Where do I even begin. The customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. Everyone was cold and unfriendly. The lady who helped us was unhelpful and acted like she didn’t even want to be there. I went in specifically because I heard great things and my mom is a customer and raves about them. I went in looking for an engagement ring and when helping me pick out diamonds and settings, she was rude, unhelpful and judgmental on my choices. Not how picking a ring out should be. We ended buying from somewhere else and will never be going back.

I went there for the first time to find a nice gift for Valentines Day. I was greeted when l entered and asked to to keep 6 feet apart from others. Common sense during a pandemic..right?!While looking into one of the cases, another person moved closer to me without my knowledge. One of the guys behind the counter, very loudly, asked me to keep 6 feet from others. I had no control over what others in their store do, yet he seemed to believe it was a blatant disregard for safety. I left the store. Not sure if this person was just having a bad day or they are always that cranky. However, l obviously dont need to be in there shopping and they obviously dont need my business. Hell of a way to make a first impression. Never again will l go back.

Two weeks ago my husband and I visited the jewelry exchange. After purchasing a beautiful diamond stone and setting I decided it didn’t really match my personality. Today my husband and I visited Jewelry Exchange again. Our sales person Gail was extremely helpful in both the return of the stone we purchased two weeks ago (“We want you to be happy!”), and selecting a new stone that truly matched my personality. Choosing a different stone brought about some complications with my setting, but Gail was so helpful in resolving the issues and offering suggestions to resolve our complicated situation! She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend shopping at the Jewelry Exchange for a personalize shopping experience!

Absolute trash. The sales people here will do whatever they can to take your money. Including lying to you about how you can return an item verbally then denying a return when you come in. Theyll only allow exchanges so make sure you read the fine print and dont believe these scam artists!

My husband and I purchased a loose diamond, setting and anniversary band a couple of months ago. We were not happy with the stone once it was set so we decided to take advantage of the 90 day return policy. We were relieved to find that the staff was very understanding and more than accommodating. They worked with us over two additional visits to help us choose the perfect stone. Drove an almost an hour due to always seeing commercials. Went in and the lady instantly started asking what we were looking for. We told her what we were looking for and she snapped back and said we don’t have that here. Then we said we are just browsing then. And she suggested we go across the street to the ‘The paper store’ because they are ‘having a sale’. The paper store does not sell real jewelry. We are a very wealthy African American family and she missed out due to racially inspired assumptions about my family. Very disappointing experience.
