I recently had work done with MYS and Im ecstatic about the results. Colin and his team were very professional and finished my boat on time. In addition to replacing the chainplates on Cool Change (my boat), Colin completed other much needed work. Mack Yacht Services did a number of cosmetic repairs to our 2015 Jeanneau 409, as well as installing an electric generator, heating, and radar. The work was done in the agreed timeframe and cost and is of the highest quality. Colin and his staff have been very responsive throughout. They are the best!

Last month I had the opportunity to have Colin and his crew take on a whole bunch of work on a 2001 Island Packet 420 I just bought. I was in NY all while it was going on, and because of Covid needed to have them prep the boat for a delivery skipper as well.I couldnt be happier with the service Ive received from them. They replaced the holding tank, which is a bear of a job on IPs, as well as the refrigeration and freezing systems, installed a new auto pilot, and new stove, as well as repairing the SSB, windlass, and much more. Colin was incredibly responsive to everyone of my asks, even picking up new fire extinguishers, engine spares, and flares for me. All incredibly timely and good naturedly. He couldnt be nicer or easier to work with.The rates were reasonable, attention to detail exceptional. I feel like he really had my back. I cant say enough good things.

I was on a relatively tight schedule to get work done on my sailboat prior to sailing to the Bahamas, with a fairly long work list; my house batteries were nearly dead, AIS was dead, chart plotter dying, and solar panels damaged, and AP glitchy. Colins guys replaced my house bank batteries, replaced my chart plotter, AIS, and auto-pilot, and replaced and re-wired my solar panels (and improved the mounting rack) in just less than two weeks. Not only did they accomplish the work requested on time, they corrected problems they encountered in the existing wiring as they went, which left me with a safer boat and a more robust electrical system. And they networked everything together on one wireless network. I would go nowhere else than Mack Yacht Services for quality work. They are great!

Collin is absolutely a Class Act. He has been a tremendous asset with refrigeration & electrical in addition hes a master of all these other refit trades. He had done extensive work on our boat previously woth headliner, which has held up wonderfully under the hot Florida Sun thank you Mack Yacht Services Inc. He is in demand so often there is a little wait to get an appointment but worth it in my book to get it done right the first time.
