I was impressed by how very clean and spacious this Walmart was. Much neater than the one in PSL! Most people still wear face masks and keep at a social distance which made me feel safe. Although I only came to pick up a few groceries, they have everything you could possibly need; food, clothing, personal care items, housewares, electronics, pet supplies & a pharmacy.The employees were kind, knowledgeable & helpful with the questions I had. Great prices, too! Highly recommend.

People make jokes about Walmart stores. This one is massive and quite nice and clean. Has a great produce section. An automotive service center. The parking lot is always full. The store is open 24/7. Good size pharmacy and optometry center.

Fresh produce selection is limited and not always good quality. Bike prices fluctuate randomly. Store layout could be better. Customer service has an attitude.

Ive been using curbside pickup. The people that my local Walmart are wonderful. However I am having problems with Walmart on items that they chose to ship versus they werent available at store.

Dont have enough handicap riding vehicleand getting some one to help me was Not easy.With a broken foot and when I finely got a vehicle, I got to the movie area and it died and then I could not find any one,So a nother customer helped me and found someone and she said it will take a while to get another one and handed me a empty cart 🛒 to get out of the store.It was a very bad experience and made my day into a much pain and not only in my foot 👣

Best pickup spot at a Walmart I have seen for online orders and 3rd party delivery. You can pull in covered and drive right through!

Because of Covid I stopped going inside grocery stores. I now order my groceries and OTC pharmacy products online(walmart.com). I decide a pickup time, then drive to their designated pickup spot at their side parking lot. They bring my order and stow it in my trunkI dont get out of my car. I cant say enough good things about this experience. Even after Covid has passed and we are safe again I will continue to get my groceries this way. Sooo convenient and easy.

Chrissy, who works in the bicycle and toy department, was extremely helpful to me this evening as I was looking at bicycles. She went way out of her way to be helpful, to answer my questions, and show me various features of of the bicycles I was looking at. I had never met her before but she is to be commended for being an outstanding employee and exemplifying great customer service. Way to go, Chrissy!

If you can avoid this store, I would recommend you do! We purchased a DVD player, and when we got home the remote didn’t work. We brought it back to see about getting a different one. They did have another one so we brought it to the front. The lady was rude at first and told us we couldn’t have the DVD player for a “test drive” because we asked if we could make sure the remote worked before we drove all the way home again. While standing there a man came up and said do I have to leave my stuff here there’s no one to check me out. There was not a single person at check outs. And they just sat there and we’re like it’s not my problem 😂 The guy in the back where the electronics is was very nice and fixed the DVD problem though.

So glad you asked how Walmart is...horrible. Two cashiers in the entire store??? Seriously? Bet that is saving you a ton of money...If I wanted to work as a cashier or a bagger I would have applied for a job doing that (not at walmart). We should be getting a better discount for having to do that. If you are doing self check-out... for me anyway there is always a problem, if I need help, the head whatever she is gets annoyed to have to break away from her personal phone to help and interrupt her game she is playing.

In opinion and as seen it’s a horrible place to work as an associate employee. The store management and security are a crew of cutthroat liars whom cover for each other’s malfeasance and poor management-judgment skills. They collectively conspire to pick the weakest (associate) link for discipline when necessary to boost their bonuses-store profits and all with no regard to the the lower level associate employees affected. There is no (Union) protection for false accusations, address of grievances or basic safety of personal. The “store policy” In some of these practices are very questionable and should be illegal.

Self checkout. Good.Lines. SlowTech center. Never anyone there.Car service center. HelpfulUsually has no stock in home goods.But busy. Those are my opinions :)

Workers like Ms. Debbie and other workers make this place better they show that they are caring and thoughtful for the workers and customers. Cant thank Ms. Debbie enough for the care and thought she put in. And a huge shoutout to the night crew they are the most chill and kind people I have ever had the chance to encounter.

Worst Walmart I have ever been in.1. Limited parking- spent too much trying to make the parking lot “pretty” and killed the prime function. Takes forever to find a place to park and is very congested.2. No real cashiers. I just ran scan and go on my own groceries (over $400). What a joke. The bags don’t open properly. If you have beer, someone has to come a key in a code. I personally don’t think that this is an effective way to reduce personnel costs, it just increases the opportunity to incur losses due to incorrect scanning.3. I have yet to find ONE shopping cart that is in good repair! The cart either doesn’t roll properly or is rusty or BOTH!4. The women’s bathroom was dirty. There wasn’t any soap to wash your hands.Shop at your own risk! If I could give zero stars I would!

Not a good Walmart. Customer service is slow. Doesnt matter how long the line is, they move at one speed....no sense of urgency. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty, real bad. This store seems to have more outside vendors working in it than actual Walmart employees, and those vendors are not helpful at all and borderline rude.

Was here last a few weeks ago while visiting the area. Store is disorganized, like many other walmarts. More care needs to be taken by employees to put stuff in the right spot. A lot of outside vendors in the store do not help, they are working in the store but if you ask them for help they wont and are usually rude. Walmart needs less vendors and more of their own employees.

They are a good Wally world as i like to call it but they do have a few set backs. Number one they need to fix the carts!!!! Every time its like I have to try 5 carts before i can find the right one I feel like goldy locks and the three bears lol. The second thing is there are not any people at the lines to help I some times need that extra help when Im on the run.

1 star is generous. You have to give at least 1 star to post anything. Ive only ever had 1 decent experience with Walmart delivery. Since the injury to my back, I cant do as much and definitely not bend to lift. Despite my notes to leave items on tables or chairs outside, they usually put it on the floor. Most cold or frozen items are near expiration when you get it. Today is the final straw. Ruined my dinner by delivering well past its prime melted and hot shredded cheese. Never will I EVER get delivery again and I will highly recommend no one else does either. Highly thinking about telling my bank to get my tip back because it is so not deserved!

You should teach your loader packing Technics causey soda doesnt need to fall out of my truck when I open the door or heavy items on my chip etc but all around I appreciate being able to curbside and will continue as a customer

Typical Walmart, great selections, super prices, and when we visited, not crowded at all. This is one of the nicest we visited.

I like the app. I like being able to purchase my stuff online and never have to go inside to shop. But when I do go inside the store is somewhat organized and cleaner than some other Wal Marts. The self check out options are great here. There are a lot more of them available now.

My experience was awful. I couldnt get a cart they were all stuck together. The cart I finally got wanted to turn right. I had to pull it. Cheerios had no price but from experience I ask an employee to check the prices. The largest was over priced. (Shame) I went to garden to get my last item and had parked close but they didnt have a register open so I had to the middle of the store to a register to be checked out by a human being. Since I dont work there I do NOT check out my own purchases. There was only one register open and 4 or 5 people were in line. I GO TO WALMART ONLY ONCE A MONTH. ONLY BECAUSE ALDIS DOESNT HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED. I HATE SHOPPING AT WALMART!!!!!!!!

Big shopping area allows room for distancing. Carts are available and clean.This visit I found poinsettias selling at$.49 to replace my 20 expensive ones gobbled up by Natures residents. Florida can always use more colorful flowers.Also stocked up on at their reasonably priced Great value handy plastic bags. I like quantity. 60 gallon double zipper bags. 100Double zipper quart bags.and its the only place for square snack bags. So stock up.Organic milk and eggs are available which I use. And their 2# blocks of cheese keep me coming back. Hope this helps.

This place tends to be crowded. Its hard to get all the things I need without running the gauntlet. Pet food is about 85 people away from human food and with over 80 people in the food isles at any given time food shopping becomes a chore.

Packed with rude zombies. Chaotic parking lot laid out to look pretty when empty. Out of items I went for. Grocery prices werent any better than other name brand stores. Overall my all time worst Wal-Mart experience.

Employees are very helpful, store is very clean and tidy most of the time.The parking lot is not fun. People seem very confused driving around like they’ve never seen a one way lane. Pedestrians typically walk right down the middle of the lanes and can’t be bothered to move to either side.None of that is the store’s fault but it’s part of the shopping experience. Best to park on the outskirts of the lot and walk further to avoid driving anywhere near the front of the building.

No cashiers only self checkout. Only 2 options for apples. Other than that it was nicer than other Wal-Marts.

The worst Service I’ve ever had and it does not surprise me their customer service shows no care and it’s very sad because I go there almost every day. When you compare a store like Walmart and Home Depot there’s clearly a huge difference. Whenever I ask Employee of Walmart to help me look for something they clearly remind me that they don’t work in that department, and it’s so sad that I do go there every day and I wish this could change.

I went in on Saturday and had a cart of more than 20 items. The only registers open were self serve or 1 register with a cashier but for 20 items or less. I went to the cashier for 20 items or less and waited in line. As I got up to my place in line the cashier looked at my cart and rolled her eyes. I said to her I am sorry but there is not a regular register open and she said you should be going to self check out. I said okay but if I do that why do companies need cashiers and furthermore I dont work for Waomart. They dont give me a discount or anything to check my items out or bag them so I came to you to do it. She said something under her breath in her native tonight but I am sure it wasnt nice based on her attitude.

This Walmart is always well stocked for just about anything you may need. Their food market has really come a long way. It used to be a lesser quality years ago, but not anymore. The corporate buyers really heard us consumers and stepped up to the plate. I hear that Walmart is now the biggest suopermarket in the USA. Contgrats! It is always good that their business plan fit our ever evolving lifestyles and a person can virtaully shop for all sorts of needs in one trip. I just did it tonight and I had thought about stopping at three store. It ended up just being Walmart for my needs. I like the self check outs now that they have expanded them. I also like that they usually have good people that must pay attanetion to the help needed or verification of age to buy alcohol, or something at the self checkouts.. That is very helpful that they respond and dont make you wait. HINT: I wish that Aunt Annies Pretzels were at this store and Port St. Lucie US1. LOOOOOOVE them!!

Return department needs to stay open throughout store open hours as it is part of walmart. Closing this much needed area before people can even get out of work right is being ungrateful to the customer.If walmart doesnt close till 11pm then neither should Returns cause cashiers still go on until closing..right?So this needs to be corrected and changed in all stores. Very unimpressed with the lady who serviced me today, she was very rude, slapped the receipt down, snatched my money from me and was very impatient. I feel disrespected and not the experience one should receive from a manager of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I especially did not like being talked down upon.

Usually I have a decent experience at this location... considering it’s a Walmart, however recently my experiences have been heading downhill. At the self check out I was patiently waiting to have my ID checked because I was purchasing alcohol. The self checkout was not busy. Yet I waited forever be the person in charge of self checkout decided to walk away. After she finally comes back and realizes we’re waiting she checks mine and my girlfriends ID only to skip the part where she enters birthdays in the system. Seems like a waste of our time to make us wait, check both IDs just to skip past the validation

My order didnt have some of the items I order also the banana they was badly burish and couldnt be eaten.

Holy Smokes! There’s many words to describe my “shopping experience” today. I’ve seen a decline in Walmart Standards the last couple of years, but recently and I mean particularly the last 2-3 months, it’s beyond acceptable. Today I decided to stop in the Stuart store because the one in PSL on US-1 is always poor standards of cleanliness, instock or customer service. I thought I might have better results in the Stuart store and was I wrong. Associates outside the front door smoking, lack of cleanliness throughout the grocery side of the store and literally only 2 associates that could be seen in grocery and 1 in meat dept. There were so many pallets on the salesfloor invading customer space, which is also a major safety concern. Produce, Meat, Dairy and Grocery Depts were OUT-OF-BUSINESS! Customers were verbally complaining of the lack of product in these depts. I had to go back to the produce dept to get plastic bags for the last two pork chop packages I found. Not 1 bag in meat dept or visible fixture for one. I was in shock of how bad the conditions actually were and that this is supposedly the retailer of choice for our community. To begin with, it’s frustrating that I had to go out of my way to take a chance that another store would be in better condition because the one that’s a mile from my home, which would be extremely convenient, is always in disarray. I’m more disappointed that the associates are on the “frontline”, the salesfloor or front end, dealing with the disgruntled customer while there is NOT 1 SALARY MANAGER EVER VISIBLE! I know we’re in a rebounding environment with the workforce, but Walmart starting rate-of-pay is higher than the normal competitor. You would think this would be a draw, but it’s not. The poor standards are a direct reflection of either poor communication, poor staffing timelines or a lack of caring due to the position Walmart holds in the retail world. My family and I have to shop Publix or Winn Dixie for a good majority of our shopping list. Their prices might be higher, but they show that they care about standards with clean stores, instock and staffing. I know this will go on deaf ears, but the Home Office needs to give additional payroll support to these stores to better serve the communities you love to announce that you provide for. Round tables and deep dives to hear the associates and communities concerns. I’ll end it with this - you want to show the customer that you care in these stores, have management literally on the salesfloor majority of their shift engaging with the customer and assisting the hourly associate. Explain that you’re working to better serve them and show that Walmart is a Leader in the Community by knowing your customer, whether it’s positive or negative. Lastly, don’t make the comment, “well, you come see how it is!” I’ve been in customer service for over 30yrs and I refuse to accept the standards that I’m seeing in these two stores particularly, because these are the stores I shop in.Signed, A Concerned and Once Loyal Customer and A Voice That Is Asking For A Positive Change.

Walmart is ok. Best to go on the week day. Weekends are always packed.

Cant say I really love shopping at Walmart especially on the weekends with parking pretty crowded. But Im am so tired of the woke behavior by Amazon that I find myself trying Walmart first and only resort to Amazon when I cant find it anywhere else.

It was a little crowded but thats any super market I only rated this a 4 star because I had to use the rest room and it was a mess. I went and got a. Employee and asked if they could clean it up. I was met with the ok sure and I stood around and watched them go back to work and ignore it.

In one word AWFUL there was only one cashier open in the whole supercenter and the line was almost to the back of the store they just dont care about customer service just check out yoirself and be gone

There were long lines at checkout with only 2 cashiers. I spoke with the manager Maggie who advised that she did not have anymore cashiers to put on a register. Maggie did not apologize for this inconvenience nor did she seem concerned. I do not understand why the manager can not operate a register when there are long lines and limited cashiers. I will not recommend this Walmart and if Walmart does not care about customer experiences then maybe customers will go somewhere else to shop. I will not return to this Walmart!

This Walmart is the absolute worst for curbside pick up!My boss ordered some items to be picked up and sent me (sure no problem) or so I thought until I arrived and parked went inside and they are not allowing instore pick up anymore. So, I go back to my car and drive to the pick up area where there is a phone # on each parking spot to alert someone you are there if you dont have access to check in online.However, when you call there is no answer! I literally sat there for 30 minutes dialing and redial redialing over and over and a machine picks up and says the mailbox is full! If another car who was able to check in online hadnt pulled up and a store clerk come outside to help that car who knows how long this wouldve gone on for?? Totally not worth the hassle!

This review is for the pharmacy only.I came here for my Covid vaccine. The pharmacy was quick and prompt on getting me in at my scheduled time.I have a history of fainting with needles.. so once I got the vaccine I waited for about ten minutes In the waiting area. Pharmacist Cliff came out and checked just as I was getting light headed. Gave me water and a cold compress to get back to normal. 10/10 would recommend and I highly commend Cliff for checking up on me and noticing the issue I was having.

You have to be there time the store opens to find a parking spot. After 8am get ready for a workout. Youll have to walk after you drive around for 10-15 minutes looking for something close and then just park and walk.

Its not ok to have Christmas decorations out on October 4

No sanitizer wipes available at entrance. Greeters were lackadaisical when I complained about old white men not wearing masks in store. Cashier was asleep, wishedher a Good Morning twice with no reaction. And staff stocking at 7am? Why not overnight? UPDATE: just went this morning. Employee stocking shelves sneezed three! Times onto the shelves with his mask on his chin. Absolutely disgusting, pandemic or not. Then got a lecture at self checkout about using a printed gift card bar code. WalMart never listens and improves.

No registers open except self checkout, I do not work there & you did not pay me to check myself out, & Im disabled, every time I go there its like that, & there is no hiring signs, to many people on the floor, when you should open up the registers, but I can say the staff is very nice

Terrible store. Check-out is terrible. One Scan and Go is for cash only. All others are for card, which leaves most of us waiting in line for the cash Scan. Go to 10 or less items line, forget about it. One man in front of me expressed my sentiment. This is the worst Wal-Mart ever.

I think they are understaffed. They are trying though.I couldn’t find anyone to help me with a locked item. I was waiting so long I was debating cutting the thing off by the plastic with my pocket knife and taking it to the register, but I didn’t want to look like a crack head, so I just left without buying the item.

It was clean and had more stuff than the Walmart by my house in lakeland

I mainly just do pick-up. Easy ordering in the app, great service, and friendly workers. Going in the store is a hit or miss though, but sadly that’s because of other customers. The people working there are all very friendly. I was verbally attacked by some old man once for “not wearing a mask”. To him (and everyone else with that attitude) if you’re that bothered and afraid just STAY HOME (or do pick-up).
