This place is such a rip off with extreme high prices.. I went in for polyester resin 1 gallon and the price was 70 dollars for the store brand. I asked the guy who doesnt know what he is selling why so much he said prices are going up... I said no thank you I went to boat owners warehouse and got a name brand for 30. How is this place even in open with BOW ( Boat owners warehouse) down the street? I wish I found bow earlier when I was repainting my boat.

Went here to buy some cleaning supplies for a boat I was detailing and found the prices to be very good. The store was clean and tje staff was very helpful.

Kind of like a Walmart for boats. Employees are nice but not too knowledgeable. Great if you know exactly what you want.Other stores are probably better for unique products.

Usually have everything needed for your boat but COVID has their shelves bare of the most used equipment. They are super friendly and willing to order-in your parts - but so is everyone else. I pay more and shop here so I can have it immediately. Been a real disappointment lately. 08/2020

Talk about day and night in West Marine locations. I just went to Jensen with a list that the employee Rick refused to pull for me even though not one other person was in store shopping! I called the Stuart location and Marilyn answered and reassured me they would be happy to help me to come on over. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile by Matt a associate he took my list was so helpful and pulled everything I needed with a smile and they actually had customers in Thier store I guess because they actually have customer service. What a difference in locations Like day and night. I’m not sure what manager would keep a guy like Rick around I mean he lost the store a $600.00 sale and cost me a ton of time with my guys on the clock waiting for the materials. All because he refused to do his job and had the nerve to say well it’s not my job to pull stuff for your business. What a jerk! Thanks to Marilyn and Matt I ended up with everything I needed! Thank you Matt for all the help and turning my day around. You truly turned everything around.

Almost always have what you need for your boat.

Saw a large display of binoculars near the store front entrance. Several big signs on the display advertised sale pricing on the 100 & 200 models. I decided to visit the model display area where you could examine each of the various binocular models. I then decided to purchase the 200 model advertise for $119. However, the price rang up as $219 on the clerks register. I told him the price was wrong and showed him the displayed price. He went back to his computer and told me the price shown on the display is out of date and i could purchase the unit for the regular $219 price. I explained that i wouldnt even had considered the binoculars except that they were on sale. He said there nothing he could do so i left the store. Watch out for bait & switch pricing at the Stuart, Fl West Marine store.

Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Maureen, the cashier was instrumental in assisting me. Had what I needed very quickly.

Went in to purchase exterior antenna for my new/used garmin 740s, sales associate called in the right guy to help....,he informed me that I dont need it,my unit has an internal one.then showed me how to reset my unit ,a+++++ service,without making a purchase.

Went above and beyond to fill an order during COVID19. Super helpful staff!

A great place for boating enthusiast the person who loves to fish. They also have a wide selection of mens and womens clothing it shoes! running Fathers Day special on all their Columbia gear. Just an FYI 😁

I have been searching for a part for my boat for months going to multiple marine stores and even a few west marines. The issue was the part was obsolete. But I went to this store and a gentleman named Art had the part in my hand in five minutes. Best experience I ever had at a west marine

Customer service is terrible and the blond lady in her 50s/60ish with the Northern accent please she should work in a tax audit co in a back office so no one will have to chat with her very Rude!!! She works the stuart store seemed like she was in management (no ppl skills)

This was ridiculous. I waited for 45 minutes for the employee to spool my spinning rod and reel. The employee just stood there and talked away and i had to walk out because he took so long. Very disappointed with the service here.
