I recently made a last minute appointment for a Covid-19 test. They took/accepted my appointment. When I arrived via the drive through I was met with very compassionate staff that assisted me in the testing process. After I left I was notified via the CVS app and email that I was negative for COVID-19. This was a difficult time for me and to be treated with the type of professionalism and compassion was very appreciated. Thanks again.

I went to get my Covid shot there. I had an appointment at 2pm, I got there 15’ early and was waiting for over 45’ in line to get the vaccine. Plus 15’ after the you are required by law to do so.I personally had nothing else better to do. But why give an appointment if time means nothing to them? They should take into consideration their customers time.

Shelves have been empty for some time, store messy, service is horrible. The pharmacy hours show 9AM Sunday on web, paper sign on closed gate says 10AM wait on line only to be told they dont process prescriptions until 11AM. And judging by the annoyed handful of customers voicing similar frustration Id say store needs attention from corporate.

CVS in Stony Point needs a lot of TLC. It is always dirty and shelves are a mess. I stopped going here and either go to Walgreens or another CVS in another town. Managent should be embarrassed of how disorganized and dirty this store is. Looks like no one has vacuumed in there in a year. It’s an Embarrassment to our town

CVS is a nightmare. Theyve gotten my order correct maybe 2x in all the years Ive been coming here. I always have to come back a second time bc even though its their mistake they say itll take at least an hour. I just waited 20 minutes on the phone but hung up bc they wont pick up- not the first time this has happened. And the staff just does not care. The worst is when youre on hold they try to convince you to take vaccines the whole time. I dont need CVS to force the vaccines on me while Im holding. Whatever happened to muzac?? Total insanity!! I gave them one star only bc zero stars was not an available option. Im saying it here, if they send me to the looney bin its CVSs fault!!

The most unprofessional, rude staff. Can’t answer any of my questions about coverage or when I can refill. No compassion if you run into a problem. Another chain store. I had no choice to switch to another pharmacy for insurance purposes. Now I’m able to go back to my pharmacy that’s privately owned and operated by the nicest pharmacist. There just needs to be a change in staff. All young kids working in there. They’re nervous and not interested in being there. Can’t wait to leave CVS though!

The pharmacy drive thru is terrible. How about instead of making so many people wait you tell the customer to come back when it’s done and not waste everyone’s time??

This cvs did not have certain items that should be in the store

The Stony Point CVS location has very helpful staff. The store is well stocked and the pharmacy department has never let us down. The drive through window is helpful picking up our prescriptions.

Pretty decent place. You could get almost anything here. I enjoyed shopping here and ill come back again soon.

Pharmacy is awful. The staff has no consideration for you time. Highly recommend cvs replacing the entire crew. If that doesn’t happen, change your pharmacy.

The pharmacist Joe is very nice and on point he called me once my script was fixed by the doctor and let me know to come pick it up he made my experience better

Worst nasty people around. Garnerville is the worst. Tara is a mess nasty and treats customers by talking down to them and being very very nasty. Had to report to the main office

The pharmacists and most of the pharmacy techs here at this pharmacy have the worst attitudes and are nothing but rude and disrespectful. There is a female pharmacist with an accent who is the worst of them all! Their screwed up system called ME to update insurance information and after waiting almost 10 minutes on hold (which I understand because it was during one of their busiest times) I finally speak to this horrid woman and she basically yelled at me because I had called a few hours earlier to see if a prescription had been called in and I guess there was still no prescription. When I tried explaining that I was on the phone only because THEIR business calling system has called MY phone she acted like I was a crazy person yelling for my medication. In previous interactions she has hung up on me and I had given her the benefit of the doubt and told myself she’s having a bad day. But NOPE she is just a miserable human being. Her attitude and the attitudes of several pharmacy employees makes me want to switch my pharmacy to the Walgreens next door. If you would like to have “pleasant” interactions with the employees at a pharmacy STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CVS! ITS THE WORST IVE EVER BEEN TO! I’ve been a loyal CVS customer for over 20 years but these people at the Stony Point CVS are about to chase away a loyal customer.

Staff in the pharmacy department are extremely unfriendly. Why ask when I would like to pick up my medication if you’re not going to have it ready when I arrive at the given time. Then you make me wait another 20 minutes to fill the script. Don’t ask people when they would like to pick up a script if you’re not going to meet the time. Ridiculous and it’s been like this for years...not sure why I keep coming here...smh

The pharmacy staff are a bunch of imbeciles, theres this cute girl named elisa, ive been trying to get her number but she keeps turning me down, but ill keep trying, and no one can stop me

The pharmacy section is always busy. Be prepared to wait. Typical CVS store. Its OK.

The pharmacist was raise by an animal and will be calling the licensing dept about it , the staff doesnt even know whats billed or how to bill to insurance . everything is just so wrong in this pharmacy

The pharmacy takes so long. The store looks very outdated. The Walgreens pharmacy also takes very long. No good pharmacy’s around here.

Every time I go the CVS the moneygram machine dont work or they dont have $25 when it does...

Worst pharmacy

The pharmacy is staffed by incompetence. They try but thats just not enough. The wait times are outrageous. I just go across the street now.
