Daryl and all the staff at 202 Collision are great! We brought my Honda Pilot in two separate times for body work and they did an amazing job. They are professional and did all the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend 202 Collision!

I hit a deer with my Subaru Legacy. Front end was so badly damaged, I could barely get the hood open. Very great place and honest people. They did an excellent job on the auto body work. They also fixed my radiator and replaced the hoses! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs body work done.

These people at 202 Collision -- Christina and Daryl in particular -- are professional, competent, honest, and all-around wonderful. My 22-year old niece had her car towed by Jans Med-A-Car in Hillburn four months ago after getting a flat tire, and when they unloaded it from their tow truck in their lot, the driver slammed it into another car parked there, causing major damage to her drivers side front door (which was almost falling off) and other damage to the fender, and rear door. Jans owners (John Dinino and his daughter, Janice DeFerrari) promised my niece theyd repair her car, but their attempted repairs were so shoddy and superficial, that the door remained misaligned and wouldnt properly close. We finally had to get our own repair estimates and file a claim directly with Jans liability insurer, Progressive, as well as the roadside assistance company that dispatched Jans tow truck, Agero. Though Jans refused to cooperate with either investigation, Progressive quickly determined that my nieces claim was valid and paid for the repairs to her car from Jans liability policy. She chose 202 Collision based on their reviews and recommendations from others in our community. I also worked with Christina and Daryl to arrange for the repairs, and they were just exceptional in every way: delightful to deal with, truthful, kind, and they delivered what they promised. After the nightmare of fighting with Dinino and DeFerrari for so long, 202 Collision repaired her car perfectly and made the experience as pleasant as it could be. Thanks so much. I will recommend you to everyone I know, and if my husband and I ever need collision services, well know exactly where to go.

If there were negative stars they would get them. Rude, kept my car hostage (so they could get another day of storage.) Would not tow my car where I wanted, only where he wanted. Expensive way beyond reason and takes only cash - you know why.Dont use them - horrible horrible horrible. Im filing a complaint with the Rockland County Consumer Affairs Department and the New York State Attorney General.People like this should not be allowed to be in business.

A few weeks ago, when the Mayor of New York City decided not to close the schools with tons of snow on the ground, my wife was driving down the thruway, hit one of the ruts in the road and slid off the road into the shoulder about 10 feet into a 3 foot pile of snow. She ripped the bumper cover off, bent both fenders, broke both headlights, and damaged all the brackets holding everything together. It was a ton of damage and a very scary initial estimate.202 finished the job in 5 days, and the car now looks better than when we brought it in. They even polished the headlights so they didnt have that old car fog over them. The price was very reasonable, they stayed in touch to keep us up to date on the progress, and the reason for replacing every part was explained.I have a natural distrust of mechanics and body shops because Ive been burned so many times, but I would not hesitate to bring my truck or my wifes car here again should we ever need body work. They did a brilliant job, and they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. If I ever need to recommend a body shop to someone, that decision is an easy one.

I had a horrible experience with 202 Collision Inc. I asked for touch up paint and they told me some nonsense about biodegradable packaging and the insurance will not allow it, then she mentioned if she had any extra she would give touch up paint. Then she said nope there was no touch up paint left. Then the co-owner stated sorry, she made a mistake, I asked her to make good on the mistake and she wouldnt, mentioning there was no leftover paint and she stated I dont owe you anything, who are you. Anytime Ive had an accident different body shops have always provided that. Also asked about a part and they mentioned I would have to go pick it up after I was told they would get whatever was needed. However, luckily they mentioned it didnt need it so I didnt have to worry. I signed over payment and asked for that to be changed and the insurance said they would honor the rate of the adjuster and send a check to me however, 202 Collision Inc. would not agree to the amount they wrote on the estimate. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
