My name is Carla Prosser and I had a very informative visit with Ms Debbie yesterday. Not only did she do a thorough hearing test, she also showed a diagram of the ear to show me what she was talking about and an actual visual of my ear as she was in the ear. She told me how it can also cause other possible damages to my health based on my past health care etc. Mostly, she shared the urgency of me letting my primary care physician know how my test results came back. The owner Ms. Debbie was so friendly and made us comfortable upon our arrival today in her office. She gave my dad a very thorough hearing tests and explained to us clearly the causes of hearing impairment and the best hearing aid device that my dad can consider using. Too bad that later we found out that my dads insurance coverage does not cover their services. But in spite of that, she still gave us the best options to take and for that I appreciate her kindness. I have been dealing with this business for several years and I feel good about recommending this place as I am always treated with respect and courtesy to my special hearing loss. The ladies have gone out of their way to make sure that I always get the accommodation for my needs. They keep the customer needs and expenses within reason. They also provide offsite services to people who are shut-ins or cannot come into the office. The products are of high quality and financing is available through the manufacturer. They are also available for appointments outside of normal business hours.

I stopped by American Hearing Aids on my Mother’s behalf to begin researching replacements for her 5+ year old units. From her office, Debbie and I called Mom (who lives in Fairfield); we spent 20+ minutes on the phone discussing her hearing history, past testing results, experience at her local dispenser, etc. That initial encounter alone was amazing. Debbie was extraordinarily gracious, patient, compassionate and listened to every word spoken by my mother. A week or so later, Sis, Mom and I came to Stockton to meet with Debbie personally. Our 90 minutes spent together was simply remarkable. Mom left with a demo and action plan of two viable solutions—both state of the art. Now its Surf Link a device, which allows me to hear clearly in a group setting and to hear the faintest of voices. American Hearing Aids made custom ear plugs for my daughter. She just went away to college and its pretty noisy in her dorm. When she complained the noise interfered with her sleep, we went straight to American Hearing Aids. They took a mold of the inside of my daughters ear, and she had her custom plugs in just a few days. Problem solved! They work beautifully!American Hearing Aids has excellent customer service. Debbie and Mitch genuinely want to help - its obvious! Thanks for all you do! I refer people to you all the time!

My mom has worn aids for years, and she was always guessing what I was talking about, and her tv would be on full blast and she could not hear the doorbell. when we decided to go to American I was hopeful that Debbie’s could help. I have worn hearing aids for many years as a result of a service related loss. I had gone to the same hearing aid center for many years until about a year ago when they refused to replace the tubes in my Government issued hearings aids, they said it was illegal for them to do that. That meant I had to drive to Livermore for service. I called American Hearing Aids and they told me to come right in. I did and Debbie replaced the tubes and told me to come back anytime the service is needed. Thank you Debbie, I highly recommend your company.

I tried Starkey Hearing Aids in the past and was not happy. This location only sells Starkey Hearing Aids. Why would they not want to people people that have not had any luck with Starkey? It makes no sense. I was going to stop by but the gal I called at the front desk said only Starkey. Weird
