They have a large variety of wigs and hair. Only complaint is the lady working the counter was not friendly but I attempted to soften her up with conversation. Iwould have spent more money of if the service was more welcoming.

I honestly couldnt believe how rude this lady was. Seemed to be annoyed by anything i asked her. After about 20 minutes she finally gets off the phone and rudely ask You buying something?. So i replied well if someone would help me i would. She sits down & back on oh. Whatever Sallys right around the corner..

I wish I could give it 0 starsI have been to this store 4 times and it was 4 too many, poor selection of basic supplies, the same lady/cashier was there each time, she is blatantly rude, an I assume refused to speak when you say “hello” . Anything I’ve asked if she carried (such ADORE hair dye) she just responds “HUH?” So you can keep repeating It , I actually had to ask Her if she spoke English (which she does very well). I will never go there again even if I have to drive an hour away

Waited 15 minutes for them to open and nobody showed up

Went in to get artificial hair to add to my “messy bun”. The shop owner took out a bunch of different options and helped match my hair perfectly! I’ve been to three different places and no one had so many options. Check here first!

The price on winglet was 9.99. She said when we got to register it was 24.99 and was marked wrong. This was the owner. Not Very good customer service. Lies and cheats don’t get far in life. If it was marked wrong we should have gotten it for the price it was marked. Will not be back. Don’t recommend.

Horrible service! Im going to assume the manager is the lady with the glasses she was super rude! Try to ask her about lace wig glue and she ignored me and then the cashier actually had to stop her mid of a conversation that was about her going to Miami for the heck of it 🙄 to ask her about the glue..she didnt address us but the cashier! If I wasnt working on my anger... I would have snatch that dusty wig off her ahh! THIS WAS ALL AFTER THAT LADY AND HER HUSBAND LEFT AND ME AND MOM WAS THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE STORE!

Small place and selection is alright, but the woman with glasses is very rude and had an attitude when I asked if there was anywhere else I could purchase hair. would not recommend

She sold me a wig for $250.00 that does not fit my head and I cannot make the lace front stay down on my forehead even with glue. when I asked for a refund, the owner told me My manager wont let me. I contacted the wig manufacturer and there is nothing they can do either. Very unprofessional, she probably doesnt know how to fit a wig properly, which is why this problem happened. But if that is the case, she needs to have someone in the store who does.

She steals money ..no refund no exchanges even if its over $100 dollars during a pandemic you shop with her all the time and you were in there five secs ago and havent left the parking lot she still wont satisfy the customer with not even an exchange . She doesnt offer to help you when you come in you have to ask for help . She sits there hiding behind the desk . Her wigs are outdated and overpriced . I wont be shopping with her again and there is a big language barrier.
