy. There is no reason to be this rude.

I was shorted 60 tablets of a non controlled substance and had to fight with corporate to get those pills after numerous visits to that storeNo apology no caring

Great to have it here. They have many services I wasnt aware of. Havent been here for along time and forgot about it, but now after I was here today I am planning to start coming here regularly.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Sales and clearance can lead to some incredible deals. Stock is already available. The pharmacy is fantastic. Very helpful always going out of their way to help with prescriptions. Highly recommend this pharmacy over others in the area.

Nikki at the Pharmacy was so helpful and friendly. She was patient and had such a lovely demeanor. Love this Pharmacy!Lenny at the register was so polite and such a delight!Makes me want to move to this area 🙂

Its a great neighborhood pharmacy and great sales. You need to time it right. But my favorite Walgreens. The people working there are nice. Once they regonise you ,they are super friendly.

I ordered something and it wasnt ready not even close to the time.And they just let you wait on the phone

The old guy that was doing the cashier I didn’t get his name but Im pretty sure he was new. He was very rude and arrogant.I ask ask him a question he rolled his eyes on me so I said to his manager “i dont know why he has to make that face when I only have questions” after I said something he changed his attitude immediately.I just feel its un necessary to do that to customers especially if u are new.

The Pharmacy has the rudest people working there!Waited for 15 minutes for someone to help me, then when they couldnt find the prescription told me to get out of the next customer way in the nastiest tone!

Worst costumer service . Being ignored at drive through defeats purpose of drive through. I can barely walk & simply needed to drop off a prescription. It literally took almost 20 minutes

Okay I went in asking if they were hiring (because I was job hunting.) and the person who helped me said go online and check in a very nasty tone. Then try to give me friendly advice on my clothing at the time I was wearing a professional black pants and my button down white jacket. (Both were clean and ironed.) By far the WORSE customer service. I am be in need for a job but I will NEVER work there. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS WALGREEN!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy. You can wait up till an hour to get a script that was called in or dropped off prior. Sometimes, they are out of the medication you need which causes big problems. The staff is not so nice also. They do not have a sympathetic bone in their bodies.

Pharmacy staff is very good, very helpful. They are a very busy pharmacy, so nothing happens quickly. Been using this pharmacy for over a decade. Has a drive thru window. Very helpful pharmacists. Will put your meds thru as many discount cards and insurance as you want to find the cheapest prices. Also does flu shots in season in a private area. You get points worth money, and sometimes you get points for meds. You definitely want the Walgreens customer card.

Very nice pharmacy staff., nice people who are always understaffed. Dont blame them, blame management. They take customers in order. If 2 waiting inside and you pull in drive thru you will be serviced 3rd. Theyve always have done a great job for me, and they have caught drugs ordered by doctors, and they found bad medicine interactions with other drugs. Oh, by the way if you go into CVS, they have a lot of employees there, but even so, they are even slower. It appears CVS workers are quite slow. The Walgreens person working with you will do so without other things between. Ask for Allison (drugist) and say Bob says hello

Photo section is really bad. 45 minutes to do 5 passport pictures

People were not to helpful the store was very clean .
