We absolutely loved working with Bianca and Jessica and the rest of the team. We started out by turning a game room/miscellaneous room into a new master suite and we were blown away by the quality of workmanship, how responsive they were, and both the design team and the work crew are just the nicest people you could ever work with. We had so much fun with them, and were so impressed with their work that we went ahead and remodeled the entire rest of the house - right down to the laundry room and the lanai! From a design and layout standpoint, they nailed the look and feel we were going for, and suggested colors and elements that worked with our existing furniture (which was only a few years old), so we didnt have to replace everything, which was awesome. Now everything feels so complete and finished. It is our absolute dream home, created by the dream team. My husband has renovated a number of homes himself, and he was really impressed with the fit and finish of the work as well. We keep finding more for them to do, because they are just so good. And over the course of the past (almost) year, we feel we have come to know the team and will really miss working with them once we finally close the books on the renovation.

Bianca is the absolute BEST! She helped us transform our first house into the perfect Farmhouse. She took all of our ideas, combined them with an incredible team of contractors and her invaluable expertise to give us a home we never want to leave and one we cannot wait to come home to! If you are looking for someone to help you transform your house into the home of your dreams, create a space that the UPS driver stops to compliment you on and one that your friends cant stop talking about then definitely go to Bianca. We are lucky enough to have just completed a kitchen and partial bathroom remodel using splendid home design, and to say that we were pleased beyond our expectations with the professionalism and quality is an understatement. Bianca and Jessica took us through their process, (TRUST the process) our needs and goals were considered and implemented into a gorgeous kitchen design that I still walk into and cannot believe its my own home. The bottom line came in a little higher than our budget allowed and Bianca went through it meticulously to get us to the right place. The crew were absolute professionals and we were entirely comfortable leaving our door code for their entry. The few items we noticed that needed attention were immediately addressed without question. Every aspect of this remodel ended up like a dream. I have and will continue to recommend Splendid, and I am currently saving my pennies for whatever our next project will be!

It doesnt feel real, but this is our dream bathroom come to life! Bianca and Jessica took both Kyle and Is vision and made it come to life! I couldnt thank them enough for their amazing work! Working with Bianca and her team was an absolute pleasure. Bianca knows the building and design business very well and has excellent subcontractors at her fingertips. Bianca is a very positive person naturally and nothing seems to ever rattle her. She always gave me options and was very flexible and understanding with any changes that I made. Her team was by my side every step of the way and if I was unavailable, they were there to stand in for me. She followed up with her subcontractors on a regular basis and was on top of my bathroom remodel at all times.
