The installer, Mike, was professional and courteous. The process included removal of old carpet and clean and sanitize the floor, The install made the room look amazing. Almost all rooms require a seam in the carpet. I have looked and looked, could not find it. Mike even vacuumed the carpet to remove any excess fibers. What a pleasure it is to have a Company not only meets your expectations but exceeds them, and Ramey did that. Thank you.

Curtis,I have an issue with an install of carpet over existing tile. At the time of sale we had a conversation and assured that the installers would drive nails in grout only and not damage tilers on carpet install.Order# CG9 0743 dated 12/14/09, yes almost 12 years ago however, 12 minutes, 12 days, 12 weeks or 12 years the damage was done by your installers and were also told by me to drive nails in grout lines only and use liquid nails on carpet track if needed to protect tiles.See attached photos of tiles damaged however, about 21 tiles in all were damaged during carpet install. Not all tiles attached since the file would be too large.My request is that you arrange for your tile department to come out to replace really damaged tiles ( I have 5 1/2 tiles that can be used provided by the previous owner). Tiles with small chips created during install of carpet, the tile expert can use tile repair kit and patch damage ceramic tile..Discovery after pulling up carpet for a life changing situation from a spouse having a stroke and carpet is a trip factor.Please advise on what Ramey Carpet can or will do to correct this workmanship error.

Horrible customer service. We ordered cabinets from here and there was some damage upon receipt, after a year of back and forth and dealing with multiple employees (since they kept leaving the company), last lady sent us the cabinet reps information and told us we had to deal with them directly and refused to help or respond to my emails. Wouldn’t buy from here again if they’re not going to help their customers and make things right!

Worst experience ever. I wanted to support local business so I chose Ramey. They measured and ordered way too much material. The salesman said I ended up with too much material because I installed it wrong. What? When I expressed my disappointment with the salesman and the policy, the manager told me to go to Lowes or Home Depot next time which I will.

We had a rather complicated installation. I was familiar with the selected carpet and know that it was difficult to install. The installers stuck with it to do an excellent job. All in all we are very happy with the work that Ramey carped did.

I purchased wood look floor tile from Ramey Carpet. The installers were Brazilian Best Tile & Marble Installation. Gigi, the owner arrived with the crew promptly at the scheduled time. Gigi thoroughly explained the process since the install was over terrazzo which required a special product to be spread over the surface. The installers were professional and polite and worked diligently during the several day job. The finished job totally exceeded my expectations. It is GORGEOUS! Gigi even gave me her cell phone in case I needed to reach her.I highly recommend Ramey Carpet for your flooring needs. I have purchased a new home that needs floors, countertops, cabinets etc. In light of Covid I am trying to use only local businesses. I was happy to see a Mask mandate on the door as my husband is very comprised. When the sales person who was helping was asked to put on a mask he refused and sent us to another salesperson who was busy. We left - on to Floor and Decor.

The service in store was excellent. The installer was a very nice fellow. He was experienced at working alone-been doing it for 20 yrs. Even though that took extra time he was very considerate-he limited phone calls and no radio music. Will definitely recommend Ramey to friends

Would be 0 stars if an option. We had a hardwood floor installed almost two years ago. It is defective. We’ve had 3 people sent out to look at it and a manufacturers rep. All agreed it was defective. Laminate is off in places and it is noisy like no one can believe. So for over a year we get sent around from salesperson to warehouse to manufacturer back to sales and are now told the claim is rejected by the manufacturer. No reason given. No one calls us, we just wait like they say, give them time and now we appear to be starting over. We have another sales guy working on it who sounds as good as the others who did nothing. We’ll see. The floor looks beautiful but don’t walk on it if you don’t want to wake someone up!

I cant say enough about this business and Tyler. Great displays, no pressure and a very friendly well spoken gettlemen. Purchased wood flooring and was very pleased. I know I made the right choice. When this store opened, I thought they were crazy. A home improvement store right between Lowes and Home Depot. Now I know they were crazy like a fox. He was extraordinarily patient with us, showing us sample after sample while we changed our minds several times. He is friendly, courteous, and professional. Went in for tile. Great customer service and good selection. The owner even stayed a little late after closing helping us finalize our tile selection. Weve been in 3 times and had great service in the tile dept each time.

We are so happy with Ramey Carpet One. From sales person, Steven to their install team Phil and Josh, we are beyond happy for their excellent work. Steven helped us with the entire project. There were some minor issues; but Ramey handled all of them. Also during the install, Josh realized there were missing concrete; and was able to install a patch before installing the coretec and carpet over. Small details like that, we appreciate. We also bought some beautiful kitchen hardware. We will use them again when we renovate our home!

Exceptionally disappointing to say the least. We spent $600.00 dollars on an 8 by 10 area rug which when we brought back into the house, did not look right, and we immediately tried to bring the rug back to exchange it for one that we were positive would would look better. We were told THEN that there were no returns, no exchanges, no nothing... We were NOT told at time of the $600.00 purchase that there was no possibility for return, exchange as that would have given us pause before making such a big expensive purchase. So, since the staff at Rameys was negligent in not advising a customer of a complete no exchange policy, please let me advise you that there is no exchange, no guarantee, no anything on purchases of a rug.. Their response to our plea for (an exchange) was we are sorry. My response is, obviously, not sorry enough. Here is to hoping you will look elsewhere for your home decorating needs.

We decided to remodel our kitchen and we went to Ramey Floor & Home. With the help from their kitchen designer, Gary, together, we created a beautiful kitchen. Gary was helpful with selecting our quartz countertop, cabinets, backsplash, porcelain tiles, faucet, sinks, and even lighting! We shopped several different stores but their pricing and service were the best! I would definitely shop here again!

Ramey did a wonderful job with our renovation. With the exception of new PGT windows, our project was 100% Ramey designed. The work was not flawless, but all issues were minor and taken care of immediately.The Cor-Tec flooring is beautiful and the installation by Paul and Alicia, coordinated by Robert, exceeded our expectations. We went into Ramey Home and Flooring for flooring and kitchen back splash. Worked with John Pinchera. After they measured the floor and back splash we went back to the store to give our deposit. We were asked for a $8,000 deposit for the floor. When I asked about the back-splash John said he still needed to work on that estimate. A few minutes later he came back and said his manager found an error and the cost went up more than $3,000 and we needed to give another $2,000 deposit. I would have thought the manger would have come over to apologize as a goodwill gestor but that didn’t happen.I was told by john that he would call the next day with the estimate for the back splash. In the meantime, the floor was installed. The installers were very pleasant and did a great job. No complaint there.I have asked at least 5 times for the estimate in person, by phone, by text and by email. Still no estimate. The last email I wrote to John to ask for the estimate I asked if I should just forget it and received no response. Once he got the down payment for the flooring his entire demeaner changed. Many promises made and not delivered. For that reason, I would not recommend Ramey Home and Flooring.

Bad experience with Kitchen remodel, cabinets were of marginal quality, shelves didn’t fit. The installer Ramey reccomended did a horrible job, didn’t even bother to anchor the island to the floor among other install issues. The wrong brand and color quartz counters were installed, and they didn’t fit they had to hack into the drywall and they still fit poorly, like I said bad experience!

Went in to talk about upgrading our bathrooms and kitchen. Both, gary and tyler, were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Would give zero if that was possible. Bought carpet that started to show strange coloring. They said it was a manufacturer issue. Manufacturer says they wont warrant any carpet that is cut and bound like area rug. Ramey never made us aware and just points finger at manufacturer. So much for customer support.

Mark FisherMy $20,000 5 day job wound up taking over 30 days with poor results. My home was left in disarray and filth as they fumbled to finish the job. In the process, damage was done to trim, doors, furniture, etc. This is a very poorly run business, and any positive reviews you see are actually written by store employees. Salesmen are commission based, and only care about the $$. Installers are not employees, but contractors who really dont care about customers at all.
