I called to request printing at this place a few minutes ago and said Id like to request prints that were done by my architect. Without inquiring who I was - the owner with rights to these prints - this woman proceeded to give me a lot of attitude and very rudely told me she cannot print for me. I lost it and let her know what I thought of her. Absolute unprofessionalism. I will print elsewhere and request that my architect not provide them with permission to print my drawings.
