Tried for the first time. Ordered 3 tacos El pastor the portions were decent but the meat seemed quite hard and dry lm assuming it was day old and re heated.

Great family owned restaurant homemade ice cream tons of unique flavours I got the coffee and the coconut pecan was out of this world delicious! Prices are good too. Staff very nice.

The prices are quite ridiculous especially for the ice cream, $3.50 for a small scoop?? Youre definitely better off going to baskin robins. some workers dont wear their masks/gloves, although I will say the young girl who helped us tonight had great customer service

I bought fresas con crema two days ago (11/10/20) and the cream was sour, the strawberries were old and there was old pieces of cantaloupe mixed in. It was absolutely disgusting. It speaks volumes to their cleanliness that they were willing to sell this old food. Im not sure if its the pandemic that caused the decline but its disappointing.

Friendly service, unique Mexican style ice cream flavors. As an ice cream fan, however, I must deduct a star for the thickener used in the ice cream that gives it a gummy consistency and rougher texture than pure unadulterated creamy ice cream. Texture is a big deal!

Don’t buy ice cream here I just went there the lady that helped my husband and I wasn’t wearing a mask and touch our popsicle bottom with her bare hands. Places like these should be taking more precautionsspecially during this pandemic.

I drove here from Sacramento and I don’t regret it! This place has the best Mexican food and desserts I have ever had! It definitely reminds me of my grandmother and grandfathers food! I will be coming back!

Came in at 7:25PM chairs were all up and everything I had more than enough time to sit down so I go to put the chairs down and the ratchet cashier with the hickey on her neck said the boss wants them up early. What kind of boss wants their employees to shut down so early so I had to get what I came for and leave. What kind of customer service is that. I’ve working closing shifts before and I had to wait till actual closing time to shut down. Will be taking my business elsewhere

Ugly attitude from the employees. Went with my wife and ordered a bionico with no apples and more bananas instead. After we received the bionico, it had apples so I went back up and asked for the bionico with no apples. They told me to buy a new one because they heard less apples, more bananas. They obviously heard what we had ordered because they recalled and I have ordered the bionico with the same instructions at other places with no issues. Finally they said they would take the apples out and put more bananas and when we received the bionico...it still had apples. Very lazy employees. Bad customer service. Bad management if your employees cant handle correcting an error they made. Wont come back. You should not come here. Go to the fruit place in front of Walmart on Hammer lane instead. Better people and way better taste.

Fantastic little local shop for ice cream and Latin food.the waffle cones are a bit thin and crispy, so make sure you get a bowl and a spoon.

It was my first time visiting Tocumbo, the staff was friendly and offered me samples. They have a variety of ice cream flavors such as mango, tequila, mazapan, and even Queso Fresco. They also have agua frescas and food options like burritos,tacos, and rotisserie chicken.

I dont hate it because I have never been there.

Love this place! My family and I have been coming here since he first opened his shop. Theres no other place like it. The ice cream is delicious. The paletas are authentic and the aguas are the best! I have moved around the central valley and havent found another shop as authentic as this one. My parents moved to San Jose and they always stop by when they are in town.

A little pricey but they have flavors you cant find anywhere else.

Their fruits locally and mangonadas are amazing! Definitely a good spot to get dessert from 👍

Online says they close @ 8pm. I drove all the way over there & it was 6:45pm & they were closed. I was so upset. They need to change their damn hours online. Wasted my gas. 🐷problems.
