Flooring USA did a wonderful job helping me choose the flooring for my new home. I had spent months hunting before going to see Fran. The product he recommended has more than met my expectations. The installation went very smoothly even though there were floors to be removed, leveled and covered throughout the house. I would use them again without reservation.

Nice showroom and really helpful staff. If doing a kitchen over there is a woman who will design it using a computer program. I wish I would have known about that before I booked my kitchen with someone else because if I had gotten her estimate and plan first, I would have had a much nicer kitchen.

Friendly service and found just what I was looking for! I stopped by this store after a long day of searching and fell in love with a grayish wood-look tile. Fran was more than knowledgeable about the product and was so pleasing to work with. We ended up buying the tile for our living room and kitchen area and just love it! From start to finish, Fran kept in touch with us and we are so happy we found this tile!

We used their new kitchen design serviceotal kitchen renovation. The design manager Nicole listened to our requirements and provided perceptive and on point recommendations as to both design features and the pros and cons of various product solutions. The cabinetry, countertops etc went in and my spouse is now receiving accolades from friends and relations for this fantastic new kitchen that she and Nicole created. Had one small after install issue with one drawer that turned up after a few days, and they were at the house to fix within a few hours. Pricing is very competitive.

We found Flooring USA to be knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. our project involved 2,100 SQ feet of flooring, which included removing the old glued down engineered wood and installing the new LVP. The project wasstarted on time and finnished in 4 days, which was less than expected.

This place was great. They made the selection so easy, showed up on time and did a great job.

So we worked with Fran who is supposedly the manager. He told us he checks the jobs after each one is done to give his approval. We paid a deposit and because we dont live in Stuart full time trusted Fran that the job was complete and looked great. He even said the place was so clean it didnt even need to be cleaned. So once we arrived here this is what we saw. Piles of debris in the closets, missing grout in many places with new tile floor, a cracked threshold that was filled in and suppose to be replaced. The house was so dusty and all the floor boards had grout and dust in them that it took 3 hours to clean. The garage was used for cutting tile and was completely covered with dust and someones lunch was left with ants in the food. So thats all the bad. The good is they did come back and regrout some spots and fixed threshold although it cracked 10 mins after they left. I would be very careful using these guys and this company. There is even more but no need to keep writing. I wouldnt trust Fran and I would question if a installer and the manager Fran saw the work and approved of the finished work. Its scary.

Super nice people, very knowledgeable, and good pricing

We have used them twice for 2 different flooring projects. They made careless, preventable mistakes on both jobs causing the projects to be extended. The first job they did attempt to compensate us for the major inconvenience which is why we went with them a second time. However, they refused to make things right on the second job stating that they made things right on the first job and wouldnt do it again on this job (despite it being their mistake AGAIN). Everyone makes mistakes but if you cause someone else an inconvenience due to that mistake, as a business owner, you should attempt to make it right....We will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
